Shake Machine is CONSTANTLY broken. Even when you call ahead youre told it's working only to arrive to be told its broken. They should REALLY invest in a new one. read more

I ordered through the Whataburger app for curbside pickup. It was supposed to be ready between 9:18 and 9:20. I arrived at 9:15. I reported on the app that I was in spot 3. My order was not delivered until 9:33. I asked the girl who delivered it why it took so long. She said that she was busy working the counter. I said "so the food is cold"? She said "no, it's been under a heat lamp". Additionally, I received items that I did not order. If Whataburger's food wasn't as good as it is, they would be out of business. Not a good idea. We wanted burgers after the turkey meal and chose this location. Ordered a double-meat WB jr with cheese...add mayo. Seems simple enough, right? Um, wrong. Got my food delivered to my table and it was a regular WB jr with cheese, plain and dry. Walked up to the counter to explain. Showed her my receipt. Waited and waited. Finally asked if they were going to fix my burger. She walks over to the line cooks and then walks off. I go sit back down to wait. Got my food...again. It was a double-meat WBjr with cheese, but nothing else was on it. I was NOT happy! Walked back to the counter and told her AGAIN that it was wrong. The manager is taking orders right beside me and never makes an attempt to intervene at all. I go back to my table and wait. Third time's a charm, right? Nope! Not here. No mayo. I work nights (probably till 2-3 AM every night), so it's hard to find a place open late to get great food.... and Whataburger never disappoints! Cystal is always working the drive-thru no matter what absurd hour it is! Not only did she walk me through downloading my Whataburger App, she always has a smile on her face, and the kindest words and demeanor. Even on her birthday (which was New Year's Eve!!!). I have worked in food service for 5+ years now, and I KNOW how hard it is to give excellent customer service - especially when you're exhausted and it's late at night. Keep it up Crystal! Not to mention the food is always hot, fresh, and fantastic! I love that southern hospitality that you can only get at Whataburger! While you're at it, give Crystal a raise, or an "attaboy" or something. She always makes my night! Will be back again, and again, and again! read more

Super disappointed in this location. Pulled off not too long ago after a long day at work, ordered a cranberry chicken salad for me with a cinnamon roll and a strawberry shake for my boyfriend. Visit Whataburger on occasion for the Patty Melt and the breakfast platter or Breakfast on a Bun too. With Covid and with all the changes, they're doing a great job serving customers. Never had problems here. read more

This was the worst burger I have ever had from Whataburger. It was a Whataburger Junior double meat. The meat was like cardboard, it was dry and tough. I cannot believe it. Is this because Whataburger is now owned by someone else and the quality is going down? I sure hope not. read more

I ordered 12 biscuits in the drive thru. I was told to pull up and that my order would be out quickly. Over 15 minutes later they finally brought me my biscuits. They acted like I was asking for the moon when I ordered 12 biscuits. It's not like I ordered 30 biscuits or something. read more

Terrible manager. Has NO understanding of customer service. One of the employees noticed how rude the manager was and offered to buy me a drink, and she mentioned how the attitude of the manager was terrible. But I would not recommend it! EXTREMELY rude manager. If you're driving by just take the extra minutes it would take to get to another Whataburger or just a totally different restaurant! Trust me! Love Whataburger and understand that I may have to wait for fresh food from time to time, but EVERY single time I visit this location, I spend AT LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru. First timer at Whataburger. Their namesake is basically a Burger King Whopper with mustard instead of ketchup and mayonnaise. It was good though and made upon order (versus pre-made). Also, they brought me condiments at my table and asked if I wanted regular or spicy ketchup. This was a nice touch. This was the worst WhataBurger sandwich I have ever had. It's hard to mess these up. It took me 3 tries to find a clean table that had no grease on it. Then my burger, bun and fries were cold. I gotta say I was surprised but this shift that worked 7/18/2016 around 10p are really lazy and horrible customer service. Only two cars in drive thru and I was inside no line and there waiting for exactly 6min no acknowledgement exempt from one employee but as soon as he was gonna come take my order idiot manager tells him to do something else. He said sorry which isn't his fault but disgruntled manager goes in his office comes out and still no "sorry sir we will be with you in a moment." Poor management and just sad. Stopped by to get some breakfast before a 9 hour drive at 8:30am and it was a nice experience. I am used to really packed locations where you have to wait both inside and in the drive thru for a while to get your order. This place was pleasantly quiet which allowed the staff to be really nice. Food was out quickly and was hot. Even the few people in the restaurant were friendly. No problems with the order and overall very clean. read more

Clean. I could leave it at that, but I felt compelled to add more. The burger was meh. Fries were ok. But the standout moment was the confrontation my family and I witnessed. A patron approached a family and started cussing out the father. Concerned I may be the next target, i encouraged my family to wrap up our meal and return to our hotel. honestly, i think i'm going to just spend my gas and money going to the Davis Blvd location. every time i go here, during the night time, it's always the same mono tone robotic voice i hear at the drive thru and also i hardly ever get the correct order. just a hassle that i hate dealing with. plus the food is NEVER hot. atleast have some decent customer service? read more

Best customer service I ever had at a whataburger hands down. I go to that location at least once or twice a month for lunch around 12 or 1 pm and was surprised that they already new what I was going to order lol . Great crew always very welcoming and attentive to guest needs definitely the definition of service with a smile read more
