I used to come here for fast-food because I lived around the corner. I swear, 5/9 times I ordered food, they "accidentally" left an item out. I don't want to say they did this on purpose, but it's suspicious. Also, their service was not great. I gave this location one more star, because Wendy's has improved their menu in the last couple years and they have good, cheap chocolate frostys. read more

Suppose I shouldn't expect much from a fast food restaurant. However, there is no need to give your money to a business that feels entitled to it. Extremely rude drive thru cashier...turns out it was a manager. I went inside to complain and the cashier told me the guy on the headset was a manager. A manager has no business speaking to customers that way. The whole issue was a faulty speaker and microphone at the drive thru kiosk. He was cutting out and decided to be an ass toward me because I couldn't hear him. There are too many options and more than enough good business owners that would be grateful to have your business. eat here when ever i am the area. service is always superb. food is fresh. buns are not all torn up or look as if they fell off the truck and got ran over by the car behind it on the freeway. lettuce, tomatoes are crisp, not all wilted or soggy. even though they have heavy traffic through the dinning area, when ever i have been in there, area is clean and trash cans are not over flowing. bath rooms are clean and graffiti free. if you are near alma and monterey highway ( rd ), stop at wendy's. you won't regret it. read more

As I was on the way to the gym, my friend spotted this wendys and I decided to pull over and eat before working out. When we pulled up to the menu, we told him we'd take one second but the worker there rudely told us if we were ready yet. Didn't really bother me much but it did bother my friend. After ordering and pulling up to get our food, I asked if they had any sweet&sour sauce for the nuggets but unfortunately they were out. Not only did this disappoint me but both of our frostys were messy outside the cup. Next time I want wendys, I'll be avoiding this place. Also, there's a giant dip as you exit the drive-thru. People who have lowered or high-end cars should avoid the drive-thru. I had no chance in avoiding the scrape no matter how slow or slanted I went. read more

This Wendy's is one of the worst ones ever! We had to wait in the drive thru for almost an hour before ordering and we were second in line and then they said their ordering machine stopped working and it might not be fixed for another hour!!!! Just ate here a couple of days ago for the first time. At this location anyway. I just got a new job in the neighborhood...anyway I rate fast food based on fast food expectations in case you are curious. I got a Caesar side and Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger of the dollar menu. That was a really awesome burger for a buck! Fresh, flavorful, not greasy. The salad was good as usual. Only complaint is that our table wasn't very clean and my hubby had to wipe it off himself. read more

I keep jumping back and forth on the overall quality of this place. Sometimes they have a good day and others they just suck more then you can imagine. I have lost count on how many times they have screwed up my order, let alone how worse it gets when you have a bigger order. Not sure if its because they are understaffed or poor management, but they do need to work on the customer service side of the business and the fast food side of the business. Ok, so today was the last time I paid for anything here. I ordered 2 value meals and both were incorrect. One had a slight edit with no mayo, but that meant it came with no lettuce or tomato either. The frosty is really rally good on a warm day. The homeless guy on the corner and bus stop bring in an interesting crowd. Makes for good people watching though. He place is alright from cleanliness but the bathrooms are not great...avoid them if you can. Not great but not horrible. It is easy access and easy in and out. read more

Waited 10 minutes in drive-through for a baked potato and a free jr. frosty that comes with a previously purchased keychain. Even though I explicitly asked for the "free frosty that comes with the keychain", I was charged for the frosty, and when I pointed this out to Alfonso who was attending the drive-through, he said 'Well, I asked if you wanted the small frosty, and you said yes'. I pointed out that I originally asked for the free junior frosty, and he still blamed me for charging him charging me. Now, I am not one to argue over $1.80, and it had already been over 10 minutes in line waiting behind only one other person, so I just asked for my food so I could leave. His reply was very snarky and rude, so I asked to speak to a manager, which he ignored and walked off. I had to yell through the drive-through window at a passing manager to get her attention. She gave me some money back in cash, but did nothing to make up for the wait time or the ride employee. To top it off, the potato was cold by the time I got to eat it. read more

Today at 9:12 Thursday June 11th I came here to get a chocolate frosty and once again they didn't have any chocolate and I was told by a friend they finally fixed their machine and supposedly it broke again. They should take it off the menu if they never have it and the man taking order was very rude and argued with me about why it's ok and not a big deal. He said do you have a problem. It all started when we (me and my two daughters) couldn't find the hotel. Normally that wouldn't have been such a huge deal but since both me and my daughters had been in the car for five hours traveling across California drinking soda to stay cool, you could say we were a little eager to get to our hotel (the hotel bathroom in particular). Seeing as we couldn't navigate the complicated streets to the hotel in time, we decided a Wendy's bathroom would have to do. I want to say this is where things went downhill, but if we are being realistic it was a bit earlier than that. Me and my youngest daughter went in to the establishment first, not sparing a second in finding the bathroom. Upon entering we were grateful that the bathroom had two stalls so we wouldn't have to suffer anymore than necessary. But then disaster struck and we realized, only one had a stall door. I took a bullet for my daughter and went to that one. The first thing I noticed when I entered the stall is that the toilet seat was up. Usually in a women's bathroom the only reason a toilet seat is up is because it had just been cleaned. I can tell you right now, that was not the case based on the brown residue left behind. During my interesting expierience with the toilet seat, I could hear my daughter in the next stall over. Her journey through the Wendy's bathroom was entirely different than mine. While I had no door to worry about, she couldn't seem to get the one she had to lock. The lock was coming off of the door in her stall and she couldn't figure out where to slide it so the door would stay shut. Let's just say the food was better than our bathroom experiences. Not only is this Wendy's poorly maintained, the customer service borders on being unprofessional and mean-spirited. The first time I volunteered for a near-by community service group, I went to this Wendy's. The bathroom was so filthy, that I couldn't use the facility. Recently, I went to Wendy's, parked to make a phone call. While I was on the phone, a female staff person started to walk around my car, as if to suggest I should leave. The Wendy's staff person loitered for several minutes until I had to ask her "what the problem was?" She growled at me to ask if I were there for Wendy's or the nearby community service group. I was so annoyed with the suggestion of intolerance for people who use the services of the center, I left. How can people who work in a neighborhood that tries to help others be so intolerrant of the poor and suspect them and others not eating a Wendy's hamburger of being a threat? oh my god... the terrible service was unbelievable!! drive thru worker kept cutting me off and was very rude. we sat and waited for him to take our order for about 10 minutes. waiting in line to get our food took another 10, and it was just so obvious this place doesn't have it together.
