    My genuine reaction

Waited 5 mins until someone came and took my order, then another 10 mins till I got my food. Other people game in way after me yet we got our food the same time and my food was cold.

Pershania is the best she always knows my order and makes sure I get extra condiments I need through the drive thru!! Such a great personality! It's so hard dealing with drive through's now a days but thank you so much to Pershania for making my experience easier and personally making my nights easier after getting off work and needing food!!

    Disappointed every time here.

For some reason every time I come here, I ask for fresh fries and chicken, very politely I waited extra 10 minutes when it was my turn at the window, I already was handed my drinks and still my fries aren't fresh and I don't have any gravy! Definitely my last time here.

I don't know what this is, or how it got in my burger, but it crunched in my teeth and didn't break! I thought I had chipped my tooth. I don't know if it's glass or plastic or where it could have come from in the kitchen, and I've worked in restaurants my whole life.

On a gawjuss Sunday morning you meet the day with a smile. Whether you are off to get your Jesus on, or on the way to work (me), Where else but Whataburger can you get a warm good morning, aaaaaand a Breakfast on a bun on Texas toast. Would you like took add lettuce and tomatoes? Go for it...Whataburger. Can I have an order of crispy, golden onion rings for breakfast? Sure I can. Whataburger you're too much. What about a hot lemon pie? You betcha. Have it right out. Oh Whataburger, you shouldn't have. But you did you sly devil. Let's face it, where I a gozillionaire, my mansion would have it's own Whataburger kitchen. Yummy morning folks. Enjoy your day.

First, my order is incorrect. Next, I get served a to-go bag when I said that I was dining in. WTH, WhataBurger???

Most ghetto third shift (11pm-7 pm) crew ever. I've been to this location several times late at night when I'm either returning from the airport or from a night out on 7th Street when you want to take the edge off of the alcohol. Every single time, my dining experience seems to get progressively worse. For starters, I'm constantly greeted by tables that have napkins, empty condiment packages and other trash from the moment that I walk in. The front end staff is in the back yapping loudly with other employees while the drive-thru line outside gets longer, as well as the line inside. My advice: shut y'alls yappers!!! My order of a #1 combo meal (a traditional WhataBurger hamburger with fries + drink) gets mistaken for chicken tenders, fries and no drink. This leads me to ask the question of how you can mess up a #1 combo? Meanwhile, the loud girl that is my cashier continues to have a conversation over her shoulder, obviously not paying attention to my order (as well as not caring, apparently). While getting my dine-in number, my correct order is served in a to-go paper bag. I mention to the employee that I was dining in, to which she asks me if I need a tray? I'm polite, asking her for a tray when I could've easily said that I'll just pour my food on the dirty table and eat like a hog in a pen. All the while, some random guy comes into WhataBurger and asks folks for money while the employees just snicker & laugh. When it was time to leave, I nearly slipped on the floor due to more garbage strewn next to the waste receptacle. I've been to this WhataBurger in the morning (around 9-11 am), and the employees that work then aren't like this. Purely a night & day difference between that of the 3rd shift. Although I may patronize other WhataBurger locations in the Metroplex in the future, this one is now one that I'll avoid, especially when the JV team of the 3rd shift is working.

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

Right by TCU so it's obviously the place to go for a good smash burger that is reasonably priced for what it is. Service is kind and we got our food fast enough. The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

You can tell there's care put into the build. The atmosphere was fun and lively, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal. The staff stood out as well. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. The onion rings were just okay. They and the chicken tenders felt like the only items that went straight from freezer to fryer, which stood out compared to how fresh everything else tasted. If I had one suggestion to take this place to the next level, it would be to offer a true build-your-own burger option with a full list of ingredients. They were very accommodating when it came to customizing their "designer" burgers, but having full control would make the experience even better. Also, while the burger meat was good, it tasted like it was cooked on a flat top. There is nothing wrong with that, but a flame grilled option with a bit of smoke and char would push these burgers into elite territory. Overall, great burgers, great vibe, and great service, with just a couple of tweaks away from being exceptional.

This was more like a sports bar to me. It looks like a house from outside. They have a deli, bar and burger place all together. We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double. It was a nice experience, probably fun to go at night when they have a band. I personally won't return to eat lunch because we felt it was overpriced for what we had.
