The offers I was given were nowhere near competitive, and instead of working with me, the sales staff came across as very pushy. It wasn't until I told them I was taking my business elsewhere that their attitude completely changed. As I was leaving the dealership, the general manager was informed that I was walking away. He actually ran out to my vehicle and suddenly offered me the exact type of deal they had refused to consider while I was sitting at the negotiating table. That left me wondering why I had to threaten to leave before they were willing to earn my business. If those offers were available all along, why not present them honestly from the beginning? It made the entire experience feel more like a sales tactic than a genuine attempt to help a customer. I believe dealerships should be transparent and treat customers fairly from the start, not only after they've decided to leave. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I talk to multiple workers under the company days before to ask question about a car and schedule a appointment. I let them know I was a cash buyer and they said they would work with me for a good experience. Even told them it would be an early birthday present. They never said anything about anyone having interest on the vehicle or anyone else being involved with the car leading me to believe I would be able to test Drive and purchase. This was all within less than 6 days of having communication, scheduling day to test drive, and possibly purchase. Day or scheduled appointment I call to check in to which they notify the car was already sold. Overall entire experience left me very disappointed especially after voicing so much interest on the car. Wouldn't recommend Service.

This location never answers the phones. Dont bother calling, i have tried multiple times a day,…read moredifferent days, and waited for over 30 minutes for NO ONE to answer the phone to even say "hold on". Showed up right after i hung up and employees are just sitting there at the back desks. They told me and another customer that they do not like to answer the phones it's a hassle. (We informed them we had tried calling). Meanwhile the phone was still ringing in the back. I've been renting here for over 2 years because it's closest to my business. Tried to rent a box truck today and they did everything short of a background check. Wouldn't let us rent without a utility bill, must have proof of address with the primary DRIVERS NAME AND 3 references. Gloria tried to inform us this was "standard procedure" but in the 2 years renting, I've NEVER had to verify that much. Using a debit or credit card. Last time being 2 weeks ago. Also you can not rent a box truck without a major credit card. Only trucks & cargo vans can be rented with a debit card. Gloria was a pain to deal with. I'd rather pull out teeth than to deal with her again. She lacks customer service. Tried to be condescending. And "explained" to me that for the past 2 years (even when the manager assisted me) everyone was doing it wrong. I live in Los Angeles, my business is in commerce down the street. Gloria also informed me I'd have "better luck" with the location closest to my home instead of this location. Edited to add 07-01-2022. I placed a reservation after speaking the the manager yesterday. Again, this is the closest location to my business. Manager helped me since the truck i reserved was out of stock. Told me to come in next day, that'll he'll have a truck ready for me. Came in today and Gloria was there by herself. Stating she refused to help me because of my "unacceptable" review. And to go to another agency because she saw my review and doesn't want to service me.
