My first visit to this restaurant had great customer service and nice place to kick back with friends for drinks and fun. The seafood boil platter I order did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend ordering the seafood I was very disappointed, didn't meet my expectation of great crab legs but if I ever was to visit this establishment again, I will order something different on the menu. I brought it to the management attention my meal was not what I expected. I appreciate their attentiveness to my concerns and were very accommodating. We've been to this particular location many times and have always been satisfied. A week ago we went and it was a completely different experience. We had 5 people in our party. We ordered The Sampler appetizer platter. It was all just jumbled on the plate - couldn't tell the fried jalapenos from the fried pickles. We had a child in the party so it was important to know what was what. Also, it came out after some of the meals were served. Speaking of the meals, they came out one plate at a time, my husband's was wrong. He ordered Shrimp tacos with cole slaw and steamed vegetables. He got ribeye tacos with onion rings and cole slaw. when the waiter brought out the corrected plate he said there was no extra charge for the change in side. Change in side? No, it's what he ordered and it was on the receipt. Next up, my daughter's order was also wrong. Mine came out after everyone else was already eating. The problems began at the counter. After reveiwing the receipt they had punched in ribeye tacos for my husband and shrimp tacos for my daughter (separate receipt). Problem here was we got there before her and had already ordered. I had a Shrimp platter. The shrimp was stringy and tough, indicating old shrimp. My husband's was the same. The waiter must have been new. He never came back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction or if we needed anything else. This saddens me as we love Willie's but I'm not sure we will go back to this location. This review is for curbside take-out. Solid curbside option. Easy online ordering system with many options to choose from. The gumbo is good. I've ordered it twice. The catfish po boy was a large portion, but could use more sauce. Don't bother with the grilled chicken dinner. I've been on a Friday for delivery and the place was packed. Boudin balls and Gumbo are on the seasonal menu when ordering online. Both were delicious. I especially loved the gumbo, it was filling such that I didn't eat the Fully Loaded Brisket potato. But if you like it spicy, you'll need to add your own hot sauce. According to my SO, the slaw with the fish tacos was a little bland. But she didn't add the chipotle mayo. The street corn side with the tacos was fresh and had the right amount of lime and queso. It's pretty good American fare. Lots of typical bar-type appetizers. Lots of options & a kids menu. Cheap, but good margaritas. I really like the covered patio - open, yet protected. Only bummer is it's not dog friendly. I've seen them there, but when I asked about it, they said service dogs only. Very few places in Georgetown welcome pets on the patio - big bummer. Now first off I would not recommend the Nashville hot wings, the flavor was just not there. But now the honey garlic wings, woo wee now those were full of flavor and good. Service was great! I ordered the house salad with ranch that was very fresh and crisp. The hush puppies were perfectly fried and crispy with a nice cornbread flavor. The side of vegetables were carrots, zucchini, squash, and broccoli. All of the vegetables were cooked well and delicious in butter! Have of the BLTA, was overly sweet with brown avocado slices(?) the bacon was rubbery and difficult to eat. In fact I chocked once. The lettuce was chunky like for a salad rather than larger flat leaves appropriate for a sandwich. They did comp the mushrooms and offer to remake our burger. I came into the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon to catch some college football. I was met by smiling faces and an outstanding staff. I ordered the hickory cheddar burger with the sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and had a sweet barbecue sauce on it that I really enjoyed. The sweet potato fries were also very good. The managers JD, Regina, and Blain were all very active on all the tables also very accommodating to me and other guest. My server Kylie was the best and very quick with all parts of my dining room experience. I've reviewed this location before but wanted to drop in an update. It's always kinda odd because there's 100% always a line when arriving here (we do always come on more popular times, so that could be a reason) but it never really matters because the management has this operation running very well on the back-end. The place isn't massive but the ability to get people in and out happily is incredible. Once you wait in the short line and order, there's always a table ready to sit at, you're helped immediately and efficiently. This time we were waited on by Nicole, she was a very hard worker, even though our table was a little higher maintenance because of two little ones, she didn't hesitate to take great care of us with a big smile. It's people like her, and whoever is managing this location, that make this a go-to for us when we want something tasty, fast (but not too fast) and friendly. Great work as always, Team! read more

First time here and it is now on our go-to list! We started with the amazing sampler platter-everything fried so not the healthiest, but since we don't eat fried often we slammed on this thing. HUGE onion rings, fried pickle chips and jalapeno slices, and cheese sticks...SO GOOD!! It also comes with dipping sauces. We tried the burger, crawfish tails, and chicken strips and they were all very good. Now on to the bevies...lemme tell ya, for $3 you get your choice of frozen margarita flavor and they are good-n-tasty; at that price how could you go wrong!? I'm not a fan of super sweet margs and these were just perfect- not too sweet or too tart. I'll be partaking the frozen Jack and Coke next time. They have a good selection of beer as well. The one thing we didn't really care for was the ordering process at the counter. Being our first time in it took a little bit to figure out what we all wanted (because the menu has so much tastiness)and when orders take longer it backs up the line at the door. I must say the counter staff was super awesome and made you feel comfortable, not rushy. During your dine-in experience there is wait staff that checks on you, so why not just do normal at-table orders? Maybe they'll work that kink out. My Wife and I came here for lunch and we were very impressed. It all started with Kelsey who took our order. She was very cheerful, nice, and well informed on the menu. She gave us excellent recommendations. We both ordered chicken tenders and they are honestly the best thing we have ordered here. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato for her side which was fairly undercooked but this issue was quickly rectified without dispute. The tea also was not the best we have had but it was okay. Our waitress Cody Mae was very kind and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back as long as Kelsey and Cody Mae are the ones to help us. read more

I had their chicken fried chicken with white gravy and mashed potatoes. The chicken cutlets were very thin and dried out. The gravy tasted like paste. Their HH beer and drink specials are pretty darn good. Folks were ordering Marghies for 4 bucks, American, and for another buck you receive another full shot. Their HH bar food is also good value but not very friendly for your waistline. I ordered brisket tacos and they were surprisingly good. I say surprisingly good as I assumed that the brisket would be rather tough. The brisket was moist and very seasoned perfectly. Other ordered burgers and their humongous stuffed potato.
