We recently moved to Redlands and since my boyfriend is a whiskey lover we thought we would try this place. Upon entering we were seated right away. We let the host know we were interested in cocktails and food. She said a server will be right with us. We sat for ten minutes looking over the menu and decided what we would like to order. Another table was seated right next to us and was told a server would be with them shortly. About a minute later the server came to greet and take the other table's order. We had still not been checked on. We waited about five more minutes before we decided to leave very disappointed in the lack of service. I normally don't like to give only one star but this place doesn't deserve more than that. read more

Went early on a Friday night, the place was pretty dead and despite there not being many people there it took forever to get service. The food came out at completely different times. There were 8 of us and some people were done eating when others were still waiting in their burgers. The food was okay as were th drinks. What was upsetting was that they added an 18% charge without saying anything and listed it as a service fee. Then had precalculated amounts for tips on the entire amount (including the tip). I'm glad we noticed or she would have received a nearly 40% tip. when we asked the server if the tip was included as the description was vague, her response was "well some of it is", we asked what she meant and she just rudely responded with a Nevermind and ran off. She did not check on us or apologize for the food coming out so delayed. It's like we were a bother. Won't come back here again! read more

Let me start off by saying parking in downtown Redlands is always a challenge unless you don't mind a little walk, but we got lucky. Anyway, entrance to this bar is located in an alleyway across from the mitten building. Upon entrance you are greeted by a hostess stall and country music. As you enter there is a huge bar with seating along with little tables and stools as well as booths. But that's the first section where we were seated. The second section has a pool table and more tables. The third section, has a stage and another little bar. They have little events going on almost every night of the week. We happened to come on a night they had a dj. Which was cool because they do line dancing. I just wished we had enough energy to keep up lol The food tho! My husband and friends ordered burgers and brisket sandwiches and I ordered a half rack of ribs with a side salad that was really good and cornbread with baked beans, it was ok. A little dry but not really worth complaining about. But my husband's classic burger and fries was really good! Ambiance was great service was great and the food was also good. If you're looking for a place to hang out with friends I highly recommend this place. We had no problems. Our waitress was very attentive and checked up on us often which I appreciate. The Service was good. The waitress did her best in a very full space. The environment was warm and fun... BUT Then there was the Food... OOo the food! my friend had a what she called Bad grill cheese, is that possible? and me I ordered the stuffed baked potato... Allow me to explain that! oo it needs explanation. 1, it wasn't really "stuffed" it was barely topped with a few toppings. It was dry too!, and the skin was burnt. I like it kinda burn but most people would wouldn't. Was no way stuff. they could have even faked it with a generous scoop of sour cream and butter. They just drizzled some on it. Nothing was oozing out of my potato or stuffed about it. Please work on the food. Glad I didn't order a burger, I hate to think what you could do to ruin a burger. Summary... This was my first time at this venue. I attended a fundraiser and it was truly the worst experience. The service was horrible. We waited 20 mins for a drink. Our party of four was served two meals and the next two 15 mins later. Our breakfast food was ice cold. To top it off we did not receive any silverware until we asked three different servers and were almost finished with our meal having been rated with our fingers. We were not allowed to order from the bar. The juke box was locked to country only, and you had to download the app to use. You couldn't use in house. read more

First visit was Dec 2022 It's been a good hang out spot I recently went and had and issue with a double charge I assumed the pending charge would just fall off but it did not I called and spoke to Cohdy one night, he stated that he would research and get back to me by the end of his shift. I gave it some time and here we are a month later and I never heard back from him. I've called and it's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer. The one time someone did answer I left my name, number, and explained the situation, still not a call back. As a manger, you should always follow up with the customer. Went here last night for some food and drinks.. I had 2 drinks and my wife had 2 drinks. We were there for about 2 hours. From the time we left to the time we got home (which was about 10min) my wife got violently sick. She spent most of the night throwing up and feeling like she was blacking out. Here we are 16 hours later and she still feels like shit and I still feel dizzy. I'm no light weight when it comes to drinking and there is no way 2 drink would have me feeling this way. I'm not accusing anyone but I do think something was put in our drinks. Anyone who reads this review PLEASE BE AWARE of your drinks. Pretty scary to think of the "what ifs" that could've happened if we didn't decide to leave when we did, or if my wife was just out with her friends. Ok so I was there today 10/20 with 2 friends ordered drinks and food at lunch time all was good no complaints. Ordered too many appetizers so I was full and took my chicken sandwhich home. Hour or so later was going to eat the sandwich and 2 bites in and it was RAW. Not a little raw ALOT raw. So disappointing I took pictures hard to see the actual rawness but you can still see it fairly well, now mind you it had already been microwaved so it was worse before. Anyways 1st time here probably will not come back at least not for food and honestly maybe the drinks should be inspected carefully too. read more
