He has every single one catalogued. He decided to store them at the CubeSmart Self Storage unit on Willow court. He even chose the special lock that was recommended as oh so safe. He took out the insurance policy they offered. When he went to swap out some comic books on April 24th, he was shocked and deeply saddened to find it ransacked and all of his comics stolen. CubeSmart's insurance carrier DID NOT even give the measly $2,000 of coverage he paid for. They sold him a "disc lock" as well saying it was extra safe. The insurance company said they would NOT cover it "because there were no signs of break in." Well, we told them the "special" lock was difficult to use after the break in. So in other words, if thieves are at all talented, no insurance? It was either a picked lock, or an INSIDE job. We learned that CubeSmart also only has cameras at the exits and entrances. We trusted this company and have lost over $16,000 of value and a beloved collection that he was looking forward to enjoying over the years. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR THIS COMPANY. Very informative but also efficient. My 7 year old was with me and I appreciate LaShonda patience the entire time. We ended renting a 10x10 but I also asked for a bottom unit. Lashonda was quick to look up availability and found some potential move out units near my expected move in date. The entire transaction was approximately 45 minutes but it felt faster. Happy we stopped by and the reviews from Yelp certainly lived up to its expectations. I will update after we move in our stuff.

They were to pack up everything except for clearly marked and sealed boxes that I had already packed. They went through at least one of these boxes, found a small BB gun I had packed up and SEALED, and decided to shoot off a few rounds. We had farm animals, dogs, and wildlife on the property. I told them to leave,called the company and requested that they leave the property immediately. They were there for less than an hour and I was charged for 4 hours of work plus other expenses totaling $786.00. I had to dispute the charge with my credit company, and the entire experience with this moving company was a disaster. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.
