I've passed this place more times than I can count, but I finally stopped in. Plenty of parking, service is decent - a bit slow, and not particularly friendly. I showed up as they opened, so it was relatively quiet inside though there's plenty of seating for groups. Got the chicken sandwich lunch combo, which was quite good. Fries were thick like steak fries, and would be excellent if they were were served hot instead of lukewarm. Sandwich was served hot, though it was a bit bland and did not come with the two sauces I requested. (Since I was in a rush, I just used ketchup instead of getting back in line to ask for sauces.) On the balance, I'd give it 3 stars on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. I called in an order, i arrive and while waiting in line i see a person (probably the manager) checking an order. Once I pay I'm told that was my order. After waiting for a couple mins I'm handed my ordered then it's checked again by the same person who messed with my order and it's confirmed that she is the manager, I'm told that they confused orders. I'm thinking since they checked the order TWICE that it was correct. Clearly not. I get home and they messed up my order. I go back to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager, she decided to talk to me while she's in the kitchen. she is a coward and doesn't talk to me directly, or apologize for getting my order wrong. I paid extra for veggies with Bleu cheese, and my sister ordered a sandwich combo. We waited about 15 minutes for our food even though there were only 4 others dining in. The sandwich came out first and our combo came without the fries. I asked about the fries and the girl that took my order explained that I got veggies instead. I asked her how a $16.49 combo was $22 if I didn't pay extra for the veggies. She again told me that the sandwich had fries and I had to get her to come look at what we had, so then she believed my claim about missing fries. Mind you, we ordered separately. Super Bowl Sunday!! I was anticipating a busy and chaotic experience but I am so glad I was wrong! I placed my 30 wing order online at 10am for pick up at 5:45pm. I got to the restaurant at 5:40pm. I was greeted at the door by a friendly face, then I was immediately asked for my name for the online order. I saw a stand of 2 orders that were ready and was told mine was next. About mid week I always end up craving wings and this is my go-to stop. I have tried many wing places, and no one can beat their lemon pepper and Hawaiian or even come close. The customer service here has always been friendly and the order is always ready by the time I get there and always correct. Another favorite in my house are the original hot buffalo. But for the iron stomachs go for their Atomic, and you won't be disappointed. You will be crying tears of joy and maybe some tears of pain. We order all the time but this time was very disappointing! On Christmas Eve We ordered a 40 piece with 3 different flavors and 4 dipping sauces and 2 large fries as well as two orders of veggies. Well they forgot all our dipping sauces as well as one of the large fries. The boneless wings were soggy and breading coming off chicken. It was gross. The worst part was it was for a gathering and most of it sat there because they wanted dipping sauces and some was soggy. When we tried calling back they were closed already because of holiday. He was very informative on specials and told me about the 0.60 cent boneless deal Wingstop offers on Monday's and Tuesday's which I didn't know they offered.. Since I haven't been to wingstop in awhile I was unsure about which flavor to order. Giovanni let me try a sample of the sauces and ended up going which "atomic" flavor which is the hottest. And "lemon pepper" now at first I wanted to do a 10pc meal and fries but Giovanni mentioned the survey and hooked me up with the fries. Which I was very pleased with. I Sat down and wings were out quickly and were made to order. They had a nice crispy yet juicy bite to them and the fries we also very fresh. I love this Wingstop location! Service is always fast and friendly! My order is always correct and the food is consistently good. If I pick up my order I always use the app because it's so much easier. You can now ask to order all "drums" or all "flats" which is awesome! Of course ordering all drums costs a little bit more. Especially with the coronavirus outbreak, they've been so diligent about taking orders and making sure there is social distancing when waiting in line for our food (although, my husband and I waited in our car since they did have a line outside). Our latest order was 15 wings with two drinks and parmesan fries. We had ordered mango habanero and lemon pepper for our wing flavors. So so good y'all! I had a friend introduce me to Wing Stop and now I am hooked. I use to say, no one can touch Hooters Lemon Pepper wings until I tried them here. These are some of the best wings I have ever tasted. The lemon pepper wings are a perfected mix of dry and wet seasoning. If you like flats, they will know what you are talking about and do not charge you extra. I am not a fan of drums. Dry as a bone boneless wings. The hot buffalo wings were so soggy, they were almost inedible. My kids got the plain boneless wings with extremely tough, burned edges. The veggies were soggy with brown spots on both the carrots and the celery. The cherry on top was the black, short hair in my ranch dressing. RUN, don't walk away from this disgusting place.
