It's been many years since I've been in. We came for lunch during the week to celebrate National Hamburger Day. Place was under staffed, and the team that was there was kind and as fast as they could be. When the food arrived, it was great. Huge burger and an abundance of tater tots. I got a reward for 6 free wings for my birthday. So, I ordered 6 bone-in wings with a lemon pepper dry rub from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Midway Dr., to go. They were the worst wings I've ever had. They were so dry, I couldn't even chew parts of them. They seemed like they were cooked a couple hours before and they just gave me whatever it was laying around. They weren't even warm. Thankfully, I didn't pay for these or else I would have been really pissed off. I would have driven back to the restaurant, asked for the manager, and asked them if they would eat the wings that I was served. Shame on them for serving this garbage. So this is a buffalo wild wings GO. which is basically takeout. They do have some seating there, but it's not like a regular restaurant. I thought the food was good. But will definitely try different sauces next time we got teriyaki and barbecue. They were very basic. We got the bundle so the fries are really good with it and no drink. read more

We went here for lunch on a weekday. It was fairly empty. In addition to us, 3 other tables were seated at the same time a total of 9 people. We came for the buy one get one free burger. We had the bacon cheeseburger and Swiss burger. The server was very nice. It took around 40 min to get our food which is strange with the number of customers. My cheeseburger was room temperature. I assume it was sitting in the kitchen for a while. Cold food is a big pet peeve for me. I asked for no pickles, but the burger had some. It took me a few bites to figure out why my burger tasted weird. I picked out the rest of the pickles. The saving grace was that the burgers and tater tots tasted great. Came here to watch March Madness with my wife over a couple hours. We ordered the 20 piece bone in wings with for sauces. Also we each got a beverage to sip. Everything went exactly as I expected. We were seated quickly, had a spot that viewed all the games I wanted to watch. And the server was super helpful by changing the channel on one of the TVs so I could watch my Oregon Ducks. The sandwhich was abysmal, drowing in sauce that covered it inside and out with none of the additional toppings as advertised on the menu, the chicken patty was overfried. I didn't receive the side ordered with the sandwich and the appetizer was fried together in nearly a lump. Shame on me for not checking my order prior to leaving. Pro tip: make sure you do it ahead of time and download the app. Got to enjoy my wings on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't busy. Our food came out quick. Had to get fried pickles to start. Total 180 degree change from my previous experience. I went on a busy Tuesday night when traditional wings are BOGO. Despite this, the place was still clean within the restroom and dining areas. The food was fresh, moist, and hot. Initially, there was a very short delay in our server coming over. However, there was a young lady kind enough to tell us that our server was wrapping a large party (part of 10) and would be right with us. I observed and he immediately came over after wrapping up the other party. Jesus was our server and let me say, he was "heaven sent!" So attentive. So polite. So quick to respond to the needs of my party of 5. It was to the point where I asked to speak to his manager to give him a compliment and I had not choice but to update my review here on Yelp. Live nearby and it's never really been in my routine of places I go but we switched it up and had a decent time. The wings we orders were tiny and mostly breading, with most being the size of a nickel. The photos I attached show you over a $60 meal! 10 wings, loaded tots, pretzel bites, and a coke... The loaded tots didn't have hardly any cheese or chili so I let them know it seemed light and asked if I could have more. They came back with two tiny half filled portion cups and charged me $1.50 for each. I was a bit surprised considering I asked for more for the original lack of toppings I already paid extra for. We wanted something quick near our home so that we could quickly leave to go to a show. It was definitely packed and loud. Most sports bars are loud so I didn't want to complain, but it was too loud to talk to the server or my husband for that matter. Service started out great, with water and drinks that came out quickly. I ordered the street tacos with a small order of the cauliflower wings in spicy garlic sauce. The street tacos were pretty good, but the wings were drenched in sauce, really too much. I love cauliflower, but couldn't finish them. The service slowed way down. We didn't have napkins or utensils at first when the food came. Also, the server didn't come back for the check so I just paid cash and left it on the table so we could leave quickly. The restrooms are filthy. The women's room was just dirty. Of the dual sinks, one of the sinks was covered due to malfunction. Only the opposite soap dispenser worked. My husband took one look at the men's room and decided to wait until our next destination to use the restroom. I really have no desire to return. read more

Food: It's Buffalo Wild Wings, you know what you're getting here. The quality is usually pretty good, sometimes can be hit or miss during the times that aren't as busy. My go-to order is a split of mild and Parmesan garlic boneless wings. And on the side? French fries with a little curry sauce to dip it in. Never had curry on your fries? You're missing out. Also, they have crazy beer specials that are like $2-3 sometimes. The ambiance and the service are very hit or miss. This place can be incredibly slow sometimes and it gives truckstop vibes. However everyone I've encountered here has been nice, so I think that really helps. You can also play music on the Bluetooth enabled jukebox. Missing one star because it isn't always the cleanest and in the slow times they can leave you at your table for a long time before getting to you because they're just riding out the clock. We were seated right away once an employee came up front. The beer selection is pretty good, with a decent local brewery selection. I got a Mother Earth pint. For a wings place; however, their wings don't stand out and were disappointing. The meat was very dry and tough on several of mine. I had 10 wings and only 1 was a drumstick. What I did appreciate is having the option to choose from several different sauces/rubs. I had the Lemon Pepper (dry rub) and garlic Parmesan(wet sauce). Both tasted fine. You can get both ranch and blue cheese to dip, if you request, but the serving sizes are tiny. They offer a lot more than wings, which is nice. My boyfriend got a grilled chicken wrap, that he liked. The waitress was great and proactively brought us plenty of napkins. As others have shared, the manager is rude. At one point the manager came over to our table and reprimanded me for putting my foot on the bench. I was happy to oblige and remove it, but his delivery was like he was scolding me. It was quite embarrassing. He said nothing else to us. Wow, this place is the worst! The customer service is spotty and not always great. This is the second time I ordered to go from there and they got it wrong. The first time they forgot the sauces but since I choose two they were on the side. This time I ordered two sauces, and they were on the wings. One of the most disappointing sit down chain restaurant meals I've had in a while. Despite being one of 3 tables, the food took forever and our server was nowhere to be found most of the meal. The garlic parmesan "boneless wings" were tiny, more like popcorn bite sized, overbreaded and undersauced. I'm seriously pissed how just little chicken I actually got for $13. They arrived room temp and heavily dried out, as did my sons French fries. I feel like I've had better quality chicken at Jack in the Box drive thru, like seriously the food tasted like re-microwaved day old stale leftovers. I ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger but it never came out, which server should have noticed if she's actually been checking on us. Finally after 45+ min just had her take it off the bill so we could leave. Also I had asked to sub salad as my instead of fries, but she rang it in as a full priced side salad in addition to the burger. A girl when we walked in was not friendly at all, we ordered an appetizer and got one of our main entrees first - brisket tacos are delicious but fries must have sat in the basket for awhile.
