This place has a pretty serious training issue. They know how to take your money. They just haven't been taught how to give you all of your order. The 1st time, it's an accident on their part. When it happened a 2nd time, it's time to take action. Here's what I recommend, since this is a 24-hour place, this will have to be done in groups. So the managers need to call in the 1st group and make them sit there and watch those training videos OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Customer service could've been better, as I wasn't greeted when I pulled up to the drive-through or to the window.
