We did a mobile order, we arrived at the restaurant exactly at the time it said our food would be ready and to our surprise it was ready. We didn't have to wait, which is common for most Wingstops. There were two other parties there dinning in. We were greeted immediately upon walking in. The place was clean. The wings tasted amazing and they were cooked perfectly, we ordered 30 wings: mango habanero, atomic, garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. Wingstop has had a resurgence in our household. They have such great promotions online and the food has gotten a lot better in my opinion. I ended up ordering a lunch for my husband and I for pick up, we wending up getting this boneless wings/tender meal deal. Super easy to order it online, ending up getting the garlic parmesan, lemon paper and the Louisiana rub. Seriously, the flavors are so good and the chicken itself is always so juicy and filling. When I picked up my order at the Rosecrans location the cashier was super friendly and it was ready and waiting for me when I got there. On Mondays they have a great promo deal where each wing is 80 cents. I wish they still had the bread but I think the chicken and flavor have improved so much from the half decade we had them last! read more

Agree with the other reviews- this place is awful The Tables were dirty and seemed like they never get wiped down. The floors were dirty with trash and debris. The ice didn't work on the coke machine. One employee came out from the back with ice already in her cup (from the back maybe?) didn't try the ice part of the machine at all and just filled her cup with soda. No urgency to fix it like she knew it didn't work. The girl that took our order was not friendly at all - no smile or attempt to be friendly. Food took 25 min to be ready - the fries were soggy and not crispy although they did taste ok. They were also cold but we thought since the cold veggies were placed on top of the fries- maybe they caused the fries to go cold. The app said it would only take 10-15 minutes.... It took 45 minutes. Really sucks when you have a baby in the car and the expectation is for the order to be ready. This happened the last time I ordered as well. When I went in there I asked about my order, they took my name and didn't say anything to me just headed back into the kitchen with zero idea as to what to expect. Went into wingstop with my 3 year old toddler to pick up chicken tenders and fries when we were greated by sexxy red blaring on the store speakers. Once we got our cups we proceeded to the soda machine which was broken (no sign) and sprayed soda all over my toddlers face.. I grabbed napking to clean her up and noticed there was no trash can anywhere in sight to throw away the napkins. The locations was dirty and the wait for the food was unreasonably long. RIdiculous incompetence at this location. We came in and ordered two 8 piece combinations. Combo 1: half garlic parmesan, half hot. Combo 2: all mild. The price was crazy, around 37 dollars I believe. The receipt stated what we had ordered. They said it would be about 20 minutes and fortunately it did come out right around that time. We get home and when we open our food, there is one container with 8 garlic parmesan, one container with 8 mild. What in the world? To add insult to injury, the fries were absolutely terrible. Limp, overcooked, dry, and tasteless. They seemed like they had made them days ago! I emailed corporate about my experience and to nobody's surprise, they did not even email back. I would steer clear from this place or at the very minimum, check all your food before you leave, including the fries. read more

They force delivery drivers to fill sodas, which violates food safety code AB3336 & violates the Independent Contractor classification of Drivers. Pls refer to pics from other local PL establishments who comply with the closed/sealed containers ***Even some 7-11 markets COMPLY Wingstop uses Stickers to SEAL food bags & THAT us part of the AB3336 code, so claiming to be "uninformed" of a Code seems a little contradictory. Drinks are containers & part of the delivery orders, that should be closed or sealed & Uncontaminated & ready for drivers. NOTE: Ray is the most Efficient, promising, amicable & sociable general mgr they've had since 2020. He is a good & fair leader & appears to be a people person & enjoys the job. You can tell that Ray actually CARES & is a hard, efficient worker. HOWEVER, the food code VIOLATION (drink filling) issue & occasional apathetic young cashier/workers-who also sometimes ignore customers & the occasional understaffing are a HUGE prob & a big turn off-for drivers & customers. The young workers seem to be disorganized at times & don't verify orders very well. Wingtsop is a popular wing franchise located in Point Loma, serving up good wings, fries, and combos in a timely, fashioned manner, all at an affordable price. I came here for lunch with a friend during the week at lunchtime and found parking quite easy due to its located in a big shopping center with many available parking spaces. Ordering was quite easy as to where you order from the counter and take a seat, and wait for your food to be ready. They have menus posted behind the counter for your viewing pleasure as well. We went ahead with the combo meal, which was a 15 bone in classic wings and a large fry with 2 medium fountain drinks. They also gave us a choice between ranch or blue cheese for our dipping pleasures. They had a nice variety of wings to choose from ranging from their atomic, Korean, and Cajun wings, but we went ahead with the lemon pepper and original Buffalo. Our food was ready in no time, and it was looking great while picking up the food from the counter. They have a soda machine that serves all fountain drinks along with lemonade and sports drinks with many different flavor combinations you can choose from. The lemon pepper had a nice flavor and crisp when biting into one. It was soaked up in butter and lemon pepper seasoning, which was quite nice and enjoyable. The Buffalo was your standard Buffalo wing with a nice kick but could have used more sauce. I'm my opinion. The fries were tasty and good and were very compatible with the ranch dressing they gave us. The ranch was the star of the show in how thick and creamy it was. It was sorta like sour cream mixed in with ranch seasoning it was nicely bold and beautiful. They have napkins on the station and a restroom to use, but you must get the code from the cashier. Overall, it was great to visit wingstop since I haven't come here in years. I had a pleasant experience, and customer service was great as well. The experience at this establishment during the Super Bowl was a total letdown. Despite being promised food by 3:00, it wasn't ready until over two hours late at 5:02. To add insult to injury, when I asked for a cup of water, I was told I needed to fill out a survey. Then, a kid apart of the staff offered brownies, only to reveal later that I needed to fill out a survey for them too. Even after asking the manager for honesty at 3:00 I asked if I should come back at halftime to get my food or wait and he said the orders were only 30 minutes behind he lied it took 2 hours, I was misled and into waiting longer in that conjured environment with 30 others also in the same predicament. It took about 20 minutes longer than the expected takeout time (when we showed up), and I understand why. I didn't think I ordered pork rinds, but that's what we got. I could have sworn a powder erupted at every bit. Even the wings covered in sauce had a dry crunch.
