Friendly staff and a pretty good lunch, BUT it was freezing cold in the restaurant. Everyone was complaining, but the manager wouldn't turn the air conditioning off. One of the girls working there told us it was a common complaint when this specific manager was working and he wouldn't change the thermostat. First time eating here...we were in the mood for a cute sandwich spot. We got Reubens, which were pretty good & very enjoyable. Just the right portion size. The server who brought it out to us was very nice, but that was the extent of their service experience. Have never walked into a food establishment before & was not greeted, welcomed or acknowledged in any way. It was so noticeable, it felt weird. People at the registers either weren't there, ignored us completely, or just stood there staring into space. We actually had to approach one of them after awhile to ask if they were ready to take our order when we were the only ones standing there to give our order. When we went to get drinks, an employee was about to fill it with ice. We were standing there while she blocked the machine, then she asked - oh, did you want to get a drink? We said yes, but if it needs ice, go ahead of us. She said, no, it has ice, go ahead. She left all her equipment there blocking the fountain & we had to stretch & twist to reach around it to get our drinks. This was just weird. Didn't have very high hopes for the food, but the server who brought it out was like a breath of fresh air and actually had some basic hospitality skills. The sandwiches turned out to be good. With that being said Wildflower is always a reliable choice for a fast, delicious, reasonably priced meal I appreciate that Wildflower offers a variety of items in a casual atmosphere. You place your order, you are given a number, you select a table, and your entrée is delivered to your table. If you order a drink you self serve while you wait.. The portions at Wildflower are generous and the food is always fresh. I really enjoy the French toast, pancakes, bran muffins, and variety of sweets. Well guess the company has gotten too big to care about its customers anymore. Worked here for over three years and you used to put them first. I would always get a pesto chicken pasta with mushrooms added in, and have continued to order this dish after leaving. But now apparently mushrooms can no longer be added to pasta, so I'll no longer be eating here or recommending this establishment to others. read more

By far my favorite family-friendly restaurant chain in Phoenix. Every winter we travel to Phoenix for vacation. We're always looking for places to eat that are both easy and delicious. Wildflower has never let us down. There are so many things to recommend here but their hearty soups and flavorful salads are always a hit. Seasonal sandwiches like the cheddar braised beef can't be missed either.. Tips: - Hungarian Beef Stew with sour cream - Wildflower Salad or Superfood salad - Not the most inviting place from the outside - The comp would be Panera Bread but the portions are larger here and the taste profiles are bolder. This is a review for Hudson and Robyn at the Wildflower Deer Valley. My son and I often eat a Wildflower. There is always a fine selection food and at time is hard to make a selection. I can't say enough about the service. Hudson, is the young man that wait's on us and always has a kind word and service with a smile. Robyn, who is Hudson's supervisor has also served us and is also very helpful asking us if there is anything else she can help us with. This review is for the Agua Fria location at Deer Valley: We've been here several times lately and really enjoy the soups, salads, sandwiches and pastas. There are a lot of options to choose from and new, tasty items are added seasonally. In particular the mushroom soup and Italiano sandwiches are quite tasty. I also like the marinara sauce and pasta too, which comes with delicious garlic bread. We've had excellent service from Hudson and his supervisor Robin. Hudson goes out of his way to make us feel at home and treats us like old friends. He'll come over to the table to ask if you need anything and is quick to get any extras like napkins or butter, etc. Robin makes sure we are good with our orders keeps the place looking clean. Absolutely terrible service every time without question. Been here 3 times this month and every single time they have failed to bring food to the car for pick up. This results in soggy sandwiches and cold soup. On top of this our orders are always light and have 5 or 6 chips because it's to go and they know you won't drive all the way back. I used to love eating at Wildflower, but over the last 2 years the quality has gone down. Lately when I get a salad I can't eat all of it, because some of the lettuce is rotting. I have to sort through the salad to pick out the gross parts before eating it - which is not ok. Today I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and again there was a quality issue. The chicken salad seemed old and was watery which is a sign that it isn't fresh. Also, the bread was dried out. It's called Wildflower Bread Co. so the bread should be very good. The food used to be fresh all the time, but not anymore. I've had enough - I won't be eating there aagain. read more

Wild Flower us a great stop. When I feel like being less fat and adding fas milage back to my car I pop in here. They have a great selection if sandwiches and soups to please most any palette. My fatness today was screaming for a ham and swiss on Marble Rye. It was delicious. They usually offer three different teas and have your standard soda fountain with additional options. At least they are not cheap and dont offer refills like many of these cheap operators. It literally cost them 5 to .8 cents per large soda. I guess a dime or sixteen cents it out of the question on a refill when you are paying $3 50 a glass. How absurd to expect a refill. Lol. These guys are tucked into additional shopping or the movies. If you are choking on your popcorn or eat to much at Claim Jumper and need your stomach pumped, Honor Health is across the street to facilitate your needs. I love the location in Scottsdale so much but this one fails to compare, ive tried it twice this week to test it out and I am not impressed. This time I got the sweet potato sandwich with the Asian salad, thr sweet potato sandwich was haphazardly put together and had wayyyy too much fig jam on it, I felt like I was eating a rosemary flavored pancake with too much syrup, not pleasant at all and now my hands are covered in jam. The salad was more of a wonton crisp salad with a few pieces of wilted lettuce. Im really disappointed that it's nothing like the other location, that one is AMAZING. Did an online order to make a quick in/out transaction. Was my first time ordering online. Went to the counter to let them know I had a pick up order and was there to grab it. The manager rolled her eyes and pointed at a table behind me. She said "If you ordered online it will be there when it's ready." As we left the counter my son grabbed one of the gift cards. We were at the drink station filling up the cup when she started to yell from behind the cashier counter, "ma'am, he needs to put that back." My son was obviously embarrassed and started crying. (He is four). The whole situation was really uncomfortable. A person from their main office did reach regarding the incident and offered an apology. I ordered the chopped salad with chicken. The salad was a great summer salad. There were small cranberries that made it sweet and the dressing very light. The protein for +$5 doesn't seem like a lot of because the salad is giant, but it is very satiating. When ordering online they have a "level up" promotion going on at the moment so you will receive $5 off your first online order. read more
