Love this place. Food is good and the prices are even better. The ambiance sometimes feels like a cafeteria but I can get over that due to the quality of food for the price. I give it 3 stars just for the bathroom. Keep it clean, fix the non-handicap bathroom latch and fix or buy a new paper towel dispenser. If you did that, I'd give this place 5 stars. So ordered Wings To Go today using Door Dash. Order totaled a whopping $77.74. We ordered 12 Honey Mustard wings and got BBQ instead. Called Wings to Go for resolution and they completed blamed Door Dash. The Door Dash person was completely great. It was not their fault that Wings To Go can't follow directions or READ an order. Door Dash is crediting us for the 12 wings when it wasn't their error. What a pile of crap. Wings to Go would not be making this revenue if not for Door Dash delivering their orders. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WINGS TO GO AGAIN. They have lost a long time customer over this issue. Manager was very rude and unapologetic. Is that the type of business you want to run in this pandemic? If so, then SHAME ON YOU! You want us to support local businesses, but you are unwilling or simply don't want to resolve the issue. Blame the third party deliverer for YOUR MISTAKE. This place is great.its clean cheap and the food is amazingly good.Its quick and a really good place to go in a group or a short lunch/dinner.it serves complementary celery and ranch which I don't like but every one else in my family does.There wings are amazing and always come out fresh.Personally I like there bone in mild wings but that's up to you. read more

Since new management took over in late 2015, this place is great. The food quality is consistent and good. Atmosphere is friendly and appropriate for the entire family. When the new owners took over a couple of yrs ago, this place was in tip top shape, it was very clean and service approved greatly. Now its starting to go back down hill again. Its getting dirty, and service is fair. Takeout messes up constantly. There's a turnover of employees like crazy and the two owners are rarely there. The one owner hasn't been there in a couple years that I've seen, when he was there, it was a different place. The other owner is rarely there, and when he is he's only concerned with the lady customers and very arrogant. A lot of my friends have quit going all together for various reasons. I still go, but not a couple times a week like I used to. I'd go someplace else if I could find some decent wings in town, but because these are the only wing in town I like, I come back. My girlfriend won't set foot in there, because of the owner. read more

Having a bad day... went to Wings to Go in Burlington for my normal lunch meal... the poor waitress brought our food out and dumped some of the wings down my work shirt and over my pants. I am of course nice about it and we get cleaned up best that a white shirt and khaki pants can. Sadly- I received no visit from the new management team and had to pay full price for my meal. Wing size is good and sauces are good, however, if you are expecting wings shaken or spun with the right amount of sauce then this is NOT the place to go. Have been here plenty of times. Usually service was slow and emotionless. Lately my wife and I would go and after 10 min have to get the attention of a waiter. Meanwhile watching other people come in after us get served first. Once we sat for 30 min while a table of staff just stared as us. Usually we would have left but we were curious how long it would take. The latest was an order we placed that half of it was completely missed. And then I was told it was my fault. When the manager called me the next day he said he heard the recorded order. Said it was my fault and i had no reason to be mad and his staff did exactly what they should have. When you go in there you will be surrounded by large screen TV's all with sports so come prepared to sit back and enjoy. I order the regular hot wings they are to die for. They are covered in a tangy, spicy sauce that is just right for the heat lover yet manageable for the mild lovers. Always order with a side of freshly fried potato chips and ranch dip don't forget your favorite beer. It's a sit where you please restaurant so service sometimes takes a little longer to notice your arrival. Called ahead a day before to let them know we'd have a party of 10-15 for a birthday, at 530 on a Saturday. The lady who answered the phone told me it would no problem and that we would be taken care of. When we arrived, we were then told that they do not hold tables and that it would be an hour wait. We explained that we called the day before and was told by an employee that it would be no problem. The gentleman acted like he couldn't care less and said over and over again that they don't hold tables. Educate your staff and be consistent. Also, don't stand in your doorway and try to over explain things to people that weren't involved to begin with. And if you cannot accommodate a family of this size, then take down your description of being good for large groups. And lastly, next time you lose the business of loyal customers, don't have a smug look on your face, it makes you and your business look even worse. read more

I more than likely won't be back. The last SEVERAL times I've ordered wings to go, we specifically ask for ranch and celery and they specifically don't include it in our order. I've let it go, whatever but Very annoying since their wings are occasionally dry. (My husband had to wait 45 mins last time and we pre-ordered the wings.) Anywhooo I asked for extra sauce today and they charged me 50 cents each for the tiny containers. I mentioned that I didn't receive ranch and celery several times and asked did I really have to pay for the extra sauce. The cashier giggled and said the ranch was in there this time. I repeated my question and she giggled again and said no we can't do that. I thought it was a reasonable request being that they charge $1/wing and I'm sure the cost of ranch goes into that. We tried Wings To Go this past Sunday afternoon and were very pleased. This is a typical wing joint/sports bar with lots of TVs. The restaurant is clean and is decorated with various collegiate and pro sports memorabilia. The place was packed on Sunday due to having NFL Direct Ticket which allowed us to watch all of the 1:00 NFL games. The menu is typical bar food with sandwiches and burgers, but the specialty of course is the wings. The menu also had an interesting collection of fried goodies to choose from including fried green beans and fried mac and cheese. WTG also has a fine selection of beers and really good drink specials. (I had 2 $1 Yeungling pints) I had the 10 wings and fries special with Bar-b-cide (BBQ+suicide hot) sauce and my girlfriend had an order of cheese fries and a salad. My wings were huge and cooked perfectly, and the sauce had good flavor, but lacked the heat I was expecting given the name. The cheese fries looked plain as they were lacking bacon and scallions but the cheese looked like it was good quality and properly melted and the salad looked fresh. The menu did seem to be a bit pricy so I too would definitely suggest going for lunch, as the lunch specials seem to be a much better value. It's good to find a quality wings and sports bar in Burlington that isn't one of the typical chains and I'm looking forward to going back again soon, espcially for March Madness. read more
