We were searching high and low one Saturday mid-morning, for a spot to eat outside. We were also in a rush, which sucks because I am late for life. Walking the prom and we find this little place. It wasn't too busy so we popped right in. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted us in what to order. We ordered a plethora of items and sat on the patio. We got to people watch and have bloody mary's and the weather was perfect. This was the most amount of people I had been around in a long time and people just stay out of each other's way and move at a fast pace. It was cool to see. This whole area is a gem of speed. I really liked the wings at this place! They don't have a huge variety like we are used to with other big wing places but their sauces are good. I also liked the texture of the wings (crispy and covered with just enough sauce). The only bummer is they only have pepsi products and not much variety for sodas but they did have selections of beers and a pretty big cocktail bar. Found this place while walking the pier on a busy sunny weekend. You order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table. The service was quick and they had a nice patio area. I got the dome burger and 12 pc wings and my family ordered other varieties of burgers and fries. I honesty loved my burger it was so tasty and had that char grill flavoring which is my favorite. I am a tourist of Seattle Washington and as I was walking along the pier, I was looking for a place to eat. The Wing Dome seemed like a great restaurant among the others along the pier so I decided to go into it and get some food... (like one would.) The waitress seemed to have a bad attitude the moment I got in and just decided to give attitude when I asked a simple question about where to sit/how to go along with the seating process. I ordered the food, one of those being the caesar salad. At first, it was great. I was enjoying it and everything and then I look down to get my next bite, and I see a black thin line... I grabbed it with my fingers and I was surprised to see a short curly piece of black hair. I couldn't believe my eyes because this is so frequently frowned upon when it comes to restaurant businesses. I went to talk to the main man, unsure of his name, and he seemed to not care much. He only offered me a refund on that specific item, but still... Shouldn't you be more concerned if your food is severely unhygienic. I didn't finish that salad. The service, look, and cleanliness (in multiple ways) is horrible, the only good thing about it is that the bathrooms are open to the public. read more

If you want everything frozen, this is the place for you. Chicken tenders are frozen pieces of chicken. They had very little chicken but a lot of breading. Sauces are bland and have zero flavor. It's cost my wife and I over $50 for lunch for 2. Way overpriced, and almost our entire lunch was left sitting there. The lone bright point was the garlic cheese curds. We came to Seattle unexpectedly due to flights and we were starving! The only place open was Wing Dome, so we went and checked it out. Already in the lady who greeted was very kind throughout the night, bless her soul :). The food was wonderful, I got the tenders and they were great, the ranch added a sweet combo to it too. Quite possibly the worst wings I've ever had. We got 12 wings, two different sauces: Jimmys Vietnamese which tasted like nothing and Triple Garlic. Well, just look at the pick. This place was delish!! We got the BBQ and level 3 wings and the high rise chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Hubby finished every wing and was pleased. My chicken sammy was so good I was disappointed I could only eat half. But hubby had it as a snack later in the day and said even not fresh, it was really good! The worst smallest expensive wings ever. I'm pissed at myself for even going there. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

The whole experience was kinda blah ! It took forever to get checked in. You order at the front end. I had no idea their boneless wings were HUMONGOUS! So I ended up ordering 12 pieces only because I wanted to try three sauces. Also ordered lemonade. The flavors I ordered were Louisiana jerk rub, triple garlic and 4 alarm hot sauce. I think the Louisiana jerk rub was the "best" of all three. Triple garlic was nauseatingly salty. 4 alarm has no "ring" to it..it was really bland. Tables were dirty, and I didn't really understand the point of keeping the tables so close to each other. People were finding it difficult to get up from their seat to leave. The biggest disappointment was the lemonade..it was plain water with some lemon squeezed in it. Nobody offered water and there were no jugs lying around. Women's restroom had no soap ! We live in a pandemic world and there is no soap in the restroom was kind of off-putting to me. On top of all this, it was very expensive! I paid around $50 for some below average food. My bad to just quickly trying to get my order in- their tipping was in the descending order so I ended up accidentally over-tipping. I wouldn't have mind that if the food and service was good. I was excited when this place opened. There are not a lot of wing places and I always live trying new flavors. I tried their 4 alarm sauce, the garlic sauce and the super spicy one. I also order one of their grilled salads. The salad was large and tasty however the flavor profile that they season their chicken with is disappointing. That flavor is the base of their sauces and its just not very good. This my own preference for what wings taste like. However if you are expecting flavors SIMILAR to what you expect of a mild or hot wing or garlic sauce wings that is not what you will get. In fact, the group in front of us were trying to order and she was busy conversating with someone outside the restaurant. I still gave a 20 percent tip...thinking the experience would get better. Wing dome is a local wing chain that has been around so long that it is named after a sports stadium that was demolished 20 years ago. Long ago there was a downtown location that I liked a lot. So I was pleased to hear it was reopening downtown on the waterfront. The restaurant has limited indoor space and a patio, but the indoor space isn't available for seating in Covid Phase 2, so the patio and takeout are the primary options. Service is bar-style, order at a counter, take a number food brought to you. Staff are friendly, but also busy, so you mostly have to go back to the counter if you want or need something. Food quality is fine. Wings are well cooked. Portions are plentiful. Flavours are mostly bold. But nothing about the food calls me back as it did many years ago. The menu is diverse, and includes wings, salads, sandwiches. However, the selection of sauces is quite limited. Aside from various levels of buffalo sauce, there is only BBQ, Sweet Chili, Habanero, Cheese, Triple Garlic and Jerk. The garlic sounds great, but has too much black pepper for me to be enjoyable. Should be called Triple Pepper. The Cheese and Buffalo flavours are good. I missed options like Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper and others. These and other menu differences make today's wingdome less appealing than I remember. Sides are basic but in large sharable portions. Fries are bland, but better with garlic. Onion rings good. Crispy Cauliflower has too much breading. Overall a decent place but not a favourite unless they increase the range of sauces. read more

This was my first time at this location and ant any wing dome for years. Boy have things changed. Mainly, the food. The wing dome salad was as I remembered. The wings were a soggy bland excuse for wings. I remember them being crispy fried (bread less) to perfection. Instead, it tasted like theses were baked. Not crispy goodness. Also, the sauce was weak! I got a 4 and it tasted like a 1. Things have changed. Kinda on the pricey side. Like $2 a wing almost. I really wanted to write a good review here but the food is just ok. Did t try the fried. Folks were nice and service was fast. Actually, there is no way they could have fried those wings that fast. They were probably in a warmer and tossed in sauce . Look elsewhere for crispy goodness.
