I have never been to Willy's before, but while me and my partner were in Marietta he recommended it. As soon as we walked in, the food smelled amazing, and we were greeted and taken care of quickly. Ordered a Philly burrito. First guy gave me a tiny little palm full of steak. Passes it to the next "guy" (he/ she / it whatever it is) and it can't even figure out how to wrap a burrito right. Can't get it closed, so it dumped out 1/3 the meat and handed me a mushed up ball shaped "burrito". Might as well have been a veggie burrito. Just go to moes, or for that matter a proper Mexican joint with better portions for the same kinda price. It's been a hot minute since I've been to a Willy's. Mostly bc they aren't as easy to find as Moes or Chipotle. This particular location is off Delk Rd near 75 in the Publix shopping center. To me, Willys stacks up to Moes in most ways. Very similar menu and toppings. This location was certainly following Covid procedures and even had spacing between the ordering counter. Couple booths and not much else. They have a fountain machine and a sign saying to ask for a new cup for refills. Weird. Service was good here. I ordered a burrito with chicken, rice, beans, jalapeño, cilantro, cheese, pico and sour cream. It's certainly the same size as Moes. Chips and salsa included. Taste-wise, the edge goes to Moes. Might be the pico difference plus the chimichuri salsa at Moes and grilled onions/peppers. But still delicious. Moes has Willys beat with their Coca-Free-style machines as well. My son also said he liked Moes quesadillas more but Willys is good. This location hit the spot though. Willys is a solid second behind Moes and a good go-to option. read more

The customer service was horrible! Their Apple Pay machine was down and when I told her I didn't have my card she rolled her eyes and said " oh my god". Absolutely disgusting, not taking any precautions for the safety and cleanliness of their restaurant during a worldwide pandemic, and management are extremely rude. I placed a pickup order today on their website (Their Uber Eats did not work, and when I called the restaurant, and was told rudely "I don't know what to tell you, everything is working on our end.), picturing a system like Chick-Fil-A, where you order on the app and they bring your order to your car in the designated parking spot promptly. This was the complete opposite. Willy's is fully open for operation, which is very stupid of them, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. When I say fully open, I mean a line out the door. I arrived at the restaurant at the time I was meant to, and there were no designated parking spots. I called the restaurant and told them calmly, that I did not want to go in the restaurant with all of those people in there, and asked if they could bring my order to my car. The manager (Adam) on the phone yelled at me for no reason. He complained about being very busy, and that he was short staffed and trying his best. He went on to randomly say "DON'T GET HERE BEFORE YOUR DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME, BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE READY ANY EARLIER!" What the heck? There is no need to treat customers like that. I get that it can be very busy during lunchtime, but there's no need to be a total jerk. I cancelled my order, and it doesn't look like I'll be ordering this ghetto restaurant anytime soon. read more

Disappointed in our online order experience. We ordered 2 burritos, 2 tacos and 1 burrito bowl and were given a pickup time. We arrived on time and were told it would be 10 more minutes, but it ended up being 20 until my husband was given our food. Meanwhile, 4 customers arrived and were served before the employees prepared our order. Once we got the food it was all very cold - meat, rice and beans, etc. We did the pickup option because we have a newborn at home and do not want to be out in public for very long with covid, etc. but this was an uncomfortable experience and we most likely will not be returning for the time being. read more

I had just gotten my hair done at a salon nearby and I didn't want to wait for a Lyft in 100-degree heat, so I popped into Willy's for a fountain drink. I figured I could sit at one of their outdoor tables and wait for a cab. This was not to be as my eyes wandered over to the sidewalk and had a look at their BAJA BURRITO entree. I just HAD to have one! I was anxious, because that meant I would have to eat inside. With COVID-19 around, you just can't be too careful when it comes to safe environments -- especially dining. I saw that they had reserved a few socially-distant booths for indoor dining and separated them from counter-dwellers by a line of roped-off chairs, so I felt confident about eating indoors. Ms Tracy and her staff were pleasant and attentive. They answered all my questions and I sat to eat. My burrito was splendid! I chose steak instead of chicken; and it came along with the usual sides of diced tomato, saucy black beans, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream( of which I requested an extra helping). For a drink, I chose Sweet Tea from the fountain. I actually craved the ice more than the drink because it was just SO hot outside lol! As soon as I sat down, it began to rain buckets outside. So much for my new hairdo, smh. You need to know this: I have been to cantinas and restaurants all over the place but the guacamole I was served in this Willy's was some of the best I've had in my life! It was cool and fresh; with almost no bitterness, whatsoever! The texture was so was smooth that If we didn't have to walk around with masks now, I'd be tempted to slather it on my face! Great food, but... More importantly... Even better service. I ordered from DoorDash, but their system for taking DD orders was down. Tracy graciously made me my Goal Bowl anyway and even made me some fresh steak for it. While waiting for the steak to cook, she even gave me a free drink. I'm a visitor to the area, but I've been here for nearly two weeks and this is by far the best service I've received from a food place in Greater Atlanta. Willy's is an awesome place for a quick bite, especially if you're in a hurry. Just make sure you come by before the lunch crowd (around 11:30 is optimal) so you're not in a crazy line. My favorite dishes (besides the burrito) are the nachos and the chicken salad. The nachos are surprisingly good and come with guac and sour cream - get plenty of salsa from the salsa bar. read more

I ordered a steak burrito. It was good, but the meat was cold. The staff needs training on serving customers. The coordination of the staff to make a burrito and get me out the door in under 15 minutes with one person in front of me was comical and totally ridiculous. Everybody was walking around, but nobody was doing anything productive. The guy made half of my burrito, then he went off to do something else. Five minutes later, somebody else comes along to finish my burrito. Finally, my burrito sits there for another five minutes before a cashier comes back, which happens to be the first guy who started my burrito. He asks which one is mine and if I want anything else. I said I want a Fiji water and some chips and salsa. He charges me for the burrito and chips, but forgets about the water. After he hands me everything, I told him he forgot the water. He gets the water and charges me for it. Ugh! That was way too difficult, especially for a burrito with cold meat. read more

We got catering from here for work and it was delicious. I love the beef and the chicken. The beef was so juicy and tender. I built the best plate of rice, beans, beef, liquid cheese, and guacamole. The one thing I disliked about the liquid cheese was it was a little too liquidy. I tried to scoop some cheese with chips and it was hard to get a good amount. I ended up having to get more rice to soap up the cheese. My favorite part was the fried cinnamon chips, also called sopapillas. They were absolutely covered in cinnamon. I swear, I ate like 10 of them. Apparently, they were supposed to come with chocolate sauce, but we didn't get the chocolate sauce. Oh well, that probably saved me some calories. Since I was told I'd have to wait 20ish minutes to be seen, I hobbled over to Willy's for lunch to eat while I'd be waiting. It was easy to decide on my old standby, a chicken burrito (rice, no beans, tomatoes instead of salsa, cheese and a side of guac). Since I hadn't had Willy's in so long I had to go for a classic! Not quiiiite as good the ones I get at the locations near me (by Peachtree Battle and on Roswell Rd in the Fresh Market shopping center) but still tasty - I almost ate the whole thing! Pretty decent considering how far from Mexico Georgia is. The food seemed fresh, salsa was good. My boy ate allll his food. Which is a rare thing for him with Mexican inspired food. I say inspired because it does not taste authentic, which isn't a bad thing, if you already know what to expect. Taste like a cheaper Chipotle. The customer service was good. I recently placed an online order for the baja steak burrito and selected on the online platform that i did not want the onions and peppers but everything else that comes with it was fine. When i get back to work and discover they did not pay attention to detail about what should have been in the burrito I was not happy and had to pick out the unwanted items because I have a limitied lunch breaK i ordered online to pick it up in a decent amount of time. What was the point in special ordering the food if it wasnt made the way i wanted and I paid the same price as some one else. I beleive that people should read the instructions before creating and order and verifying the order before its handed over.
