First off, Thanks to the staff who showed up to make food for and serve the ungrateful masses. You all are appreciated. I tipped in advance because y'all deserve it. This was my first time at this location and ant any wing dome for years. Boy have things changed. Mainly, the food. The wing dome salad was as I remembered. The wings were a soggy bland excuse for wings. I remember them being crispy fried (bread less) to perfection. Instead, it tasted like theses were baked. Not crispy goodness. Also, the sauce was weak! I got a 4 and it tasted like a 1. Things have changed. Kinda on the pricey side. Like $2 a wing almost. I really wanted to write a good review here but the food is just ok. Did t try the fried. Folks were nice and service was fast. Actually, there is no way they could have fried those wings that fast. They were probably in a warmer and tossed in sauce . Look elsewhere for crispy goodness. The wings are just okay, kind of bland. The standout was really the fries, which were good. The service was pretty slow, and inconsistent. The burgers were disappointing in their descriptions compared to the food that we got. For the prices, the food was not great. The communication among employees was inconsistent. I've been to Wing Dome in Kirkland, and found it quite good. It's NOT the case with the location at Seattle Center. When you pay over $2 for EACH wing, you'd expect them to be hot; you'd expect them to have a tasty sauce (tried two of them); you'd expect them all to be larger than a paperclip! Ours just weren't great --- they weren't hot, sauces tasteless, and one of them was so small we couldn't even see it. BAD experience for our out-of-town visiting relatives. While visiting beautiful Seattle pikes place we Decided to have lunch here.. went In and wanted to order chicken strips but they were out of them . So I asked for Chicken nuggets and yes out of them too .. I understand is was a very busy Sunday morning .. so I order some chicken wings and a few beers .. after 35 mins I notice we hadn't Gotten our food and everybody else after us were getting there's . So I asked the young gentleman out serving the food about my order and he said " I am the bartender and I am helping out . I told him he still works here and if he can please check on my food and he said "yes he would" after a couple of mins the manager name Ricky came out and apologized to us and said he didn't Know what happen to our order but he would bring them out to us .. he brought out Our food and some drinks for us .. he was so nice and kept apologizing ! Thank you Ricky for coming out and taking caring us !! You're a RockStar ! We will come again when we come back to Washington !! We need more people like him read more

Could not have been more disappointed today. The food was so terrible, the service was the worst, and they were out of so many things on the menu. But the guy helping us couldn't be bothered to actually tell us, until we were trying to select something. Pick something from the menu, told they were out. Pick something else instead, told they were also out. Repeat multiple times. The food runner handed all of our food to the wrong group. Then after they had it for a bit, they realized it wasn't their food, so he took it off the table and handed it to us. I wasn't watching to see if they had touched it or anything, but still kinda grossed me out. We ordered fries, which said they came with sauce. There was no sauce so we asked for it. The same rude guy said we would need to pay for extra sauce. Dude, we didn't get any to begin with! Just met with a blank stare. The food we did get was just all around blah. We were so underwhelmed. customer service was absolutely horrible, waitress literally gave our food to TWO other customers and then realized that we actually ordered them. took SO long for them to even give us the food. they literally gave away our food to the other customer and they started eating what WE paid for. did not even try to make up for it and give us more food. wings tasting good the only thing that is giving this place more then one star... the chef needs to leave to a better restaurant with better customer service. read more

Happy to have a Wing Dome in the city and its a great location on the waterfront. Sadly with the pandemic you have to get them to go but, the back of the pier has a lot of tables and seats. The 4 alarm wings are a perfect spice level if you like heat but not burn your face off! You also can take beers to go! read more

Writing this review for present date forward- This spot used to be great! My buddy and I would come at least twice a month, sometimes more, for food and beer. After a recent staffing shift, they are left nearly inoperable. I was just told that no one on staff is old enough to pour a beer from the tap. We miss the old wingdome. Hope it shapes up. read more

Terrible. I have been coming to the Wing Dome since Karen started it over 20 years ago (I realized she sold forever ago). This was our first time at this location. It was like a completely different restaurant. Menu was different, wing size was definitely smaller, the way they served it was different, had 2-18 for $25.99 and only had 3 drums, forgot our drinks, and only had two other tables sat. I will check to find out if the other Wing Domes are like this now or if this is just how this location rolls. Mind blown! Not cool. read more

The Wing Dome on Alaskan Way proved to me tonight that they care about the customer. When a driver switches orders up and delivers the wrong one, the crew stepped up and made it right without a huge fuss. The driver maintained he delivered the correct one but the benefit of the doubt went to the customer as it should (especially when the customer offers to provide a picture of what was delivered). They will be getting way more business from me. read more

My girlfriend loves hot wings and when she ordered we didnt realize it was a different location like 30 minutes away. The whole team got on top of it and made us our entire order. Seriously the worst place we visited on our week trip to Seattle. I should have trusted the reviews. We ordered a bacon burger, no flavor, and these lemon pepper wings which had no lemon and clearly drenched in pepper. I ate one and couldn't eat any more. The service was horrible, the cashier didn't know what they had and once he was done ringing it up he said "swipe your card" and just walked away... after a few minutes of tryin to get someone's attention, someone else came and asked if we needed anything and gave us our number and receipt. I ordered a beer with my meal and attempted to ask The cashier for it and while walking away again (because a group of 5 just walked in) he said "ya I'll bring it to you" luckily Jimmy was there and clearly saw how rude this other guy was and offered to help me and the people that just walked in. One girl had headphones on and was not paying attention to people asking her for help. Another girl when serving the food just flopped the plate on the dish. Seemed like Jimmy was running to every table, being the only one providing customer service. Place needs the manager to take a look fast. read more

Below standards for a wing joint, the wings were incredibly small and $19 for 12 wings? The burger was tiny as well, I'm talking kids portion size tiny, the bun was stale and burger was over cooked, the onion rings were burnt to a crisp and greasy. My wife had chickens strips with some garlic sauce and they were just ok. The waitress never came out with napkins, condiments that we had asked for. I went back inside and she was in the kitchen. The staff seemed underwhelmed and bothered that they had to work there. Fountain machine was down also. The fries were the only ok item. Not worth the $67. Quite possibly thee worst wings I've ever had! The price was a little high for 12 wings but decided to go with them anyways. Man waste of money! I got the 3 alarm wings and triple garlic and they were both awful. Either they were the wrong wings or they both were just weird flavors. The 3 alarm was tasteless and looked like just plain greasy wings. The triple garlic was the weirdest. Taste extremely sweet and MAYBE just a hint of garlic.
