Okay so this place is not that bad. I'm gonna go ahead and say that the basic hamburger is not so different from In-N-Outs and I swear they must use the same vendor for the lettuce. The fries are okay. I definitely tastes like the reuse the frying oil for chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings. I definitely would come back again but it can be pricey: $4 for fries and almost $7 for just the burger. You should try it at least once but if you want In-N-out, just go there instead.

Food was great and nice and hot! Staff was friendly and we even met the owner. If you want a great burger and want to support a local establishment, give it a try.

My golf buddies and I got take out from Wedge in CM, bc the one who lives in CM said Wedge is like In-N-Out, w/o the long lines. In addition, Wedge has boysenberry shakes, and actually has a Flying Dutchman on the menu (burger w/ two thick slices of onion for the bun). The double cheeseburger looked good before I bit into it. However, it was pretty bland, and could have used at a minimum some S & P. On the other hand, the produce was fresh, and included a thick slice of onion. Secondarily, the fries & rings were pretty good (not pictured). Its nice to have rings vs the competition. My friend who picked up said he phoned the order in, and it was ready as promised when he arrived. He said the inside was old skool, and the staff were nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to Wedge. Nonetheless, if you are in the area, its a nice alternative. They have more options vs the comp, the prices are reasonable, and there are no long lines.

Food was ok. Burger had no onions or pickles as I requested. Lady who took and gave me my order was short and rude and seemed not happy.

They've been around for a couple years but the enthusiasm continues unwaveringly, which is great to see! Let him know if something is not right and he'll make it right, right away. Excellent customer service! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. Their Billy Cakes aka Rolled Oat Pancakes are the star of the show. It seems like they mix some oatmeal into the pancake batter. I got the cinnamon which comes with homemade cinnamon butter on top. You don't need syrup. In fact next time I'll ask for a little extra cinnamon butter. I also tried a regular pancake with blueberries. That was equally awesome. I ordered the 2 + 2 + 2. The bacon was phenomenal. High quality with a nice subtle smokiness. My over easy eggs were too easy, so next time I'll ask for over medium. The Pastrami Breakfast Tacos were perfect. Again very high quality meats. I loved the Pastrami. The scrambled egg was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were seasoned with too much Cumin for my taste. The owner said they're constantly experimenting and evolving the flavors. I'm looking forward to the next iteration of the potatoes. The coffee was nice and bold. I can't wait to come back!

Busy Saturday at peak brunch time, but we were greeted and seated quickly…read more The environment was casual-chic with a focus on chickens (eggs?), and the space was well laid out and easily navigable. The food was excellent. We had the protein omelette and the breakfast burrito. The protein omelette was strong, and the Jurassic pork (sweet and savory seasoned bacon) stole the show there. Toast and fruit was well made and fresh. The burrito was where things went to the next level. Steak AND bacon in a burrito in this economy? Unbelievable. It was so rich and heavy I almost couldn't finish it. They didn't overcompensate for a lack of meat and eggs with a bunch of potatoes. The whole burrito was well balanced in that respect. The beans were excellent, and the cherry on top was the fresh made red chile salsa. It tied the whole experience together perfectly. Finally, the coffee was excellent as well, the only caveat being that we actually got our food before our coffee (only one barista was behind the bar and she was pretty backed up). Wonderful brunch experience, I will be back.

A baker's dozen soon enough. We ate: California Breakfast Burrito - comes with carne asada, pico de gallo infused guac, house potatoes, eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. served with rice, black beans and salsa on the side. Pretty substantial and filling. Rooster Flight - the menu says choose any 3 french toast or pancakes. But you can't choose any limited-time special pancakes, so just mix and match from the regular menu. I got the brioche French toast, which was buttery. The Churro Pancake was a heavy dose of cinnamon sugar, fair warning. I liked the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake with the cheesecake cream, graham cracker crumbs, and macerated strawberries. Portions are fine for two people. For each flight sold, $1 goes towards their parent company's nonprofit Rise & Shine. Prepare to wait if you go on a weekend. But it was nice sitting on the patio and enjoying brunch on a sunny Saturday.

Trailblazer wrap was nothing special and one of the side sauces was real funky- almost like some type of animal fat/lard sauce, but I'm not sure. Not sure if they were understaffed, but we saw our waitress maybe every 10-15 min and didn't get waters or greeted until 10 min after we were seated, however there was no wait to be seated, and she was walking/talking with no urgency. We asked for one more minute to look over the menu and we didn't see her again for another 10 min -- we were just silently sitting scrolling on our phone before we had even realized we still did not order (since she never came back to check on us) They had indoor and outdoor seating, both were nice and clean with lots of options for larger parties.

Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, they are open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day for breakfast and lunch. We came on a Sunday morning and were seated right away. The menu offers plenty of tasty options. It was tough to decide. I ordered the Crab Benny and had my eggs soft-poached, as requested, and they were perfectly runny. The croissant was a nice change from the usual English muffin. The herb-seasoned wedge fries were also great and crispy. The Brown Butter Hollandaise sauce was creamy and flavorful. My family also enjoyed the tomato bagel and the kids' pancake. They cleaned their plate in no time. The portions were good for the price and quality. Our morning hunger was satisfied. If you are inclined to enjoy an alcoholic beverage with your meal, the menu offers some great options like brunch cocktails, mimosas, wine, and more.
