One of the cleanest and well maintained of all of the countless Waffle Houses we have visited, probably have tried at least 30 locations scattered around east of the Mississippi in probably 10 states on our travels. Great hot coffee and it doesn't necessarily need "doctoring" unless cream and sugar is your go to. Restroom is fully stocked and clean. Waitstaff and the manager are some of the nicest people, greeting us on arrival and thanked us and wished a great day upon departure. We typically take a spot on stools at the counter, which is fun to watch the orders take shape. Booths are also quite comfortable and the cheery yellow color scheme promotes a sunny mood. My usual order is a hash brown bowl with an extra crispy base layer of potatoes with crumbled sausage, fluffy eggs, and cheese. My beloved's All Star breakfast has everything but the kitchen sink -- a waffle, crispy bacon strips, choice of eggs, hash browns, and toast. The service is good for a Waffle House and the waitresses are super nice but every time I come here it's whoever is on the grill that makes it a bust. The restaurant wasn't super clean because when we got here the cook who evidently is the assistant manager had walked off to make a "phone call" leaving the grill to the waitress. At one point the lady at the register asked the assistant manager for help on a refund and they yelled "No" from the office area. They held their own but the cook came back when it was time for our food everything is burnt. Hash browns are hard and crispy. Bacon is black the waitress gave us 10% off without asking for a discount. Used to love this place but it has gone down hill! I hope they can figure it out. read more

I must say this had to be the cleanest waffle House I have ever visited!!! We had just came from a movie with my daughter and 2 her friends, and we also almost did not stop but our stomachs told us we needed something to eat other then movie popcorn. It was lil after midnight when we came in. Only 2 staff were working but they got our food out fast and hot, coffee was fresh also. Our party was closing out NYE and swung into Waffle House because it was the only place that we knew would be open. I will be honest, I wasn't expecting much. Waffle Houses swing wildly on the pendulum for the few visits I've made from fascination watching drill sergeants directing grill cooks to crummy, grubby diners. This location has been open less than a year on our visit and it was extremely clean. Under the bright lights that illuminated the interior, everything shone well as though it had just been wiped down with care. Even the bathrooms were spotless! Our server was quick, friendly and attentive. Everyone seemed to be hustling and actually enjoying themselves even though they were working on a holiday. Food was fine, but I wasn't really expecting greatness. You're likely to get hash browns since there aren't any fryers in the floor plan. Our friend who knew the secret code for ordering Waffle House hash browns claims they are the best in the world. I'm not sure I agree, but my cheesesteak melt was really flavorful and hit the spot! Absolutely the best experience at a Waffle House EVER! Stooped in on a Sunday morning for carryout. When I walked in 2 of the employees greeted me with "Good Morning". My order was taken immediately and I could see the cook starting my order as fast as the waitress could write it down. My order of soft scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon and hasbrowns (country) was followed to the letter. What made this visit extraordinary was being asked what jelly I preferred and if I wanted my gravy on the side and getting my drink while I waited. Then the over the top moment....the cook asked if it was okay to include a waffle in my to go order because she had made one too many and it was a shame to just throw it out. Well, huh Yeah! I walked in at 6:55 a.m. and was walking out at 7:06. A five star Waffle House? Definitely. This location is brand new and everything is clean and bright. The staff are the best I have ever seen at a Waffle House. They greeted me the moment that I entered the restaurant. My waitress checked back frequently, made sure I was pleased with my food, refilled my drink, etc. As I was leaving, three separate staff thanked me for coming by and wished me a good day. One staff stopped what he was doing to hold the exit door open for me. The food was iconic, and exactly as expected: fluffy waffles, greasy hashbrowns. I took my kids to see a movie and took them to the Waffle House after because i realized they had never experienced it before!!! The shame! What kind of parent am I? It was very clean. The staff was super nice and attentive and the waffles were delicious! As a matter of fact my daughter said it was the best waffle she ever had. Three of us ate breakfast food and I ordered a burger and hash browns to go for my husband and I paid $26! I spend more at McDonald's for lunch for my family! I came in around 1:30 or 2 am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning. I was travelling alone, so I sat at the bar thing right behind the grill. Most Waffle Houses are the same.... You know what kind of food to expect, and you know what the menu will have on it. I ordered the cheese and eggs plate, which is what I typically get at WH. I had my hash browns smothered, covered, capped, peppered, and chunked. Adding all of that to the hash browns makes the bill kind of pricey, but it's delicious when it is early in the morning, and you have been drinking. The dude on the grill struck up a conversation with me about the Houston Rockets shirt I had on. The guy was very nice, and I enjoyed our convo. I am sure it helped him pass the time, and I was alone and didn't mind the conversation. Not only can he cook up some great breakfast in a quick amount of time, he can hold a nice conversation with patrons as well. Usually, the Waffle House bathroom is somewhere you avoid at all costs. This one was immaculate. I thought that was worth sharing since I have seen some things that I will never be able to un-see inside a WH bathroom. 5 star experience for a Waffle House. read more

Just stopped in on a very busy July 4th and was greeted by a very friendly staff in a clean restaurant. There were 10 employees working and they were smiling, laughing and at times singing. I have never had a Waffle House experience like this. Great job to this team! read more

You should know what to expect at a Waffle House as far as the food is concerned. To me it's faster and better than places like IHOP and Denny's at a comparable or better price. The kids love it. This particular location provides excellent service, which is not easy because they are pretty busy every day from before dawn through lunch time. Only once did I have a problem with not receiving everything I ordered and they comped the missing item without me having to complain one bit. Most places nowadays you have to bitch about the service before they will consider comping you anything. read more

The food is really good, the service was great, but they need to regulate the"juke box" volume, when I arrived, there was no music playing, soon after someone put some money in and it started playing so loudly, you had to yell at the waitress so she could hear the order, when asked to turn it down, it took another 10 minutes, to turn it slightly down, the manager didn't want to come out to speak with us about it when we asked to see him, after another 5-10 minutes it was finally turned off, it was as loud as being in a night club, but on a Saturday morning, I don't mind music while at a restaurant but as a background filler, not so loud that you have to yell at each other to be heard read more

I can't believe people like their food. The staff is really nice and the place is new. But their food is pretty bad. I tried the hash browns which had a burnt taste although they weren't burnt and a bacon egg sandwich. The bacon tasted like yesterday's and it was a little cold. My soda was good.
