Probably the best wing stop I have personally been to. I stopped here after getting some boba. They were friendly when I came in and the place looked clean. The wings tool about 20 mins to come out. Place prides itself on being made to order so it's stamped everywhere. They had beers which were reasonably priced. When the wings came out, they were great. Came well sized and well fried. They also put plenty of flavoring and cheese on my wings. I thought the Parm wings were great. I only got some tea but that was good too. Overall a great experience for this chain. read more

I love Wingstop. Period. I was craving wi msg and gave this location a shot. Super glad I did! Plus I had it delivered with the Doordash options which made my happiness sky rocket! Order online and skip the wait... LOL... Online order indicated a wait time of 18 to 23 mins. Came in at minute 26 to pay, then was informed they 'upgraded' my wait time to 40 minutes. I got wingstop 2 days ago because i hadn't eaten all day, keep that in mind. After finishing half my wings and my fries i started feeling super bloated and i thought i just ate too fast. The next morning I woke up with diarrhea and i was throwing up all the wings and fries i ate the night before. As previously mentioned, wingstop was the only thing i had eaten the day before so after the wings and fries i was throwing up straight acid and seasonings. I went to the hospital because my tonsils and throat felt super swollen only to find out i strained my esophagus. Day 2 after eating wingstoo im unable to eat anything or even keep water down. I'm still throwing up uncontrollably and im dehydrated. By the end of day 2 i had to be admitted to the hospital to replace fluids. I'm now on day 3 of recovery and have missed 3 days of work all because i wanted some wings. I'm beyond nauseous and feel dizzy every time i stand. I have food poisoning and salmonella poisoning from this wingstop. Do not come here. read more

The one thing is when getting my order taken it was to fast i placed my order and no chance say what i wanted different just to be interrupted so they can finish taking my order which i wanted to get a mix of original hot and atomic since on the menu you get to pick two flavors, but only got to pick one. Then when paying they hand me the receipt and tell me to sign it, but no pen, yet they tell me to "sir i need you to sign," this multiple times. Then end up looking for a pen myself to be able to sign the receipt they want. So i didn't get to pick my second flavor that i wanted nor a chance to up size my drink. So if you want fast service and you food quick, but not get a chance to say what way you want your order then this is the place. Best wings ever! Best fries ever! The ranch dressing is amazing! I love Wingstop! They make everything fresh so I recommend ordering on their website before you go, but even if you don't it's worth the wait. I haven't had a bad flavor but my absolute favorite is mango habanero (it is sweet and amazing but careful, it heats up as you eat). You can specify what types of wings you want. The food is decent but the service is absolutely terrible. Every time we order, it is either incorrect or cold. Our last order they gave us garlic instead of hot, and this order they forgot to give us a box of boneless wings. Ordered online and had an issue with the order when I arrived home with it. Called the store and was told by the employee it was my fault for the way I ordered the food. Proceeded to speak to a manager named Andrew who told me the same thing, it was my fault for the way I ordered it. Whether or not I incorrectly placed the order, the restaurant should do a better job of addressing the problem. While they did admit they've had many complaints about the app ordering process they never offered any reasonable solution and rather continued to point out that it was my fault. Disappointed! Called In 5:33 pm for pick up. Drove to Wingstop and the order was not ready. Ok no problem , called after waiting in the car for about 39 min. Yesterday was my second time having a bad experience with this restaurant location, so I decided to leave this review. My husband and I ordered 40 classic wings online. When we arrived to the store we picked up our ordered as usual and proceeded back home. When we got home and opened our boxes, we were clearly short on our order. We counted all the wings and realized we were short 10 wings. I immediately called the store while getting in the car to drive back to the store. We live roughly 8 minutes away and I was placed on hold for most of the driving time. When the manager finally answered the phone she apologized and offered me 15 free wings with a free ranch. Have been going to this Wingstop since it opened and have been Wingstop fans for over a decade. So obviously the wings are great. But over the last few visits 2 in May, 1 in June, the service has been below average. Take out orders messed up. While they have made it up, i expect more when spending 50 bucks on wings. Also they were boasting larger wings, but they are about the same, do you have to request them? Perhaps 2 or 3 are bigger than the rest. Also they need to give their cooks some autonomy. If they drop 10 boneless wings to cook and they see that some are the size of chicken nuggets give the customer one or two more normal size ones. Getting 3 or 4 out if 10 that are the size of Wendy's nuggets is NOT cool. Especially when you are paying Wingstop prices. Attention to detail folks! read more
