Menu has milk tea, smoothie, oolong and slush offerings and they also have takoyaki. I got their oolong tea with sea salt cream and added grass jelly as a topping, I got this at 50% for both ice levels and sweetness, and even that didn't really help with making the drink as great it should be. Salted cheese was really heavy in taste, and tea wasn't the best quality despite being very strong. Grass jelly wasn't satisfying to chew either, it was a little harder than what I would have liked. Not my go-to place, though it did catch my eye since I've already been to its other location in Renton. Good for quick milk tea, but not likely to come back.

Each of us ordered a slice of crepe cake, which felt like a perfect way to end the night. Out of the seven slices, my husband's slice was still frozen in the middle. I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate. You didn't just refuse to replace a frozen slice of cake--you lost seven customers over the way you handled it. We will not be coming back.

Spaces are small though!
