The honey and I really enjoyed ordering ahead to this location while we were in town for his work. The food quality was always high, although it's busy and sometimes you'll need to interrupt the person working at the small counter at the back on the right side. That's actually how you pick up your order ahead since they no longer use the shelf that's there and keep everything behind the counter. Overall, it's not too bad for picking up lunch, though the area isn't great so I wouldn't eat here in person. read more

Update from 5 years later: This store location is always disgusting inside, like the staff just doesn't care. I had an almost identical experience here 5 years ago, where I received no greeting, and patiently waited several minutes before saying I had a pickup order. Short angry guy told me rudely to wait without even making eye contact, and then the girl in what looked like a full face of amateur evening makeup looked at me and only said "what?" I was perfectly polite and thanked them for my food, and was given ZERO response at all. I've never been treated this poorly anywhere else. Employees are beyond unprofessional and this is why this store has 2 stars online. Train your staff better, it's giving LOW CLASS. read more

There couldn't be a lower rate for the service I've received here on multiple occasions. The attitude and lack of protein portion served here is beyond me. The employees seemed rushed, there wasn't a line and they seem upset for almost everything They put a crazy amount of rice (3 scoops) and had of the protein I chose. When I asked about it I was given attitude. I asked for dressing while paying they gave me attitude and asked if I asked for it before placing my order. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. First, the billing was handled poorly. I was charged for "extra chicken" that I never ordered. When I pointed out the error immediately after paying, the cashier refused to refund the difference or correct the transaction, stating that a refund wasn't possible and only offering a vague "discount for the next visit." This is unacceptable for any customer, especially a visitor who won't be returning. (though he briefly apologized) The service was even worse. When I tried to get the extra chicken I was forced to pay for, the server completely ignored me. She chose to mop the floor and wipe tables right in front of me while I was standing at the counter, then walked into the back without a word. I felt invisible and disrespected. Eventually, a different female staff member (who seemed to be the manager) came out from the back. The last four times I've been here they've been out of steak. They've asked me to wait a half hour and still didn't cook any despite multiple people waiting. A guy helped me out the other day in the line and he kept asking his coworkers for help. He was handling the line and cash register the entire time (for a long line of customers) and when customers asked the manager or asst manager (Asian looking guy) to step in he just blamed the employee and told him to "handle it". There were at least five other people working and nobody helped him. They either stood there speaking or were on their phones. I've been to countless Chipotles, but this by far has got to be the worst experience I've had with this franchise. As someone visiting and craving a burrito, I would say the customer service within this establishment was unacceptable. I had told the lady working at the counter that I wanted two burritos. For the first burrito, I told her I wanted extra cheese. She responded by putting about 10 pieces of cheese on it, then looked at me like I was crazy for being surprised by this. I tried to dismiss this case, as the gentleman also working the service bar attempted to make up for my disappointment. For the second burrito, I clearly told her what to put in it, but she tried to put in the opposite of what I wanted. When I said steak, she tried to put in chicken. When I said black beans, she tried to put in pinto beans, etc. When my second burrito was made, I could see the portions were significantly smaller than at other Chipotle establishments. By this point, I wasn't even surprised. When I finally reached the counter to pay, the lady there also approached me with a less-than-friendly attitude. She failed to mark my burritos, and when I asked her to, she gave me an extremely rude face. I had basically given up with this establishment and was ready to just pay for my food. I had additionally purchased a side of queso for my meal. The lady at the counter failed to even put in the side, almost leaving me paying extra for something I wouldn't even be getting, which is utterly ridiculous. I would also like to comment on the overall atmosphere of this establishment. There were numerous messes all over the dining area, and none of the cutlery or napkins were restocked. Honestly, I'm glad this isn't my local Chipotle, or I would have instantly come they company as a whole I urge the staff to do an inspection of the employees once in a while, or the rating this establishment has will continue to plummet. read more

Easily the worst Chipotle I've been to, but about once a year I cave since I live nearby and I'm immediately reminded why I don't go here. The service is incredibly slow for pickup orders. Doordash drivers essentially mob the pickup counter so the folks who ordered from the app basically cant communicate with the one person who works the pickup counter. And that person only shows up for like 3 minutes every 10-15 minutes regardless of which orders are ready. They also routinely get orders wrong, and as everyone else said, they also skimp the most on the size of your order. If you're using the app, you basically have to "extra" everything just to get a regular portion. read more

The employees here are so rude! I told my daughter not to ask me to take her to chipotle on 4th Street again! We ALWAYS get over charged and run into some problem! This time I opened the door and let her in and decided to go to Starbucks up the street. When I came back she was getting ready to pay. She came to the table I was sitting at upset. I found out that they charged her $1.75 for a cup of mild salsa that had no flavor at all! It literally tasted like WATER! She was also charged for guacamole on her bowl! She doesn't even eat avacado! I opened the bowl to double check it and nope! No guacamole there! I proceed to the cash register to ask for a refund! The lady working was so rude I almost asked for a refund for the total order! I wanted to ask her if the CEO of Chipotle came to her house and ask her if she wanted to work at Chipotle or did she apply for the position! I don't understand why these rude employees want to work customer facing positions when they DONT LIKE PEOPLE. That is very sad considering the location of the establishment. The first two times I visited this location was great. But the third time was not. Only order from this location if you're ok with possibly getting very disappointed. This chipotle is rated poorly for a reason. It really depends on your luck and perhaps my chips were stale because I ordered doordash at 8pm. I ordered a sofritos burrito with guac, which they ran out or forgot my sofritos. I only noticed this when I opened my burrito to properly spread the filling. One end was where all the guac and cheese was, and there was a solid hunk of hard white rice at the other end. The worker made NO effort to make the burrito desirable. What could make this worse?
