The meats were flavorful--the suadero wasn't overly fatty, with about a 90/10 meat-to-fat ratio, and the al pastor really hit the spot. Even the corn masa tortillas, although not made fresh in-house, were very tasty. The salsas were well made too. There were four different kinds, and since I don't eat spicy food, I especially loved the two varieties of salsa verde. This location has a small dine-in area on the side under the trees, with about four tables. Parking was easy too when we visited on a Saturday afternoon. I'll definitely be back!

That alone should tell you everything. The quality of the food is outstanding. The meat is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, yet somehow not heavy at all. Zero excess fat (which is a huge pet peeve of mine), just clean, fresh, perfectly cooked meat. Every bite tasted intentional and made with care. The owner/chef, Z, is one of the kindest and most compassionate people you'll meet. You can genuinely tell how much love he puts into his food. He even took the time to ask how much I enjoyed everything, which says a lot. I'll absolutely be back--and if I don't see the truck, I'm calling the number and tracking him down. The truck itself was spotless and well stocked with chips, drinks, peanuts, and treats. You see, I had just started working here at SFO when I heard about the FILIPINO food truck parked just outside the departures area. I went to the location during lunch to order. I was disappointed when I found out that they only took cash. That wasn't the problem. The problem was how cold the lady working at the order window was. She basically non-verbally shrugged me off when I asked questions and I left. Didn't say a word and ignored me. I vowed never to go back. If someone can't even treat you with respect when you ask questions, doesn't matter how good the food is, it isn't worth giving them your money. If you are an employee - or even not, not sure about the policy for non-employees - there is a cafeteria for employees in the International Terminal just a short walk from this food truck's location. Go there. They have decent food for a good price including my go-to when I want rice. Their loco-moco is decent at a great price. And the Filipino employees are a lot nicer and kinder than that lady working at the food truck.
