    Spicy Korean / Mnago Habanero

Hunger pangs kicked in and Mini-Me and I couldn't decide what to eat before our road trip back home. So she suggested Wingstop after her friend said the wings were good and to get an order of the buttered rolls with our meals. I ordered the small bone-in combo which is 6 wings w/2 sauces, fries & drink. I chose the new Spicy Korean & the mango habanero. Mini-Me ordered the small boneless combo w/ mild and hickory smoked BBQ. The bone-in wings are a higher price than boneless, usually boneless are higher price. We also went with the small order of the rolls. Ordering was easy, we self helped our beverages & got our table. There are no napkins on the tables only a roll of paper towels that is "community" towels, so I just unrolled some and left it, but was thinking- huh, can't they just put napkins on the tables. Anyway name was called after about 20 minutes. 1. The rolls were just like large rolls with butter, so total waste of money, no flavor- would not order again. 2. Sweet tea was old- def had that tannic taste 3. Bone-in wings were rubbery, the mango habanero- though next sauce under "atomic" HAD absolutely no flavor, none, no heat, I was disappointed and the Spicy Korean- forget it. 4. Mini-Me said her boneless were terrible, not sure if over cooked but had a sour taste, the mild wing sauce was flavorless and the she took one bite of the BBQ and said she really couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a trash can so we cleaned up our order placed onto the tray and left it on the table.

    French fries

This place has no garbage bins inside, so you have take your garbage after you eat outside of the store. The soda machine only has the basic sodas. You basically have to clean your table, coz no one in the store would at least look at the dining area if if was clean or not. The wait time is tooooo long! I mean over 30mins. Then we were served burnt, soggy, old looking fries. We told one of the staff about the fries, she said she will tell "them" implying on staff who cooks. Another 30mins went buy... no fries for us, and the staff we asked new fries from went on break. Then we asked another staff again, asked us if we want new fries... really??? Obviously. Instead of waiting, we said no thanks, we are just making you aware.

The side barbecue sauces on the side were amazing too, the spicy one (I believe was called Diablo sauce?) was maybe the best barbecue sauce I've ever had. We placed the order to - go from GrubHub & food was ready fast, packaged great & even travelled well. Food was still hot and fresh once we ate it. We look forward to becoming returning customers!

The portions for the meats were very big. My husband got ranch beans and sweet potato fries for his sides. While the sides were small for both of us, the sweet potato fries were for a family of 4... HUGE portion. He got at least 2 meals out of it. My sides were the Mac and Cheese which was very cheesy and delicious as well as the tomato cucumber salad. I love a good cucumber salad. Like I said before, those sides were very small. I wish I could have just had a plate of sides. The pickles they give you were also very delicious. I also don't like cornbread which came with our orders and theirs was actually sweet and moist. But like I said, as a person who really does not care for BBQ, a plate of sides would be amazing. We also got the 'Jalapeno Honey' wings which were a good size, but I didn't taste much jalapeno or honey for that matter. They were just kind of mild. My husband loved his meal but he does prefer Big Ed's BBQ in Matawan. Our whole meal was $80 which is quite a lot for no waiter service, just counter. The food was very quick and the service in general was okay. We probably would not be back, but it is worth it to check it out. They had a steady flow of customers throughout the time we were eating there.

Definitely visit for amazing breakfast if you're in the area…read more We ordered a coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, a Mexican omelette, avocado toast and waffles. Coffee was okay. Juice was really good. Omelette was great. It was a bit different, good different, from what we normally have at other places, couldn't exactly point out what but definitely to be tried. Avocado toast was amazing too. So were waffles. Overall, loved the food. Coffee can be better. They never came for coffee refills, so not sure if they do that. We saw the pictures online and thought to explore for its vibes but the vibe of being there doesn't get captured well in pictures. Can't stress enough. Service was very good. Decent amount of parking outside. Location is a bit weird as it's a residential neighborhood. Overall, definitely recommended.

The restaurant was not crowded, and our party of 6 was seated right away. The restaurant is tucked back in a neighborhood area, and has some private parking around the building. The decor is like that of a 1950s diner. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our waiter appeared to be relatively new to the job, but he fulfilled all of our requests and was friendly. He would always get us a refill or more of something whenever we asked. We ordered a few starters of the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and the Mozzarella Sticks. Everyone in our party enjoyed both dishes! The dip portion was generous. We asked for additional chips to finish the dip off with and we were able to get them. Some of the various dishes we ordered are pictured - The Godfather, Turkey B.L.T. Deli Sandwich, Nachos Supreme, Tuna Salad Club, Sicilian Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Noodle Soup, and the Trio Salad Platter. I personally had the Trio Salad Platter, and really enjoyed it! It was a nice and refreshing lunch that was not too heavy. My favorite of the three was the tuna salad. We all sampled each other's dishes, and there was not one I did not like. The portions were large and very good for the price. I do believe the value is there with anything ordered from here. We definitely had leftovers to enjoy later! I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant! I would like to come back in the future to try their breakfast, and also more of the menu. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice spot to grab a bite with a small diner feel.
