First when I drove up to the drive thru I waited 7 minutes to order. Then I could not hear the guy who was taking the order AT ALL! I had to ask him twice to speak up. I wasn't greeted, nor given eye contact at the window. Andrew rushed to throw all my bags, credit card and receipt at me at the same time Upon driving away I checked my order and my burger for the kids order was missing. I had to circle back again tell the guy to speak up AGAIN...and tell them what was wrong! I got to the window, no apology from Andrew, the manager just gave me my bag. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes, and just gave me a blank look while I was telling him that every time I come to this location my order is wrong. He didn't offer me anything or say sorry. I asked if it was a franchise or corporate and he didn't know! I hope you teach your managers the difference, teach them how to give better customer service and how to smile! This Wendy's is the worst one I've ever been in. Their service is just horrible! It's like if they hire their employees with no people skills. Their drive thru is extremly slow they leave you waiting on the window instead of greeting you and taking your payment. They are very rude. It's dirty and hard to find a clean table, I have to wipe the chili off the table myself before I eat with my family. I'm practically doing their job for them. Two thumbs way up for their previous $4 for 4 and the current double patty bacon cheese burger with amazingly fresh crunchy nuggets, fries and drink for $5. Instead of bad mouthing these employees barely making minimum wage -- please be patient, be kind with your harsh reviews. Service was not okay. After ordering one meal at the speaker, the lady cut me off and told me my total when I wasn't finished. Once I got to the window, I asked her if I could add one additional item since I was cut off earlier, and then she tells me "next time order it at the speaker." Like really? Cheap prices for the value meal... Personally like the spicy chicken nuggets - 5 for $0.99. Like the ceasar salad. Love their regular burgers, but prices are a tad high at above $4/pop. Came here 2/10 working for delivery company. Apparently when customers place order with Wendy's, you have to use the drive thru to place the order and pay for it using the company's debit card. So this wendy sucks because the drive thru lady couldn't understand our clearly spoken English order to her. So we pulled up to the window and she had the balls to say please back up and give me the order again. So im telling her there are cars behind us yet she keeps demanding we back up and cause an accident. Pulled back in line and boy did they act professional real quick. Quite the headache. Wendy's is good, although, some of this locations workers are sub-par (I won't say all because there was a young lady with brown hair that was super kind and pleasant, give her a raise) I have been ignored in line, seen workers playing on their phones in the back while there is a line in the store. This Wendy's location used to have the fastest drive through around but are now ungodly slow. Why would you make every car that pulls up to order wait 3 to 5 minutes before taking their order?? It makes no sense. People routinely drive off after realizing how slow the line is moving. The last 3 times here mid-day on a weekend have taken 15 to 20 minutes to get food with just a few cars in front of me. Absolutely rediculous. read more

The food is good Fries were pretty salty but the nuggets and frosty were good, all of it was affordable.... But that's about it. The first thing- as I was walking in an employee was too. She was in front of me and instead of holding the door open (I was a few feet behind her), she keeps walking. The door closed halfway on me and I kinda laughed because it was rude. I ordered 4 meals, and I thought I was speaking pretty clearly, but the lady taking my order ended up messing up three different things about my order. (She ordered me a #6 instead of a #2, she charged me for an extra 4 piece nugget I didn't order, and I asked for fries for one of my kids meals but got apple slices) The food was good as always, I enjoy eating Wendy's, but I don't know if I'll come back to this one. read more

During my order yesterday around 11 am I had gotten 2 orders. The first one was handled well and the receipt was given to me. The second order involved a meal and one burger. The price was outrageous of $18.49 at which point the cashier didn't give us a receipt or anything. This not having a receipt and overcharging was absolutely unacceptable for a business such as this. read more
