    Fries and chocolate shake
    Alyssa G.

After arriving in San Francisco, my daughter and I decided to grab lunch at Super Duper Burgers since it was within walking distance of our hotel. It ended up being a great first meal after traveling. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger with a side of regular fries. The burger comes pretty simple with just the beef and cheese, but you can customize it with lettuce, tomato, sauces, and other toppings if you'd like. She kept hers simple and said it was one of the best burgers she's ever had. The fries were also cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not over- or undercooked. I decided to try the garlic Parmesan fries. The flavor was delicious, especially the garlic, but since we ordered our food to go, most of the Parmesan ended up staying on the top layer of fries instead of being mixed throughout. They were still really good, but I think they would have been even better if the cheese had been more evenly distributed. We also shared a chocolate milkshake. It was smooth and creamy, but it wasn't as sweet as I expected. It tasted more like a rich dark chocolate than a classic sweet chocolate shake. It was still enjoyable, just different from what I was anticipating. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. The food was fresh, the location was convenient, and it was an easy walk from our hotel. While it's probably not somewhere we'd visit multiple times during the same trip, it's definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a good burger while exploring San Francisco.

Wanted to try this chain since I've been seeing it everywhere in the Bay. Came around noon on a Sunday and ordered via the tablet. It was fairly busy but the order was ready quickly within 5-10 minutes! Mini burger was a little salty from the Super sauce but it tasted very fresh, I liked the soft bun and variety of veggies. The beef patty was very thick so they don't skimp on that. French fries weren't anything special but they were yummy and could've been a little crispier. Vanilla milkshake was thick, creamy and not overly sweet!

This was my second time at this burger place. Years ago, a friend had recommended it. I don't usually visit burger places when traveling, but we just needed a quick lunch between museum visits and it was convenient. The burger was just as I remember with a slightly caramelized patty and so greatly seasoned. It comes with lettuce and tomatoes. You can customize it how you like. I added cheddar cheese and grilled onions, and of course, got their house made pickles on the side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a bright and airy dining room and just a wonderful quick and convenient stop in the city.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I love burgers so had to come check out this popular burger chain. Came around 11:45 am on a Sunday and ordered quickly on the self serve kiosk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Spacious interior with two floors of indoor seating and some outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food came out quickly. Got the mini burger and added cheese and it was thick, filling and juicy but a bit salty from the cheese and Super sauce. The fries were tasty and slightly crispy and a good portion. The vanilla milkshake was also good, creamy, thick and not too sweet!

Great food offering burgers fries pickles and soft serve! *Soft serve- I'm rather unhappy about my large size chocolate dipped soft serve cone. It seemed pretty small given the amount of soft serve I received. I would have thought it would have been bigger, seeing there were kids and large size options (at diff prices). Looking at other people's pics, some people got more taller soft serve in their cones, so it doesn't seem consistent, depending on who ends up making your cone. Anyway choco vanilla swirl soft serve itself is yummy, also very messy to eat so have napkins ready! Service- not that friendly and felt cold. No smile, no eye contact, I just felt like another number in the queue. My past experiences were not like this so I would consider this a one-off kind of night

We stopped by during Pride weekend, and even though the line looked long, it moved surprisingly fast thanks to the self-service ordering kiosks. My friend and I shared the mini burger and garlic fries, and both were really good. They couldn't cut our burger in half, but they kindly gave us a plastic fork so we could split it ourselves, which I appreciated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is on the smaller side, but there was still seating available, and the restroom was surprisingly clean for how busy downtown San Francisco was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the house-made pickles, which were a little too vinegary for my taste. Overall, I'd definitely come back for another burger!

Delicious, efficient, and great visuals. I was in the area sightseeing and wanted a light bite for dinner. I got the mini burger with fries and it was the perfect amount of food. Some burger joints leave you feeling bloated and blah, not here.

I'm glad this a Northern CA. based chain, because if it was L.A./SFV, I'd weigh a million pounds lol. It's literally a dream elevated fast food restaurant combined with organic ingredients for an amazing value. I was in San Francisco last weekend for a convention, and ended up going here twice because it was so close to my hotel. I first went Sat night to grab a quick bite before evening festivities - I love that they have egg breakfast sandwiches all day long. I got one (see picture) and it totally hit the spot - oozing egg, creamy chipotle sauce and cheese on ciabatta - very delicious. Sunday afternoon, convention's over, I need something to eat before a overly long flight home (another story) I decide, ya know what, I need something quick, let's go back to Super Duper! This time I got a full meal - veggie burger, garlic parmesan fries, and a chocolate vanilla swirl kids-sized shake. The burger was so incredibly fresh tasting, and the shake wasn't overly sweet, had a lovely bittersweet chocolate tone. I like that they have small sized shakes so you can indulge without too much guilt. I thought the fries had a nice flavor, but seemed a bit soggy/missing some crisp. Perhaps I should've sprung for additional dip, next time! All in all, I confidently recommend this place!

Haven't had Super Duper in a LONG time! I always passed by this spot but never went inside! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Looks small on the outside but it's actually pretty big inside! There's even an upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is two kiosk to order from and you add in your own number to the buzzer, the pay. Once your order is ready, the buzzer will buzz for you to pick up your food. You pick any seat you want. There are pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the side to pick up along with napkins, etc. If you want water, you'll need to ask for a water cup. I got the mini burger with everything on it and added the grilled onion and jalapeños - it was so good. Fries was crispy as well! Both were delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restrooms have codes on them. Maybe there should be a bigger lock to lock from the inside cause people don't read the "occupied" sign and can still open the door with the code.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's barely any parking around. The easiest way is to probably Bart into Montgomery or Powell station or take muni, or even the ferry and walk over.

We stopped by this Super Duper location while shopping around Union Square for a quick meal. I wasn't super hungry so I just got the mini burger with tomato, lettuce and carmelized onions. The burger was yummy and a great portion for a mini burger. I enjoyed the slightly greasy beef patty with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Love that they have caramelized onions as a complimentary topping, it added so much flavor to the burger Also shoutout to the house-made pickles. There are bread & butter pickle spears near the soda machine to much on which are great to eat with the burger. Definitely better than the typical fast food spot if you're craving a burger. Their milkshakes also look great!

The veggie burger is really good and the service I received from Rosie and Anna was top notch! 11/10 recommend :)

Me n my girlfriend both got the mini burgers and it was perfect! Wasn't looking for a huge meal so we both got these but I got mine with cheese and bacon on a ciabatta bun while she got cheese, mushrooms and jalapeños on a regular bun! We shared some garlic fries which were good n reminded me of going to the ballpark to get fries! Would recommend!

I got the mini burger and paid extra for this much bacon and avocado?? Half the patty was really salty, the other half was good. MINI BURGER

I'll admit, I was a little skeptical because it only came with two tacos, and I was starving. I almost ordered a second serving, but I'm so glad I didn't... or maybe I should have because they were that good. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and you could actually taste the hot honey without it overpowering everything else. It paired so well with the corn, slaw, and sauce, creating the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and fresh. And that squeeze of lemon on top? It brought everything together. Easily one of the best specials I've had in a while. One thing I also appreciated was how extensive the menu is. Since I almost always order a burger, I hadn't realized how many options they offer. My friend and I came with our kids, and everyone found something they were excited to eat, which made ordering easy. We grabbed one of the outdoor tables since we stopped by after the lunch rush on a weekday. The seating itself was nice, but be prepared to share the space with some very bold birds. One especially large bird was absolutely determined to steal our food. Obviously that's not the restaurant's fault, but it's worth mentioning if you're hoping for a quiet, uninterrupted meal outside. I can also see this place getting pretty hectic during peak hours, so if your schedule is flexible, I'd recommend stopping by outside the lunch rush. Overall, though, this spot continues to be one of my go-to places, and I'll definitely be back.

Weekday line wasn't long and we found some tables outside to sit at. I had a few modifications on…read moremy order and everything came out correctly. Little bit of a wait but the place was quite busy. The staff was so kind and patient with everyone. Food hit the spot and everyone at the table devoured their food. Been to a few Gott's before but the patio was lovely!
