So after a disappointing experience at Denny's across the street, we came here only to be disappointed again. We showed up 5 minutes before they officially closed and was behind a truck that was ordering. This truck took its sweet time and by the time he finished ordering it was a few minutes past 1AM. As I drove up to put in my order, the sign just shuts off... I'm like are you kidding me right now? I was in line waiting before you closed shop. We went here earlier today to try the new breakfast they have. We ordered the new maple bacon chicken and the breakfast baconator and the seasoned potato wedges we split the breakfast sandwiches so we could each try both and they were both good and the wedges were good too. We definitely go again to order breakfast here or at other location depending where we at. I didn't take any pics to post of the items though. read more

Whenever I come here in the morning they get my order completely wrong. It seems like they do not know their own recipes. You order any type of burger and they slap American cheese on it even if it doesn't come with American cheese. I have given them so many chances to get THE SAME order correct and it is always wrong. Yes, I ate here. The food was warm and "fresh", with the exception of the french fries having sat in a warmer for quite some time I'm sure. The re-vamped Wendy's meals don't quite do it for me. What happened to the days of the buttery yellow buns and the ever-so-more yellow french fries? I understand the need to live a healthier lifestyle but chances are if you're still eating fast food you're either craving it, or lacking a healthy substitute in your lifestyle choices. The food was decent for the options available. The Asiago Chicken Ranch Club was a bit overrated - with a slice of cold cheese resting on top of over-cooked bacon and mayonnaise which was a substitute for "Ranch" I'm sure. The best part of my meal had to be the vanilla frosty which was a nice alternative for the non-chocolate lovers out there. Although rather bland, the frosty summed the meal up nicely for me. The store was rather clean although you can tell - rarely visited. Make sure to check out the drive-thru as the inside dining atmosphere kills your eating-out experience. read more

This location is BAD NEWS!!! As you approach the Drive-Thru window, you will be greeted by a homeless person holding a sign asking you for money. The employees do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. But it gets better. Now things have gotten so brazen that a second homeless person will walk RIGHT UP TO YOUR OPEN CAR WINDOW and hit you up for change just as the cashier is getting ready to hand it to you. Right about the time you say "no", the cashier is handing you your change. That's when the guy says.."Well what is that then??!!" as he's pointing to the change you are being handed and accusing you of being a liar. I thought I was going to be robbed at that point. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Ordered some cheeseburgers for the kids, and got the order to go. When we got home, what we found was a "patty of meat" that was 2.5 inches across and an 1/8 of an inch thick in the middle. They make the edges of the patties thicker so people think they're bigger than they are. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself. Even the kids laughed at it. I had to get back in the car and drive over to the Jack in the Box so they didn't starve to death. My kids were so good all afternoon, I let them pick dinner as a reward. I wasn't about to let that ridiculous waste of time from Wendy's stand as their reward for a job well done. Unreal. read more

I asked for crispy fries and with the worst of attitudes the lady tells me "we only have one type of fries do you want them or no" so I LET IT GO and say sure get the fries and they are the most soggy day old fries I've ever ate in my life. I don't understand how hard it is to let fries sit in grease a little longer. Then have the audacity to serve cold and flimsy fries. No salt anything just potatoes soaked in grease. The location of the infamous finger in the chili incident. However, we all know it was a hoax and the funny lady is in jail now serving time with her husband. But yeah, I am from Ohio and Wendy's and it's founder Dave Thomas is from Ohio as well. Pros: Open late so you can get chicken nuggets at 2am! Drive thru is speedy and quick! They have ample parking space! The best value menu for a fast food chain and some great choices for the health conscious as well. I love the different sauces you can get and how can you go wrong with a caesar salad and bacon cheeseburger? =) read more

2 Stars About once every two years, I have occasion to go to a Wendy's. Every time I go, I really want to like the burgers. The advertising campaigns are memorable, and great reminders of this alternative to McD's and BK. But without fail, I'm disappointed with the burgers every time. My most recent visit to a Wendy's was to this location last Thursday (Sept 20th), and this review is really no reflection on this particular location. But when I opened my burger, the first thing I got was five fingers saturated in grease. I'd pass-it-off if it was the first time, but that is the standard for every time I've eaten at any of Wendy's locations. Maybe some people see that as an indicator of "freshness," but I don't see the same thing from In-N-Out, Foster's Freeze, Juicy Burger, or any of a host of other chains - national or local. See you again in two more years when my memory has faded and my expectations are hopeful again. read more

I'm really eating clean now days, but on my fast moving days, I want something quick. My go-to meal is a baked potato with broccoli, cheese, and sour cream. Wendy's is a much quicker bet than my oven, on occasion. Last week, I got a baked potato, some chicken nuggets, a malt, and a lemonade. Not super clean, but not bad for a cheat meal! I was handed my bag, but it had chili,, and no malt. When I mentioned this, it was a whole headache, about the order, the check, ect. It even took what felt like years, for the guy at the window to realize he needed to take the chill back from me, despite the fact I had asked him several times if he wanted it back. Three stars, because well... at least I didn't get a finger in my chili, since this was the branch where the thumb was found. But the reality is, I know this isn't rocket science, but I feel like I have to dumb down my order sometimes, in effort to insure that it will turn out right! Gerr!!! read more

Customer service at this location was really good, I got greeted in a very polite way, cashiers that are jovial and know how to handle a conversation. It was a dine in experience and the lobby was not really crowded at all (it was 9:30 in the morning). The order I had was a baconator large meal, which was much better than the other two orders I had at Wendy's but in different locations. the first one being a Dave's Triple, which struck me compared to other burger places I've been because, yes the meat was fresh, but because of the size of meat in the burger, you could barely feel the taste of the lettuce or the tomato, which is not what I expected, I don't expect them to ever change their recipe because of that but it's definitely one of the burgers I'm not ordering again when I go back there. My second order before that was a chicken burger which for some reason took very long before getting ready, and being in a hurry when I was placing this order it was a bad experience even though the cashiers were really polite about it informing me that it would take longer than expected to get the grilled chicken ready. The order itself was good and tasty but since this was another morning order I don't really recommend going to the place very early in the morning when it comes to chicken burgers read more

I recently came here and got the $5 bacon double stack biggie bag. It was ok. The food wasn't as warm as I would've liked. The bacon double stack didn't taste that special. The beef didn't taste that different compared to the beef that I usually eat at McDonalds. The chicken nuggets were relatively plain. The fries were a bit different compared to McDonalds fries, but not necessarily better though. The service was ok for a fast food place. read more

By far the most impeccable customer service I have ever witnessed in my life!! Always one cook and one person taking the order which make the line ridiculously long for no reason. Today I ordered my food. Pulled up to the window to pay for my order with my Wendy's app!! Which allows you to get your meal for a discounted price. Once I showed her my app she say, she cannot use it the system is down but then later said I can take $2 dollars off. Well that ain't the discount it was $5 off. so if you can give me $2 off then why not $5. This is Wendy's not no mom and pop restaurant and I expect a lot more integrity on their behalf. read more

I'm giving it a 3 star for a couple of my experiences at the drive through. 1. Update your ordering system. With jets flying overhead, motors running, it's no wonder you've screwed up my orders so many times. I saw something on Modern Marvels about how Wendy's has a call center based ordering system. Maybe talk to your corporate about installing that. 2. When someone asks for a coke and you give them a sprite, don't dump out the sprite and refill it with coke. I can taste it. Recently all I desire is Wendy's. The #1, small with a chocolate frosty. My desires began when I was on a road trip to San Diego. Wendy's was the only convenient food before we got back on the road, so I acquiesced and went to Wendy's. I don't make it a habit to eat fast food, and if I do, I choose Taco Bell or InNout. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my burger. It was freakin delicious. So I had to go back yesterday. I decided to yelp the top Wendy's in the area and this one had the best reviews. (I didn't want to take any chances and end up disappointed) The real crappy thing with cravings is that they don't easily go away. I had my tasty burger with frosty JUST yesterday and I want to go again today. This Wendy's was the home of the chili finger scare (which BTW was a hoax for which the perpetrator went to jail), and since it's by my house I wind up going there more often than I'd like to admit. Compared to the other Wendy's I've been to in the Bay Area it's incredibly average. If you've been to the one on Saratoga or Bascom, you'll get more or less the same experience. Personally I like their roasted turkey and basil pesto grilled chicken ciabatta thing, but then it doesn't taste like fast food, much less Wendy's fast food, and it costs more than most of their other entree items. Finger scare or no, I can't fathom why anyone ever ate the chili there though. I have no complaints about the service, but there wasn't anything glaringly awesome either. read more

You should visit this location because it is the site of the finger in chili incident (it was fraud for those not familiar with the event). Went to Wendys yesterday for lunch with my wife, we went through the drive up and ordered the 5 dollar special. we got to the window and was charged the wrong amount.When I pointed out to the cashier he threw a dollar at me. I said please charge me the right amount! He threw a second recipient at me and said here your recipient. Never saying sorry. I get home and find now I have been charged twice for the same meal ! Wouldn't refill my iced tea and when I inquired why that was, this f****** moron behind the counter acted all dismissive, rolled his eyes at me, mumbled something in Spanish, then walked away. When I ask for the manager nobody would go get the manager. When I finally talked to the manager he was dismissive as well and was reluctant to give me his bosses phone number.
