Sure enough, he showed up promptly and looked at my calamity. It seemed I had enough parts, but he brought all the know-how and strength to complete the job. It is unusual to find a plumber that is willing to work on something you've already screwed up yourself, but Anthony was kind and understanding. The next day, he returned with another technician. After more time spent, neither of them could resolve the problem and ultimately told me I needed to call an AC specialist instead. In other words, they admitted they could not fix the issue after already taking my money. I reached out multiple times requesting at least a partial refund, but never received a response.
