DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! i am beyond disgusted with my experience at this spa. What is supposed to be a women-only facility was completely violated--there were five men, fully exposed, in the women's area. This Korean spa has a traditional policy of being naked. We actually got spoken to you for keeping our bikinis on but seeing a males anatomy completely exposed is OK? This is not just uncomfortable, it is unacceptable and a complete failure of basic safety, privacy, and respect for not only me, but other clients who come with there friends or family. I did not pay to feel shocked, unsafe, and disrespected. There was zero regard for boundaries or the expectations that come with a gender-specific space. No warning, no explanation, no staff intervention--nothing. It felt chaotic and completely mismanaged. To make matters even worse, when I expressed to the manager how uncomfortable I was and asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused. Instead of handling the situation with empathy or professionalism, they tried to "accommodate" me in other ways, completely missing the point. I didn't want alternatives--I wanted to leave and feel safe. The staff was incredibly insensitive and rude about the entire situation. There was no acknowledgment of how inappropriate and upsetting this was, no apology that felt genuine, and no effort to take accountability. I drove an hour and a half to come here, spent my time, my day and my money, and left feeling completely disturbed despite having a peaceful massage. I am requesting to be compensated or refunded for this experience, as it was entirely unacceptable and not what was advertised or expected. If you are a woman expecting a private, secure environment, do NOT come here. This place clearly does not enforce its own policies or protect its clients. I would not recommend the spa. They do have lockers to put your belongings. They provide wristbands that open and close the lockers. I took my wristband off for a moment to change. I noticed it was missing from the countertop. Someone had stolen my wristband. When leaving the facility I let them know it was stolen and they charged me a $25 fee since it got stolen at their location. As far as a service, I wouldn't recommend it either .. I don't remember seeing any of the staff smile- Or look like they even like their job. I would not recommend this to this location if you're looking to relax. The parking attendant forced valet and parked my car far away even after I clearly said I had a child with me and preferred to park myself. Zero consideration. Then the elevator was DOWN... and instead of fixing the issue or apologizing, a staff member actually told me I should have called ahead to check if the elevator was working?? Are you serious? That's not the customer's responsibility. I have a bad back, and being forced to walk up and down SIX flights of stairs completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing visit. I visited Wi Spa after many many years since the first time and I remembered why I didn't come back in many years. First parking is valet only. Then I couldn't use the jacuzzis in the women's locker because I had to be completely naked. I wore a nude small thong and even that was a problem. No options for women who don't want to be completely naked. I was going to leave but the lady who was going to do my massage said I could keep my thong for the service. The scrub and massage were not good. This person had only one speed and that was fast and furious so no it wasn't a relaxing treatment. I asked her to go more gentle and she did it for like 2 minutes then went back to fast and furious. There was NO QUALITY or SKILL to the service. Also I was so sad to see how much precious water they were wasting. WATER is Sacred and they just WASTE so much of it. They could close the faucet but they choose not to. I didn't feel relaxed and no I won't ever be back nor I would recommend it. I prefer a place with quality and more options. read more

This review is for the mens side- I visited the Wi spa for the first time because I enjoy spas and this had high ratings. I did not like that they scan your drivers license when you first walk in. It feels like an invasion of privacy for them to have my home address and middle name for visiting a spa. Too much information and way overkill. Also, they make you pay for parking here. Parking is $5 when other spas around town parking is free. Overall the mens locker room did not have a communal feel where guys are talking. This is not a social spa. Guys here wanted to keep to themselves. It was very quiet. I had never seen a mens locker room that was so quiet before I found it eerie and strange. If you are looking for a social experience for networking, making friends or getting to know people this is not a good place to do that unfortunately. You are allowed to be nude in the locker room but if you walk too closely to the door the locker room attendants yell at you because the door is glass and girls from the lobby can see in. Ok so why dont they replace the door with a foggy door so people cant see in? Came here on a Sunday around 3pm and let me tell you... it was EXTREMELY packed. There is a parking area, valet for $4. You walk in, check in and they give you towels, slippers, and a shirt. Women's spa is at the very bottom floor. My mom, niece and I came here to do a body scrub. $60 for the scrub, $30 for just the entrance fee without any extra things such as the scrub. Locker rooms are clean, workers were very friendly down there. You can grab a pair of shorts as soon as you enter downstairs. My mom, niece and I got changed into our spa clothes. We headed into Level 2 which is the common area. Level 2 had all the saunas, including : Salt sauna, Jade sauna, clay, & this other one that was about 210 degrees. Also a cold sauna! There are mats everywhere and open space. My mom just grabbed a mat and was relaxing in the open area. The floors are still pretty warm, so it's nice! My niece and I went into the clay sauna, very relaxing! We didn't get to try the other ones because it was extremely packed. Rooftop was nice, didn't get to spend much time because it was pretty cold. FOOD: was not that good there and I want to say a bit overpriced. We ordered the spicy beef tofu soup, kimchi bulgogi rice, and shrimp fried rice. The tofu soup was the only thing that was good. Everything else was mid. Body scrub service: before your appointment time they do want you to soak in hot water for about 10 to 15 mins. Then one of the ladies calls your number out. They then take you into an area where they do all the spa treatments. The lady who did my body scrub was Rose, she was really good and nice. We ordered Galbi set, Spicy Pork Bulgogi set and the Spicy Cabbage which were all delicious but the Galbi set only has 7 pcs of cut Galbi for $35. Went for the first time with a couple of friends who really had a rough week! I'd say it was exactly what the doctor ordered! Pay for the admission fee, get a pair of loose shorts and a shirt and head to your designated locker area. The place in seperated into men's and women's: as the specifically entering the bath areas have a no clothes policy. Outside of the baths however, there is a co-ed space with plenty of floor space and saunas to rest and sweat in! That's what the wiispa clothes are for: the baggy clothes are fairly comfortable and shorts are pretty long for unisex clothes. The restaurant inside is pretty expensive, but I really enjoyed the food! The portions are sizable and the seating area is cozy! We sat at a table with a tatami floor, so sitting cross legged with my peers felt like I was in someones living room back in Taiwan. You can pay with your locker wrist tag and pay out when you leave. There are a couple sauna rooms you can enter in at the co-ed space area, that vary with temperature and humidity. There is a chilled room though, which is great when you've been in multiple hot rooms. We decided to go to the baths after exploring the saunas and eating, and the baths are not that impressive of bathhouses I've been to before. There are plenty of Western style showers and Asian showers to rinse off before going into the pools. The women's section has two hot baths and one ice bath: the hot baths can fit probably about 15-20 people each and the ice bath, maybe 10. I opted to hop in the ice bath and hot bath a couple times- I wouldn't recommend it for the faint of heart, but it instantly relaxed my lower back and the dopamine rush of ice cold flesh dissipating in the hot baths felt amazing! It did feel a little weird walking around naked at the bath areas, but you get used to it pretty quick- as everyone is also naked and are all just here to relax and enjoy the baths! Admission was only 35 usd and allowed you to stay however long you wanted to since it is a 24 hour facility. Parking is a pain though, and if you don't plan on staying any later than 2am ( as after that counts as overnight parking I believe), there are a couple of streets you can park on (though not overnight) if you can't find parking at the lot attached to wiispa. Overall, I cant wait to go again, for even longer to take the day to relax, eat good food, and relax with friends! read more

The scrub service is absolutely amazing I haven't yet tried the massages or other services but I'm planning on to. Also love ending the night by hanging out rooftop by the fire for a breath of fresh air. I decided to get $190 massage. The service was ok but the cashier at the front was rude and rushed me into choosing a treatment quickly without wanting to explain what each treatment entitled. He then failed to tell me that it's recommended you steam before the treatment and also that you cannot get in the water after. We spent a total $300 with tip and basically didn't enjoy any of the facilities because the cashier was too annoyed to explain how the treatments work. Besides that he had a bad attitude the whole time when we checked in, gave me and my guest distante lockers even when we specifically asked for them to be together. I gave feedback to the people at the front before leaving and asked for the name of the employee so I can give the specific workers name to management and Jorge claimed to have no idea who it was-- If clients are spending over $200 on a treatment I think common courtesy is to explain how things work.-- I definitely won't be getting a scrub or extra treatment here again, especially seeing how staff didn't really care to remedy the situation in any way. You could definitely spend an entire day here... There are a variety of hot saunas, one cold sauna--two hot tubs, one cold plunge, a wet sauna and a dry sauna in the wet area. Entrance is about 30$ and I also got a body scrub for 60$. If you add enough spa services, I think upwards of 160$, they waive the 30$ entrance fee. They'll tell you to start soaking about 30 min before your spa service and the ladies greet you... in black lingerie as their uniform. They're a bit pushy, because they try to upsell you and also push you to give a good tip afterwards. They provide you with an envelope for cash tip. Lockers are safe, you get a lock watch to carry with you. If you prefer specific washes/lotions, make sure you bring it. They provide you with house shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels. It would be helpful to bring your own shower shoes. Be prepared to see a lot of naked bodies. You go into the wet area nude. I wish they had a normal pool. The cool plunge was an ice bath. read more

After you pay for admission, they give you your wristband key, t-shirt, and a large towel. Theres shorts, blanket, and robe inside the changing room. All the small & medium shorts were gone when we got there. Robes and blankets were quickly gone too. The wet room consist of hot, warm, and cold pools, steam sauna and dry sauna. The steam sauna stinks. In the Jimjilbang common room, there are the ice room, salt room, clay room, jade room and the bulgama. There's also plenty of areas to lay around. Cafeteria was also packed that there werent enough places to sit. Other amenities include the computer area, a library of magazines, children playroom, skincare store and a upstair patio. Overall, the space is well thought-out, but way too packed that it compromised the experience. Time for them to expand and have a second location! Came here for the first time. Parking was in the back, valet for 4$. At first I wasn't sure what to do even after reading the website steps. I was nervous but the front desk was very helpful! You check in and you can pay for your booked services or just entry fee if your only here for the spa rooms. They give you a large towel, tshirt (tell them your size) and pair of paper thin slippers. I booked online a week ahead for Saturday afternoon, many of the buff massages were booked full so I booked an acupressure and massage combo (165$ + tipped cash). I wanted to book something at least 169$ since anything less you'll be charged the entry fee (30$) anyways. And if you stay from midnight to 4am you have to pay an extra 20$ which means to stay for 24 hours it's only 50$! I went downstairs to the women's room, was really nervous but I came with a friend. There was a gift shop across the shorts and robes (and children sized skirt/shirts). They ran out of robes so my friend had to wait a while for them to refill. I went to my locker (ordered by number) and you have to be fully naked for the pools and shower room (no slippers). I used a robe and others used just a towel. Before doing anything, we had to rinse off. I didn't know where to go to rinse so I rinsed in one of the sit down showers and as I went back I saw the standing showers on the other side ‍ You can change into the shirt and shorts to proceed to the coed rooms which were the saunas. Temperatures were posted on top and there were space for sleeping on bed mats to relax. They even had a computer section with desks chairs and books (manga and literature and novels). We went to a few rooms, the hottest was around 218F and man it was HOT! The other rooms were 116-118, felt like I was sitting in a hot car but instead you can lie down and close your eyes and it felt great! You can prob go into the ice room (54F) to cool off but not sure if that'll be bad idea to change temperatures so rapidly. My massage was at 3pm and was told to arrive 5min beforehand. It was in a room below the coed rooms, it was quiet and had dim lights for relaxation. Since I had the acupressure and Swedish massage combo, I didn't know what to expect. For ME, just me, I had a painful experience! I was shaking after the acupressure and I did tell the person that the pressure was too high especially as she pressed my shoulder bones and blades hard, but after a while it goes back to high. The Swedish massage was much better, but my shoulders were really sore and I was shaking the rest of the day. Perhaps I'm not the right person to have this type of massage as it seems other people feel sore and pain after this as well. She did a good job but I'm sure my body wasn't right for it! The restaurant was great, I ordered the teriyaki chicken. It didn't have any of the side dishes but it came with rice, teriyaki sauce, chicken, miso soup, mashed potato, salad and veggies. My friend prefer bibimbap and the portions were bigger but I was satisfied with what I got. I went with my daughter to have a spa date and everything was great until the check out time. They call to confirm the service appt and the service was great and we had a great time. Spent about 5 hours or so and even the food and the service at the food place was wonderful. As I was checking out, there were two male receptionists and one female one. I am writing this horrible review on the female one whose name starts with M. I should have written it down but I regret I didn't. Anyways, she was not mean but just never said sorry. They must train them to never say sorry even if it's 100 percent their fault. I was charged $109 at the checkout for food. They make you pay for entrance and massage service when you check in. I paid and saw the receipt that my food bill only added up to be $69. So I asked her for the refund. She told me her manager has to look into this but i had to wait 20 min since she is on her break. Are you kidding me? I started off as a polite customer but started getting angry. I had a neck disc issue so it was hard to stand up for more than couple of min at a time. She told me to go sit in a chair and wait. lol Manager can take a break and she should. But they should have someone else who can resolve issues while she does so. Nope. Only this obnoxious person called CHLOE can do so and that a customer must wait until she is done. We paid $320 for services plus an entrance ticket I had bought elsewhere. Tipped well. And this is what I get as a good customer. The receptionist never said sorry for the inconvenience on their fault. Instead, she told me it shouldn't be 109 but nothing she can do about it. Only option I had was to wait till Chloe is back after her break. Then someone came out of the office area so I asked if she can help me. She said manager will be out shortly. Then I raised my voice to she can hear me asking to come out and correct their mistake. She did. Then told the male receptionist to refund me $40.
