David was especially helpful during the process. The team was polite and kind in helping the entire family. The guys even helped my grandma hang her clothes and put pieces of furniture back together. Another example of how this business went above and beyond was when my grandma thought she had lost the leaf in her table. They went beyond what I would have done. We tried to be ready but the task was over our heads but these folks loaded everything even without a crate or box. They keep asking us what went with what? BEST Moving experience I have ever had!! By Far!! David, Junior, and their crew were wonderful. They were quick but careful. Customer Service was obviously very important to them. They constantly asked if they could do anything more to help and went the extra mile throughout the day. David has been in the industry a long time and it shows. Most amazing experience! We had them come in and pack as well. They moved our senior citizen parents. Most wonderful group to work with. David took the stress out of everything with exceptional communication. The guys who were there on moving day, never complained. Always a delight to be around. They were working in 100 degree weather. Not 1 item was broken! White Glove Moving are absolute rock stars. From the first call through the move, everyone was just wonderful. Our new house is up a steep hill that the truck couldn't get up. The guys ended up having to carry all of the heavy furniture up our very steep driveway. They worked so hard, so fast, and never complained once. I would have been complaining the whole time. David is the best! He has been in the moving business for a long time and it shows. First of all, he has amazing customer service. I called around to many places to help with our move within San Marcos and David was so personable and willing to work around the most convenient schedule. In fact,I called him a couple times after our big scheduled move and he was willing to come at those times.
