For fast food, it was pretty good. The drive-thru line moved a bit slower than your typical fast-food joint, but the trade-off is that the food actually came out hot and fresh. A few highlights: * The Ketchup: Both the regular and spicy versions are tasty. * The Drink: I tried the Prickly Pear Raspberry Whatafresher and it was incredibly yummy. The lobby is very dirty and food under table and a lot tables dirt and stain at tables, the food was ok. The service too slow and take too much time to serve the meals. The manager or distric manager need to get inspect this place more frequently is very bad service and bad condition. For to be this company is not tolerated this condition is this store .. Really clean, nice uniforms, probably excellent food I'll have to take home. I have to commend Ale's parents. They raised a fine, caring, hard-working daughter. First time having Whataburger and I thought it was not bad for fast food. I found the green chili burger to be bland. If I order it again, I definitely need some acidity in it like pickles or tomatoes. I enjoyed the chili cheese burger and think it's a strong upgrade from Weinershnitzel. Oh man! I SO wanted to love this place like the Whataburgers I have been to in Texas. Meh. It just wasn't great. The fellow that took orders was pretty clueless and not really sure what came on the burgers. When we arrived the manager was having dinner in the dining room and everyone was left to fend for themselves. He was a very nice guy and everyone has to eat so of course we didn't hold that against him. But what was less than enjoyable was the cold french fries the burgers with the soggy buns and no offer of bringing the condiment tray around like they do in Texas. I went up and got our catch-up and salt. That was fine I wasn't bothered. But something was off. The quality standards here are very low. My wife lived in Austin for nine years and Whataburger was her favorite. This was her least favorite. I'm sorry I wanted to love it, but it was all just wrong. I got the triple burger Whataburger meal and it tasted good. The Patty was a little on the dry side but there was plenty of beef for me. The fries are same old same old no matter where you go. The employees are super friendly and very accommodating. I went inside to get it, standing at the counter, and Abraham just stood at the cash register not paying any attention and picked his nose and did not wash his hands. Since we don't have Whataburgers back home, I wanted to check it out while we were in Arizona. My husband and I ordered a couple of Whataburger meals (#1) for lunch and I was very excited to eat it. To my dismay, the burger tasted like any regular burger, bland like McDonald's but bigger. Instead of ketchup, the burger has mustard on it, which I did not like. Whataletdown. These people that work here are so bad at their job that I was able to leave the drive-thru, drive across the street to Sonic order my food receive my food and pay for my food and still enter back into traffic before the guy ahead of me at Whataburger could even leave the drive-thru. When I called the manager here to explain how horrible they are and how much better Sonic is they were not even able to understand English. What a goddamn embarrassment. So pathetic read more

This place has a pretty serious training issue. They know how to take your money. They just haven't been taught how to give you all of your order. The 1st time, it's an accident on their part. When it happened a 2nd time, it's time to take action. Here's what I recommend, since this is a 24-hour place, this will have to be done in groups. So the managers need to call in the 1st group and make them sit there and watch those training videos OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Then have hours of repeated practice sessions giving customers their food. Finally, have giant signs around the joint to warn the employees, MAKE A MISTAKE AND GO HOME, FOR GOOD. If I did my job w/ the carelessness these people did, I would have been fired years ago... read more

My girlfriend and I just had lunch at this location and it was the best experience we ever had in a fast food restaurant!!! The manager Angie was so amazing, as was all her staff (everyone was cheerful and friendly). The place was spotless and the food was great and fresh! I had taken my girlfriend for a CAT scan and she needed something to eat afterwards. We had such a great experience that she remarked that if there were any rental properties nearby we should move there so we could go to this Whataburger every day read more

I like stopping here after our theatre show. The restaurant is always clean, or being cleaned. The restrooms are password protected, so one I feel safer, and it's really clean. The food has always been to order, hot and fresh, I've never had to take anything back. Their breakfast is delicious too. I stop at this location with the family whenever I can, there is plenty of parking. It's near the light across from Walgreens. read more

I mean, fast food is fast food right? You get what you pay for LOL I'm from California, so we don't have Whataburger, and I needed something fast this morning so I stopped here. Customer service could've been better, as I wasn't greeted when I pulled up to the drive-through or to the window. I ended up ordering one honey butter chicken biscuit and one spicy honey butter chicken biscuit. I ate both when I got back to my hotel and they were both pretty good! I will definitely eat them again if I ever needed to. That was my first time having breakfast from here, so I guess I can say I've checked off my list now LOL Thanks Whataburger team! read more

The last plate came not long after that. The food was fresh and the flavors were good. There's Thai food and then there's this. This was amazing and in addition to the wonderful food was the fantastic service. The music was good and wasn't too loud and they had Godzilla playing on a tiny tv hanging over the bar. We were seated by a wonderful young man named Raymond and were leaving he stopped us and asked where we were were from and then told us that he hoped we enjoyed the rest of our trip.
