We dined here for brunch after church on Sunday, and everything we ordered was flavorful and fresh. We got the blueberry pancakes and monte cristo for our entrees. The pancakes were light and fluffy and very good. Our favorite thing was the appetizer-- fried with poached eggs and hollandaise. Definitely could eat that over and over again. Would have five stars if I didn't have to watch the hostess stand by the door chewing gum like a cow, looking like she hated life bc she had to be there, she also saw my drink spill ALL over the table, chair next to me & floor and just turned around ignoring us & pretending she didn't see it, all we wanted was a towel! Didn't even inform our waiter that we had a spilt drink everywhere! He came back 5 min later & discovered we needed some clean up help & got me a new martini :) besides an unprofessional hostess, we had to sit and watch be grouchy, it was a pretty fun night :) read more

This place is anything but a dive although the scallops are to "dive" for! It has a relaxed/casual atmosphere with a great food and great wine selection, especially the Rieslings of summer. The waiter was very knowledgeable and suggested a nice white. After having the wine, red pepper soup and scallops with veggies and mushroom risotto, I had to regretfully pass on dessert! read more

I love their happy hour. I highly recommend the "Queso Fundido" with pesto sauce, it tastes really fresh. Their Martinis are great as well and it has the right amount of alcohol. They also have wine, the first time I went there I tried the Chateau Moulin de Mallet, Bordeaux 2012 which is also fantastic. I was in Wichita for a short period of time. I asked around for names of really great restaurants. Almost everyone i spoke to had Wine Dive on their list of "Must Try" I went with a large party and was totally impressed. I travel quite often and this is certainly one of the best restaurants i have been to. As good as any top restaurant in Miami, NY, Chicago, LA or other metropolitan city The food was outstanding, great service, and you could tell that everything was high quality. Menu is short, high quality with interesting choices and includes options for most dietary restrictions. Appetizer specials and wine pairings are always a hit. Just went for our second visit. First visit our first three requested wines were no longer available. Frustrating because they were on the wine list. Food was good. Second visit, the first bottle of wine we requested was not available. VERY FRUSTRATING!. Food was good (fajitas, lamb burger, wild boar Bolognese) although there was a mixup with a couple salads ordered. For dessert we had the rum cheesecake which was delicious. Given the name "Wine Dive", I would highly suggest the general manager ensure the wine list is not outdated. read more

I am a repeat customer, this is my fourth trip to this establishment. We were there for the grand opening, and it was wonderful. It had made it to the top of my list above Yia Yia's and Redrock Canyon Grill. As of today. I will no longer be a customer. As I walked into the restaurant, there was a foul smell, this should have been my clue to leave, but I didn't. I was there with two others. I ordered Mike's Oysters, as I have so many times before.. Today the wontons and the oysters both tasted like they had been cooked in oil that should have been thrown out many week before. I also ordered the Portebello and Tomato Sandwich, which I had also ordered before. The mushrooms were so overpowered with garlic, it was discusting. The waiter was just okay. Had to ask for sweetender several times and the other lady I was with order a sprite and he refilled it with water. Easy mistake. No one greeted us at the door. The tables were sticky, the floors were a mess. There was only one other table there besides hours. So there cannot be the excuse that they were just busy. I will not return to this place. And I love how they do not have a website where you can contact a manager. I just read an article about the owner in Splurge magazine, he may be getting bad press in his next article unless the step up the service. I was and am very sad to give this place a bad review, I had high hopes! read more

Great selection of wines that pair nicely with their menu fare. I had braised chicken and my husband had linguini we paired it with a white wine that the waiter described as "crisp" - delightful. Topped off our wonderful dinner with their famous chocolate torte and vanilla bean ice cream. Highly recommended. read more

Another neighborhood restaurant for the College Hill area. My husband and I love walking here on nice evenings. The salads and entrees are always wonderful. Portion size is a bit on the large side. We've not been impressed by the desserts, which is my only complaint. Otherwise, everything is great - food and wine! read more

Here for happy hour on a Friday. Very nice. Place was quite at 5pm, jumping by 6:30. Nothing but women working the dining floor and bar. Nothing but Hispanic men in the kitchen and they are a well oiled machine. Food is fantastic. read more

This is the restaurant I am proud to have in Wichita. The wine list, though overpriced, is impressive and thorough for every palate. Every menu item I have had has exceeded my expectations. All the appetizers are unique and great. I love Emily's Chicken Salad and the pasta dishes are great. Really delicious! This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. I don't think I've eaten anything bad there except recently I did try their fish tacos and they were a little too salty for me. However, I love their lobster mac n cheese and their philly cheese steak sandwich! For dessert I always love to get their s'mores. read more

The salad had the right amount of dressing and everything. My patron ordered th me bruschetta and the kobe burger.both had great portions and tasted extremely well according to him.
