I've been coming to this location for years now and the service here is very average if I'm being very honest. And yesterday I came here to grab some dinner and I waited for some time now and there weren't a lot of customers then when I went to the front counter and asked where's my food they just said maybe someone took it by accident when obviously that's not true. I was helped by Joseph, who is the manager of this branch and his service is the best that I have seen in the fast food chains. He greets you once you step in, has a great smile, is patient and makes sure everything is going well. I can't say the same thing for how clean they keep the restaurant, I know that employees don't have to keep an eye every second on dirty spots but the drinks machine always have some spillage around. I recently started to frequent this location again after what seems to be a change in employees, service is better food is hot receiving items ordered faster, there is an employee that works at this location her name is Tessa always friendly smiles a good upbeat young woman that seems to take pride in what she does there. Along with with the employees I see getting things done re orders keeping the place clean way different environment will keep me coming back. Did I mention I have been a fan of wendys for years love the Dave's double one of my favorites, prices are fair the best chili ect. I would definitely recommend this location especially wendys fans. Don't this I will be coming to this location again. I frequent here a lot because it was cheap and close to my house. TL;DR: Not only did I have to go back because they didn't give me my food, they made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Always messes up orders and will hold your credit card hostage. Today I had the most awk thing happen to me at a drive thru. They only handed me one bag and sent me on my way. I realized on my way home that they only gave me part of my order. I drove back and it was diff workers. (about 10 mins passed) I explained to them what happened and all of them looked at me as if I was trying to get a free meal from them. I even told them who helped me. They went and got who I assume is their manager. He seemed doubtful of my claim and asked for a receipt. I said I didn't have one and he seemed in disbelief. Their worker never gave me one. Why would I want to scam them of a burger and nuggets from the value menu smh. They made me drive to the parking lot to wait for my order. I'm pretty sure they just gave me the one that was suppose to go to me originally because the food was cold and it had the same sauces I ordered even tho they didn't ask me the second time around. They ALWAYS mess up the order some how but I'm not too picky. I'm the type that would just eat something rather than go back and fix it. They have even forgotten to give me back my credit card multiple times so now I only use cash or no touch pay with them. Prices aren't even cheap anymore with inflation. For the most part my experiences at this "restaurant" have been pleasant but this last time (yesterday night [02/10/23]) was unspeakably disappointing. You can never go wrong with Wendy's. Don't get me wrong I love Wendy's but todays order was careless on their part and hence the 2 star rating. Drive thru at 7pm. Did our thing and ordered a large order that came out to $65.00. Drove to the window, paid and they gave us about 6 bags. With our experience with big orders and fast food drive thrus is that majority of the time, they screw you over and forget a cpl of your orders. We were smarter this time around and made sure we got our money's worth. We pulled to the parking lot and parked. Low and behold, we were missing a good amount of food. They forgot our garden salad, loaded potato, small chili, and a Dave's single burger. All of us marched into the Wendy's with our bags and bags of food to show them that we were not messing around. The one working the drive thru saw us and acted surprised and came to ask us if we were missing anything. We told her nicely what we were missing and she said it's here somewhere and walked back to her drive thru spot. Another male worker knew our order was missing and said to her, "I told you." From that convo alone you can tell she knew she messed up and another worker came to help us. We finally got what we ordered and headed out. I like Wendy's and I've noticed since the spicy nugs are back, everything that is fried is cooked in the same oil. So now, at lease at this Wendy's, they have SPICY FRIES, LOL ! Husband ordered a late night snack for us; he comes home and we start eating and I noticed a weird taste. I think it's the pickles so I take them off...taste continues and I thought maybe it's the cheese, so when I try to remove a part of it the burger falls apart. The meat was raw from the inside!!!! I don't expect much from fast food, but Wendy's is a disappointment. The food is okay--not as good as some other fast-food restaurants, but okay. The service, however, is lacking even by fast-food standards. I wanted to order lemonade today. I noted that besides the regular fountain lemonade, they had Dave-crafted lemonades. I asked if those lemonades were refillable. The person at the counter didn't know enough English to answer my question. I asked someone else who also didn't know.
