The food here is honestly really good, but very expensive. It is fresh, flavorful, and made with a simplicity that works. I especially enjoyed the chipotle crema and the green sauce, both of which added a nice punch and tied everything together really well. The menu is small and focused, but what they do offer is solid. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. Parking is essentially nonexistent, so plan accordingly. It's also very easy to miss the location since it's tucked inside another Mexican restaurant. I actually walked past it multiple times before realizing I was in the right place. You'll usually know you're close when you see a line of people waiting outside for food. It's also strictly a grab and go setup. There's no seating at all, so you're in and out with your burrito. The coffee, unfortunately, didn't work for me at all. It tasted very acidic and off, and I didn't enjoy it. I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but it really stood out in a negative way. Because of that, I've actually started going to the nearby partner location at Alfred Coffee instead, where they serve the same burritos and the overall experience feels a bit more consistent. One was the breakfast burrito -- I added steak, took out the avocado, and got a side of their hot sauce. The other burrito I ordered was the Juarez. Everything came packaged in cute little individual boxes, which I appreciated. Both burritos were packed with flavor, but the breakfast burrito was definitely my favorite. I truly didn't want to believe the hype... but I consistently order from this restaurant. It has the best bean and cheese burrito and breakfast burrito burritos I've ever had. I crave them on a weekly basis. I live pretty far from the locations (I can't wait for Marina del Rey to open) but no matter what my food is delivered hot and fresh. If you've seen Wake & Late all over TikTok... it's definitely the hype but at a price lol! I finally tried it and overall, I really do love it, but I'm not gonna lie, it's insanely expensive. Like $20+ for a burrito is kinda crazy. I will say though, they use pasture-raised and organic ingredients, so you can tell there's quality behind it. But, they're also pretty small for the price, I was expecting a chipotle sized burrito for the price! The food itself is actually really good. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful, and the side sauces are sooo good and unique, the cilantro one is my favorite. I also tried the matcha and it was really good too, not too sweet which I loved. The employees are super nice and the service is fast, which I always appreciate. Seating inside is pretty limited some locations there no seating inside at all, but they do have outdoor seating which is actually really nice, especially on a good sunny LA day. read more

The crispy tator tots really upgrade this burrito from most and the tortilla was perfect. He said the juarez was good, but it was smaller than an already small burrito. This happened to be the only complaint from the team - the breakfast burritos are very small. It's nothing special as a breakfast burrito. - bagels and cream cheese: 8.2/10. Fluffy! Great textures of fluffy insides and slightly crispy outsides. The honey crunch cream cheese is so delicious. The cream cheese makes these bagels worth it! The lox cream cheese is mediocre/what you would expect. I got the sweet onion bagel and it smelled delicious, but wish there was more of a sweet onion flavoring. I unfortunately forgot to get his name but he recommended I try the breakfast burrito (a notable choice that people get often). Now, let's get into this burrito and matcha. The matcha was delicious and incredibly balanced, smooth, and full of flavor. I got mine with oat milk (nice lil option for those who are lactose intolerant like me). The drink size was a tad small for my liking and personally I would've been willing to pay extra for a larger size since the drink was definitely giving quality. The burrito was really savory and also balanced there was not too much of one thing, each bite included all that what was described on the menu. The cilantro crema took everything a step further. I did enjoy the crisp texture on the tortilla. I'm a fan of a nice crunch and it was cool getting it out of a breakfast burrito. Again the sizing was small-ish but everything together was filling. A tad on the expensive side we can call it but given the options I chose, the math was mathing. It's definitely not an everyday thing but worth the try and splurge occasionally. The matcha was mid, so for the price the taste need improvement. It's a window so no indoor dinning is available, you could outside but it's not the cleanest street. The burrito came with two sauces, a cilantro one?
