I mean can you really wrong with Waffle House? Nah. Their waffle is my all time favorite!! My go to every time is a waffle cooked light with hash browns covered and smothered (cooked light as well). I was feeling fancy on this day so I ordered bacon! Waffle House doesn't miss!! My server was friendly and efficient. Oh and let me tell the secret to getting in when it's busy. Go solo! I went on a Sunday and it was packed but I was able to walk right in and be seated like a boss

    Busy kitchen!

Visiting Waffle House and ordering a pecan waffle, crispy bacon, hash browns and hot coffee is one of my favorite breakfasts while out of town because unfortunately we don't have them back home for some strange reason (El Paso - let's make it happen!). Took the kiddos with us to grab a bite while out of town visiting family. The breakfast for everybody was a hit - quick, hot, tasty! Of course, no trip to Waffle House is complete without a little drama! Experienced a brief, mild employee argument about where to seat us, including a nosey customer who chimed in, thinking it had something to do with them for some reason. Also overheard employees in the kitchen area gossiping (they were not trying to be discrete!). Nothing outrageous or serious - just the kind of drama you come to expect at a WH! Until next time!

First off I travel all over the country and eat at Waffle House frequently. This Waffle House took 30 min to get our order taken (6 workers and not a full house) bacon was tangy hashbrowns were burnt to shit I'd keep driving if you want some decent food

These two sweet ladies tag teamed us. Excellent service!

If there were such a thing as a national chain hole in the wall, Waffle House would be it. The ones that I've been to , they all look the same. They all have super friendly staff that wait on you hand and foot. The food is always good. We always sit at the counter so we can watch the action. Somehow, I always get the waitress that is SO nice and does a wonderful job. Maybe that's because I'm nice to them, and I'm not that ass that expects perfect service every second that I'm there. I got my usual, the everything plate, and it was cooked perfectly. The two waitresses were so much fun, talking and joking with us the whole time. I wish I would of got their names so I could say THANK YOU for such a good time as we had breakfast for supper. Thank you ladies, we'll be back!

    RAYA IN QUESTION

Went in at 4:30am with the boys, hungry as hell. We had Raya and we couldn't have had a better experience with her. She was incredible and made the night a one to remember. Will definitely be eating with her again!

Since then, we've had brunch there 3 or 4 times, and every time has been a delight. We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. Bottom line, this is a great locally owned and operated business, where the owner is literally involved and working the floor every day, and they're really doing everything right.

We had elk tacos, gulf coast ceviche, babyback ribs, chicken fried steak, double cheeseburgers, Texas redfish, caesar salad, ice cream, whiskey bread pudding, & carrot cake. Plenty of drinks, including a wine bottle, 2 haywire's, & a jack daniels. Soft drinks too. The appetizers were fantasic. My double cheeseburger emphasized the meat, well seasoned, right amount of pickles & greens, not overwhelmed with sauce. The tallow fries were as good as it ever gets: crispy, soft inside, must be 2x fried. Outside square had great World Cup fan area. We watched Colombia vs Uzbekistan. My team Croatia lost to England previously, but Haywire soothed my disappointment with an excellent dining experience. BTW: $638.04 with a 20% tip. Great value. This would cost so much more in my home state of California.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

Super patient with us, answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and very attentive. Will ask for her again. The menu was a cornucopia of drinks and eats that sound amazing. While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door.
