A few minutes later the food came out, and let me tell you - I was blown away by the flavor and quality. Perfect maillard reaction on the burger (which I believe is of the "smashed" variety), excellently caramelized onions and mushrooms, as well as a decent cheese. EASILY the best fast food burger I've had in the past decade. If I had to compare the flavor, I'd say it's as if Five Guys and Smashburger collaborated to make something actually decent.
