It has been years since I had a pretzel so I decided to get one while I was returning stuff at the Glendale Galleria. Pretzels are still as good as I remember from years ago. Definitely brings back so many childhood mall memories. There was a bit of a line when I arrived but it moved very fast even when there was only one person working the stand. Service was really good and efficient. This stand was in the middle of the mall near the food court and it was a little hectic with the foot traffic but overall solid pretzel spot. We had the worst experience at this Wetzels pretzels! We ordered for pretzels and they told us it would take for ever to get them. When we said how many minutes they said eight minutes! We ordered 4 pretzels , but the only had three pretzels. Instead of giving me the ordered once they were ready he started selling them to other people. When I stated your giving away my pretzels he said no. Then he just threw the pretzels at me! At one point he burned the pretzels and had mittens in the oven! This place is the most disorganized! So I know they have quite a few stands at the mall but Never ever go to the location where blaze pizza is, yesterday I purchased a wetzel dog along with the original bites and the wetzel dog was raw INEDIBLE!! The dough was slimy, I didn't notice until I was out the store due to the policy, I was on the freeway when I took a few bites and noticed. I called the store immediately and explained what happened but was told that they weren't able to do anything for me since I didn't have a receipt when I wasn't given one to begin with. I was also told to drive all the way back so my item can be replaced but I find that super unnecessary that I would have to take time out of my day to go back for something they failed to do.
