The Chicken Katsu plate we next, the Katsu was freshly fried which perfect as it keeps the breading from getting hard or to crunchy and the chicken juicy. The breading on the calamari is very light which was great since some places over bread it. The meatballs was really good when eaten with the bread, loved dipping the bread in the sauce. The pizza was very good, love all the meats and it's freshly made. The salad was simple, I should've asked for a side of dressing. I felt it was not enough. The penne was cooked to al dente, love the creamy porcini sauce.
