This was my second trip to this restaurant, the first being before the Pandemic. So a lot of time has passed. Changes should have been anticipated. Not being familiar with the area I decided to drive the surface streets, which was a good choice. The storefront was pleasing & aesthetic. There was a handicap parking spot directly in front of the entrance. We stepped in to a spacious room with an ample amount of table space, including setups for larger groups of diners. We were greeted by a friendly employee who was immediately able to secure a large table for our party of nine. It was a Mother's Day Dinner with a friend's family, since my son couldn't come this year to visit. I was excited about Mongolian Barbecue since it's been a favorite of mine since we moved to Coastal Virginia in the mid 80's. We were served a choice of soups. My pick was the egg drop soup, which was served in a small cup. Sesame bread, to be shared by the table, was brought with the soup. Both were excellent. The first negatives began when I went to the grill area to choose my ingredients. The bowls used were small & didn't allow for an adequate amount of items for a serving. Having always chosen the same ingredients, I immediately looked for scallions. They were there but were large, thick & tough. I shouldn't have chosen the amount that I did. But I hoped the grill would tenderize them. It didn't. I proceeded to add shredded cabbage, bean sprouts then beef. With the vegetables there was little room for an adequate amount of beef. Proceeding to the sauces I added my usual choices. The amount of food received after grilling was small. It turned out to not be rather bland also. The sauces must have been prepared differently. The Cream Cheese Rangoon, now available on the bar, was excellent. After I finished the dish I added a few spoonfuls of steamed rice to the remaining juice since i was still hungry. I also went to the salad bar & got a bowl of orange wedges and a few more Rangoons. Tiny cookies were offered to the table as a dessert. You can see from the pictures posted with my first review that the portion size from years ago was good. Going through the line again would have been the better option since I was still hungry when I got home. I'll return again only if invited by friends. But my choices will be very different.

This was the perfect spot to meet Family on Mother's Day for an early dinner. Everyone was very friendly and we were seated immediately and our server took our drink order. We were offered a choice of Egg Drop or Hot and Sour Soup. Steamed rice and bread was served with the soup. After the soup we made our way to the buffet counter where each of us chose the items and sauce we wanted for our main course. The food was cooked perfectly. Everyone enjoyed their food and I'm sure we will be going again.

Food and Service were great. Food was a unique Mongolian Barbecue with a create ur own experience. Service is great because it is a quick way to get food and have as mu ch as you would like. Also, during the Chinese new year they have fun events for the entire family.

Awesome place. Make your own Lo mein style. Went for lunch, $13 all you can eat including soup and sesame bread which was really good. We were seated quickly, at about 12:30, by 12:45 the place was almost at capacity. Lines took a few minutes to cook, but well worth the wait. Noodles, veggies, then pork, beef, or chicken with sauces. Cooked quickly. Really quite good I followed the written recommendation for sauce on the sauce station. Next time I'll add a tad of sweetness. Service was really good. Overall, I'm impressed!

It's been well over 7 years since my last visit here. I don't know why it's taken me so long to go back but I'm glad we finally did. We had a family get together for a birthday. I called to give them a heads up for a party of 9-14. The owner was super gracious and accommodating. We had a big table ready for us. He was nice enough to keep our cake refrigerated until we were ready. They gave us plates and forks and also a huge knife to cut the cake with. The food was delicious as I remembered. They now have cheese rangoons and they were wonderful! Great service!

*Drool Warning* I have eaten here almost 1 million times I apologize for not reviewing it sooner for y'all but THIS SPOT IS BANGING!!! The food is served raw, you select what you want, which sauces to use (we use all) , and they cook it hot and fresh right there within less than a minute. The servers are quick and get you in and out and full lol , The ambience is really a tribute to their heritage and i love that it has so much character! You wont regret going here

We enjoyed this Mongolian Grill. All the food was fresh, and they cooked the food quick. They have a ton of options for meats and veggies. The egg drop soup and bread was delicious as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our first trip to Warrior's Mongolian Grill, even if it was during COVID. They are doing a great job working to keep everyone safe, with the staff wearing masks and gloves, and requiring customers do wear masks as well. They also require guests wear gloves at the buffet, which they provide. The food choices were many, and there was quite a number of sauces to choose from. We decided to mix and match different types for each visit we made. I chose the Egg Drop Soup as a starter, my wife hot and sour soup, and we were given some sort of sesame bread to go with it. After we had had our fill (it's all you can eat), they brought the check along with four small cookies, two chocolate chip and two macadamia nut. We'll be back.

Great all you can eat place! Options are limited however, and the service can be lack luster.

Try not to fill up on the bread though, as good as it is, because the Mongolian BBQ is even better.

Went here for a family lunch out and we seriously drove 45 minutes just to eat here.. it's just that delicious. I will admit that we actually pass their other location just to go to this one. I don't know what it is about this particular location but it's OG and seems to just be better. Maybe it's the service, but I definitely feel like there's something done different at this one. Win win as always with this place. I have been to the VB location a few years ago and didn't like anything I had ordered. I was hoping this time would be different. The salt and pepper shrimp and such was delicious. As was the cucumber salad and everything. But the actual noodles itself? Overpowering with star anise and Szechuan peppers-- so much so I tasted nothing else and breathing foul odors for the next few days I swear. The potato noodles were hard to chew and easily could become a choking hazard. The service was fast and friendly despite the busy dinner hours. The restaurant had plenty of seats inside and the orders became available fast. Very little to no wait without feeling rushed. Like my dining companion said, everything but the noodles are good here. I should have heeded the warning. Parking is free and most major cards accepted. Unless a friend insists on going, this is not a must visit spot for me. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to friends and family but hey. To each their own.
