First they remodel the restaurant it looks very nice the interior feel like in a fine restaurant but you are in a fast restaurant. I try out the Jalapeño Frisco chicken sandwich they it's very spicy I need to try because they their food is spicy but it not. The sandwich looks good it was very cheesy it feel look like a gourmet chicken sandwich. One bite wow it's very spicy then I notice it have fresh chopped Jalapeño to make more hurtful it have habanero cheese sauce. My mouth was burning and sweating I have met my match. This Wendy's is so clean and tidy. Newly remodeled I guess. Cause they had a area with nice lounge chairs you can watch tv. A big screen TV also. The new soda fountain machine. Food came out as desired. Warm and tasty nothing wrong with it. Not even the fries which I asked for no salt. Burgers are always good here. Price is still high on them adult burgers but I settled for $1.00 burger. Area is clean so is the parking which is private. In a shopping center of Walmart. Decided to try Wendy's because last time I tried it the salad was very good. But unfortunately this will be my last time I will ever try Wendy's on Washington ordered. Order the $5 biggie deal I understand $5 what can you expect but oh my God? The hamburger was the size of my fist closed up. Most times this store meets expectations, which for fast food are basically none. Take the order, make the food and leave. Today, in the drive thru, the menu speaker with legs, argued with me between a chocolate shake and a FROSTEE... is it flavored thick ice milk in a cup? If you go here make sure you check the food if your picking up !!! I talked to the manager LUIS and he was no help . I called and told him I picked up my order on my lunch break and I couldn't go back . He didn't give me any resolution instead all he said is I can go back and he would remake my order . My mom and I came to Wendy's last night on Feb. 17th to order food, we went through the drive thru and part of our order consisted of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Once we arrived to the window the young woman asked us if we would like a classic sandwich instead of one of the spicy or gave us the option to wait for it. Said it would be more than 5 minutes and we were okay with waiting for it. However, my mom has asked if the rest of the food would also be given when the sandwich is ready because it was a pretty cold night out and the food would get cold sitting in the car. The woman responded "no, but I'm going to give you the food and then have you park". My mom politely said that it would get cold and we wanted the food to be ready around the same time as the sandwich. I hear another woman in the back say that the rest of the food was already made in a rude tone and the worker speaking to us was just standing there with an annoyed face. We park in the front, 10 minutes later the same worker came to bring us our food. We said thank you and drove around 15 minutes home just to find out that we didn't even get two spicy chicken sandwiches. Instead, they decided to put a sandwich with just meat, cheese, ketchup, and mayo. This place and the workers are so disappointing. Literally made it 10 mins before close, they had a security guy stationed at the drive thru saying you have to place a mobile pick up order because they are closing and not accepting new orders. For a national chain restaurant that is not acceptable, any fast food chain should understand how a business mode that does now account for last minute orders will create negative customer morale. What made it worse was I downloaded the app which took some time and then to place and order and check out it required so much information to fill out, and your birthday, and all these things that you hit skip just for the app to prompt you a failed message, and thus the timer ran out and we were stuck in line with no order allowed. The worst experience at a fast food place thus far. Try the classic McDonald's app and even they have a quick turnaround, but I have never seen them turn people away. But Wendy's never again. read more

Berry Almond Chicken Salad: 4.5 Although the salad is comprised mostly of iceberg lettuce, you'll discover there is a fair amount of spring mix in there, along with a plentiful harvest of ripe blueberries and sliced strawberries. Their cheese is a little sour. I'm not sure what kind is used. Sometimes their diced chicken breast is really salty. Finally, your salad is made complete with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and sliced almonds. Okay, I just checked the Wendy's website and it says they use Asiago cheese. It's safe to say I'm lovin' this salad. I've had it 3 times in one week now! A little about this Wendy's franchise: There's a lot of parking available. Staff is pretty peppy...for the most part! The food is hot and fresh! The chili is super delicious. It's chunky fingerless meat and beans. Top it off with cheese and onions for an additional .40 cents. Baked potatoes are also very good. Broccoli and cheese is my favorite. They also give sour cream and butter to slab on after the cheese n broccoli has been devoured. 99 cent menu kicks ass too! They have these 5 piece spicy nuggets that are yummy!! And a cheddar burger for 99 cents (meat, bun, nacho cheese) that hits the spot when eating on a budget. I've only had one issue here with receiving the wrong order at the drive-thru, but I just went inside the restaurant and the cashier just replaced my correct order and told me I could just keep the incorrect one if I wanted. problem solved. The staff here is always nice and friendly, and it's always clean inside. There's practically no wait time and the food is always good. There's plenty of parking too, and they're open late. I've also had food delivered from this location and it's always perfect. I know fast food restaurants tend to have bad ratings, but wendy's is my go-to, and this location is great. Wendy's is delicious! My first time trying Wendy's was at this pico location, and I've returned once again. Three times in total. Both times I've had a good experience with the food, EXCEPT for the fat that this last time I went (3 days ago) the lady in front of me ordered a lot of food so the cashier left to get her food ready and they took FOREVER to come and assist me at the register. By then, a line had formed behind me. I must say I love Wendy's STRAWBERRY LEMONADE so delicious! I still need to try their ice cream ;) I'm looking forward to coming back. read more

Since this is the only Wendy's near me, I come here often. I'd have to say this is my favorite fast food place because they offer more than the usual burger & fries. My favorite thing is the baked potato! Very good & cheap :) I've never really had a bad experience at this location. Food is always fresh, order is usually always correct, good service, I think my only complaint is that I don't really like to eat there. Its not the worst, but the inside could be a tad bit cleaner.
