I haven't been here since the first time I reviewed it because that was such an awful experience. However, I've kind of grown tired of many of the same old places in the neighborhood area, so I decided to give it one more shot because a co-worker had mentioned that they really like the pizza there. This time I ordered the square pizza with a little extra sauce and that was definitely the way to go. As soon as it came out of the window I was thinking this is the best smelling pizza that I've gotten in quite a while. But let's go into that window for a minute. You can't go inside to get your food. They have to pass it through a window to you like a speakeasy. It's a little weird, but the gentleman who was working there was extremely friendly and nice both on the phone and in person. The pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be as well. The pizza itself is medium thick and airy, crunchy on the outside and substantial in the middle. It features great, sweet, tasty sauce that smells amazing, great cheese and a really good value on the square. It came to $16 and change but I let him keep the 20. It's a really good size pizza for that price. They cut it in really big rectangles. It's a great size cut. Two or three of those, you're gapping out. And you'll still have a whole lot left for lunch tomorrow. This is the kind of pizza that will do great in the air fryer the next day as well. This may become my new regular place as I'm kind of sick of everywhere else. As a result, I figured I'd amend the review to show the improvement. Been ordering from this place for a long while and everything was great until tonite! 1st time my order was wrong and I call and say something the restaurant says "no problem" I put the wrong order outside at the door they always deliver to,,....for replacement.... while I'm in the shower at my house getting ready for work, im treated to a barrage of 20+ phonecalls and knocks on all doors of my home!! I have all the calls and video (obliviously) when I called the "establishment" they said they would need to talk to the delivery driver and even my persistence didn't dissuade them to do the correct thing, so I had to go and contact the consumer protection agency. He kept asking about a refund and that wasn't what I wanted.. I dont want someone unbalanced showing up at my doorstep. read more

Our pizza had no flavor. None. It was a large mushroom olive and banana pepper pizza... no flavor. We had to sprinkle some crushed red pepper on it to give it some flavor . We haven't tried this place in a while, so we figured we'd give it another shot...and unfortunately we won't be back. read more

Pizza may very well be 'wicked good', but I wouldn't be able to tell you, as their customer service skills are the poops. Called them, and was asked if I could please hold, thinking it would be the typical minute or so I said "yes". 7.5 minutes later I was still waiting and hit up Silver Lake. read more

I have ordered pizza a few times was always great. This last time it took over and hour and a half (on a weds night) while the pizza was warm at best the fries we ordered were stone cold and seemed to have been sitting for some time. Wicked good pizza is physically impossible to get ahold of! I've called 6 times and it constantly rang and rang and no one has answered still! Then when they do answer if they ever do the employees give you attitude cause you asked for delivery! I have had food delivered from them several times. Twice there was beard hair in my food. I called and spoke to the man who answered, who offered to make me a new order. Really? After getting hair in your food? I asked for a refund, which he refused to give. Their pizza is greasy and often the bottom is burned. Service basically, is non existent. Rude on the phone. The delivery times suck. Even when you call when they open, it's an hour to an hour and a half. Everything they serve on the side is frozen, never fresh.. Famous Pizza way way better. read more

There are way too many pizza places in New England to serve average pizza. We ordered a cheese and a white pizza both of which were disappointing. Nothing like being asked to wait on hold and then the restaurant never picks up the phone again to answer the call that they put you on hold. The food isn't bad but maybe they should have more people answering phones or better yet, have additional phones. read more

My sister always raved about wicked good pizza. I visited her from Washington DC and had to try it. We got a taco pizza and Italian calzone. Both the calzone and pizza was incredibly good. Probably the best tasting pizza in Coventry, especially the pepperoni, and they have a pretty good delivery radius. We usually do take out and I've had to wait couple of times because it was so busy but the guys there are always really friendly, and since trying their pizza a couple of months ago, my kids don't want to eat anything else. The fries and onion rings are also really good and crispy not soggy and greasy like some of the other local places in town. read more

I never post any reviews, but felt I needed to since everyone seems to be rating this so low (which I have no idea how that can be so based on my experiences). I can't speak for delivery, I always get takeout. The takeout pizza is awesome, I go there at least once a week and never have been disappointed. The people who work there are great too, always friendly. I grew up eating NY style pizza, so RI pizza was an adjustment. This place keeps me from missing NY style pizza.
