I called to order my kids 20 lemon pepper boneless wings fries and other sides. I spoke to an "auctioneer" type girl that spoke so fast i couldn't understand her so i asked her to repeat herself a few times. I gave her my order and I absolutely included fries. Well i went to get my order and got in car and noticed the fries weren't in bag. Went in and they said i never ordered them. I said forget it because i had no time to wait for them to make it. I finally get home, i live 6 miles away. My kids were so excited to eat their favorite lemon pepper boneless wings. The lemon pepper was missing, and the beans were all open at bottom of brown bag and leaked all over my car mat. This was by far the WORST Wingstop I've ever been to. The front counter staff surely acted as if they didn't want to work today. The cashier didn't welcome me in or say may I take your order. After looking at me for a few minutes I proceeded with my order and the she asked what was my name and had to repeat order over. I asked for all flats and requested my wings extra crispy. Needless to say I got a mixture and when I explained that I asked for all flats the staff said we don't do that. Not sure why cause all other wing stops will honor my request. That service was a joke. I'm sorry. I ordered my good at 7:39. I asked for all flats. Yes, I understand how that could be annoying but they told me it was no problem, I asked if they were sure they said it was fine. Me and my boyfriend started to walk over to the dollar tree as we waited and he asked if i was sure if we had time. (Me and my two little brothers order there legit once a week, I'm not exaggerating.) I told my boyfriend it would take 15-20 minutes tops as it usually does. We got back literally 15minutes after. A good 14 more people came in once we got back. Ordered and recived their food all before us. After 5 more minutes of waiting we asked what was going on and the young man told me WITH ATTITUDE it'll be five more minutes due to the fact that we ordered all flats. Annoyed, but silent I nodded my head in acceptance of his excuse. We got our food 35minutes after ordering and more than 20customers between. I work in the business and if an order was going to take that much longer due to the flats you tell your customer. I would have said no thank you. That is something you inform your customers on before they finish the order. However I still said nothing. We left. Got home. Set up our good all to find out that not only do we most definitely NOT HAVE ALL FLATS the one thing that "took our order so long" they ALSO FORGOT MY CHEESE that I paid extra money for. I wish I knew how to quit you, Wingstop. You're terrible for me, yet I can't resist. I probably end up here once every other week. You can either take out or eat in, but to me, the store's dingy airplane-hangar decor with a Sportscenter-blaring TV isn't exactly spacious or inviting, so I never bother. The prices are more than reasonable, and they have coupons almost weekly. Every time I've been here, the place is hopping and the phone line for takeout is busy, so it looks like I'm not the only one with a shameful wing habit. I'm not into spicy food, or even wings, so I'm probably not the target of a place that advertises atomic sauce wings as a specialty. I do love the garlic parmesan and Hawaiian boneless wings - very yummy. They have about a dozen flavors, most of the BBQ and spicy varieties, but there's something for everyone. The boneless strips (think chicken tenders) and boneless wings are my favorites. All the wings are made to order, so you'll encounter a wait to get your food, but at least you know it's relatively fresh. Quality is hit or miss, unfortunately - some visits the boneless strips are perfectly seasoned in garlic sauce and parmesan, other times they're overcooked and drowning in garlic to the point of almost being inedible. Since the cooks at this location aren't terribly into quality control, you might find an extra wing or two in your order - fine by me! As for sides: the fries here are meh at best. They're often overly greasy (I can't even tell you how many napkins I waste trying to blot off the pound of oil on them), but meaty and do the job in a pinch. They have other sides, like potato salad, veggie sticks, and coleslaw, but I've never tried them so I can't comment. Go here with fast food expectations and a craving for deliciously-bad-for-you chicken wings, and you won't be disappointed. read more

When the order came out after a 20 min wait for 8 wings, instead of handing me the order as she walked by, it was taken around a corner so I had to go get it.
