Really amazing food and customer service! Accommodating to an Uber eats mistake will definitely be coming back.

Plenty of photo ops and loved the wall pods for dining and even private booths for those romantic nights. Our waitress Kayla was amazing and very nice and she explained the menu in detailed when needed. Service was fast and on point. The menu offers a variety of ramen combinations to please your palettes. Nice drink menu as well that's refreshing with teas and smoothies. The wings we had were flavorful. Love the concept of the rice cake burgers but it was a mess to eat so be ready should you wish to try! Broth favors are amazing but be ready for sodium overload like any ramen bowl anywhere lol. We also had the cherry blossom jello for dessert and it was a hit and even took some to go.

I had to assist him using the menu to get the answer we were looking for. We placed our drink and food order at the same due to the wait for the waiter to come over initially. We waited an additional 15 minutes to receive our drinks (water). Another waitress actually came over as she saw that we had nothing on our table. Waiter never asked about spicy-ness level and I realized after we received our food. I got the same pho (curry) but I think last time it tasted better. The #1 Tokyo Tonkotsu is light. The #2 Katsuobushi is strong and they charged us a $1 more for black garlic.

The restaurant is on the smaller side (about 6-7 tables) with additional bar seating, which adds to the cozy, authentic feel. The Vibe: Small, intimate, and focused--this is the kind of place where you know the food is the star. One small note: I didn't see any beer options--just soft drinks and teas. Not a dealbreaker, but I do usually enjoy a beer with ramen, so it was a bit of a miss for me. What We Ordered: * Cucumber Salad * Chicken Karaage * Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen * Spicy Miso Ramen Standout Bites: The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty. The chicken karaage was exactly what you want--crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Perfect crunch, perfect bite. Then came the ramen... Both the spicy tonkotsu and spicy miso broths were rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The noodles had that ideal chewy texture, and the pork was thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. Rich broth, chewy noodles, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Overall: This is hands down the best ramen I've had since visiting Japan, which says a lot. We left already planning our next visit. Pro tip: Arrive early for lunch--seating is limited and fills up quickly.

My favorites are the shoyu ramen, the kids ramen (honestly the perfect portion), and the tuna mayo onigiri. My go-to order is usually the kids ramen with a tuna mayo onigiri, and it's always so satisfying. The pork chashu is super soft and tender, the broth has so much flavor, and the noodles are always cooked just right. And definitely don't skip the egg--it's so good. The ambiance is really peaceful, and the space itself is cute and cozy. The staff is always very friendly and eager to please, which makes the whole experience even better. It is one of my go to spots, I seriously cannot recommend enough.

Located down the street from UCF, Soupa offers a wide selection of noodles, soups, and snacks that can only be described (by me) as delicious and comforting. They offer build your own bowl options for those who want ALL THE THINGS, but also have tasty pre-set meal options for those who do not have the energy to make the dreaded "what do we do for dinner" decision. I personally have loved everything I've eaten here. In addition to the great food, Soupa has so much character as a brand. As the name implies, Soupa Saiyan is a spoof on the famous Super Saiyans from Dragon Ball. The shop is covered in anime art and merch - you can have Goku stare you down while you eat! I always enjoy taking a look at the figure and art displays after my meal. Over the years, they have expanded their displays to include merch from One Piece, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, and many other anime. This shop also features a beautiful mural of Dragon Ball heroes and villains. The mural also features Knightro, UCFs mascot and fearless knight. I am not sure when it happened, but on my most recent visit, I was sad to see the mural covered up by posters. I am not sure if this was a legal move, but I can only imagine that it was covered for a good reason. I hope I get to see the mural again. As always, the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I wanted for my meal. The shop is small, so the service is always great. If you are a fan of Dragon Ball, or are a fan of big bowls of tasty noodles, I highly recommend that you make a trip to one of Soupa Saiyan's locations. They are all unique, but offer the same tasty meal experience.

As for the food, I wanted to like it more than I did. I think getting the pho or ramen is the way to go here, and I instead tried the sushi. The presentation of it was so nice and immaculate, but the rolls I got just really lacked in flavor. They were kind of "blah". The ramen is decent, and again I think that's what to try if you go here. Also the workers were so lovely that I really wish our experience with the food had been better. But if you're an anime fan you should probably add this to your list to check out.

This fast-casual concept packs a serious punch on flavor, freshness, and value. Domu wings are one of my favorite dishes in Orlando, so I had to try the Wing Bites. They feature the same incredible flavor and crispiness in a more convenient format! I was also seriously impressed with the serving size for $10. I tried the Thai-Style Hot Fries as well - wow. An incredible flavor combination that I'll surely be craving for a while. I don't love things that are overly spicy, and these pack a good punch without overwhelming the flavors of the dish. This was one of those dining experiences where you run and tell everyone you know how great it is. I have no doubt that I'll be returning to Chibi every time I'm in the area!

Happy to report that they also have flavorful ramen but in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere (no huge wait times like their main location). The broth is rich and well-balanced, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. You can really tell they put care into every bowl. The vibe inside is fun and casual, with cute decor and anime touches that give it a unique personality. You order at the counter and food is brought out when it's ready. When we visited the food came out very quickly. Limited menu but great alternative if you're craving Domu but don't want the huge wait.
