Visited this Wendy's today and was blown away by how friendly and professional Emily was! She was greeting everyone with a smile and "How are you today, sir/ma'am" that actually sounded genuine. When she called customers when their orders were ready, she called their name and then handed them their tray with another smile and said "Let me know Anthony if you need anything else during your visit". Kind of weird.... I RARELY ever get Wendy's.... but THIS particular location has done some preeeeety fishy things... things which to me raise eyebrows. On four separate occasions (weeks and even months apart) when I visit this place after 10:00 pm... their credit card machines mysteriously stop working and they turn into a CASH ONLY operation. Now... I would think if their credit card machine broke as often as it does they would have a pre-made sign that says the machines are down and they can hang it outside BEFORE people enter the drive thru to prevent people from getting sandwiched between two unsuspecting vehicles... I had to scramble for change in my purse and car to find some $$ to order something. But I realized today after arriving at the window, that these folks were in absolutely NO RUSH to get us our food, despite having good enough staff in there to knock food out in just a few short minutes, WE (the people in front of me and myself) waited about 5-10 min for our food... I suspect that the night crew just wants to have a chill night now, and they pretend their CC machines are down so they can discourage people from ordering (the person behind me I noticed LEFT after he was told over the intercom that it was CASH ONLY) soooo hmmmm.... interesting.... CASH ONLY operation, a few disgruntled employees, late at night, SLOW SERVICE... I call shady business. Who is to say these peeps aren't pulling the whool over the eyes of their employers every time they run the night shift? I just had the best experience there ever. Superb customer service. Way more than you would expect at a fast food restaurant. And when I open them And they were both slimy and brown lettuce so when I asked for new one they come to my whole meal and gave me free food on top of that, not to mention the 20 they apologized. Fast, reliable, and great customer service, who could ask for more. We all know Wendy's has the best burgers around, top that off with great service and this is your place! This location is out of the way a bit so it is also fairly quiet and comfortable. If I had a -1 Star this is what I will give this location. I went to this location and ordered fresh hot fries no salt I normally will stand by the counter and wait for my order. This Wendy's location is close to our office and typically I wait in front counter for my order.. As I was standing there waiting for my fries I saw the server pick up a scoop of the fries and dumped it back to the fryer! My jaw dropped and I was talking to my co worker and uttered this better not be my fries. As I said it the server went up to me and started to put the fries on my tray! I then said oh no you are not putting that fries on my tray. The manager overheard it and she said to me ,( instead of apologizing to what just happened) that I should just go back and sit and wait for my fries I was like after what happened I am not gonna just sit and wait for those fries. The manager acted like it does not even matter and that it was like a normal practice. She did not even reprimand the employee that did that. Obviously it's common practice in that same location. I cannot believe it ! Don't ever ever go to this Wendy's again! It's disgusting and who knows what else they do there. Stopped by it was before 11am so there was no line girl at counter said hello and I said we are not ready yet when we finally decided went back to the girl (Clara) was telling her our order #1 She looked lost #2 She was not putting in our order on key pad #3 She walked away while my aunty was ordering...I blew up by then started to mumble WTH??!! The food is always excellent my problem today was with the drive-through operator a woman. She kept rudely interrupting me every time I tried to add my next item she was into much of a hurry and I could not even think she just kept cutting me off asking me sauce and drink sauce and drink very rudely then when I got to the window there was a nice gentleman named David working the window, he was trying to help me and she kept cutting him off speaking in Spanish telling him to do something else they forgot all my straws and then when I was checking my bag she kept rushing me out of the window so I had to tell her you need to slow down and let people think you were going way too fast and you're rude. Trying to order from this place makes me dizzy, Juanita was taking my order and left nearing five times before I even paid. It just makes no sense if you are going to work the register to leave five times for one simple order that doesn't require you to even leave the register before payment. We've been to this Wendy's numerous times and have ALWAYS found our orders filled without error when using the drive thorough. We recently ate in the dining room and found the staff to be very courteous and cheerful. Not only were the diningroom's tables and floor spotless but the restrooms were also gleaming. This may be a "fast food" eatery but they take the time to be efficient, pay attention to detail, courteous and cheerful - and the food's good too! read more

Wendy's has to be one of my favorite fast food hamburger chains other than in and out. Their food and service has always been consistently fresh and tasty no matter where I have been. I don't really know anyone that has never tried it, but this location is no different than the others I've had. 4 stars for the fast food chain burger restaurant that it is. read more

I waited in line for 5+ minutes with no pay compensation on my order. We waited in line for a longer amount of time than it took to get our food. Do not recommend this restaurant if you are pressed for time. I continuously experience this issue here. Drove there from Danielson Street because I was tired of the pathetic service from fast food, Mexican and Chinese restaurants in my area. Always put Wendy's above the rest. Not anymore. The girl at the woman was hard of hearing, talked too fast and didn't get the order correct after we repeated it 3 times!!! My regular, old cheeseburger was cold and the meat was pink. My husband's Son of Baconator was greasy. The blueberry lemonade was white...so much for blueberry. Asked for the receipt and was told the receipt was in the bag (as she was throwing at us from the window). What's the hurry? Were they being robbed? Had to use the bathroom? Not a soul behind us in line. For over $15.00 for 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries and a lemonade...not worth the effort. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO WENDY'S FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!!! read more
