The service was super friendly and I appreciated how attentive and quick the servers were for such a packed and busy restaurant. I ordered the wedge salad, which was tasty, but I feel like the lettuce could have been fresher as there were a couple of wilted parts. I enjoyed the addition of the crispy onions, and it had the perfect amount of dressing. My friend ordered the burger and said it was flavorful and the Gouda paired well with it. I stole some of their fried and we both agreed they were a solid fry. All in all a nice spot to stop for lunch, or to watch a sports game with some good food and drinks.

I just never noticed it until walking by and looking. So I went and super friendly and got the order with the Large combo 24 wings and two large sides. Large fries and Large chips. The fries were delicious and so were the chips. The chips are basically thin sliced crispy friends. So good! I got half mild Buffalo wings and Half Lemon pepper. The Lemon pepper was good but the buffalo was a bit sweet and greasy. I'll definitely come back but get a different flavor of wings. This place is a hidden gem!

Another is that the food always has really good texture, making everything so eminently satisfying to eat. Enter this small place in downtown San Rafael. As a wing guy, it's always nice to find a new solid wing place. And here, the attention to the customer experience is impossible to miss. You're going to be treated well, and the food has immensely satisfying crunch. Everything here that I've tried so far is made from scratch, and it's obvious. The chicken, despite being doused in sauce, isn't soggy at all, rather the wings just pop into your mouth. The fries are not to be outdone and taste fresh and crisp. I ate far too much here. It's clear that the owner has a passion for making delicious food and it's easy to see that love going into the quality you get. One of the best classic buffalo wings I've ever had.

The inside was clean but dated, Upon Entry I was immediately seated, The hostess was very was nice and was able to answer my questions on the menu. Ordered the dinner portion of the Chicken Katsu with rice and macaroni salad, Egg Rolls, and the Fried Gyoza. The Gyoza's came out first, These were really good as they weren't deep fried but pan fried with slightly crispy bottom with chewy top. The sauce that they give you with the Gyoza's went well along with the green onions. The Egg Roles came out next, They were good as well and freshly fried. The sweat and sour sauce went well with the rolls, wasn't too sweet but had a bit of spice as well. The Chicken Katsu plate we next, the Katsu was freshly fried which perfect as it keeps the breading from getting hard or to crunchy and the chicken juicy. The Katsu sauce went well with the chicken rice and macaroni salad as well. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will come back to try other items on the menu in the future. A bit of advice, parking is tough in downtown San Rafael, If you go during prime dining hours expect to have to look for parking if you're driving.

We ordered the Pun Khao Poon platter (lettuce wraps) with pork springrolls, pad thai with chicken, and the mango salad. The portions were very generous. The mango salad was the highlight of the meal, followed by the lettuce wraps. The dressing in the mango salad had just the right combination of sweet and tangy. We loved the addition of mint for the wraps, but I personally don't care for perilla leaves. The fish sauce accompanying the wraps was delicious and was also great over the pad thai, which was a bit on the bland side without it. Service was a bit less than perfect. When one diner asked for water, only her glass was refilled when another glass was obviously in need also; minor overlook, though. The one thing that was a bit disturbing was the noise level. It was extremely loud, so it was really difficult to hear each other talk. It didn't help that the party at the next table had a woman who cackled loudly when she laughed. It was a relief to step outside after we ate. Not sure what can be done to help with this, but it did make dining there not as pleasant as it could be. Even with this, I'd definitely return if I was in the area.

The prices aren't any lower, even though there is no waiter coming for your table, just the opposite. There is no host to see you, and you can share tables, so it's quite uncomfortable in some situations. The other issue is there are kids running around that is not the fault of the restaurant but the clientele. Kids are running in and out the door playing on the sidewalk out front and overall just make an uncomfortable experience to have adult beverages, unless you're the kind of parent who likes to speak inappropriately and drink inappropriately in front of your children. None of this is really the biggest issue, which is the food is absolutely terrible. They should just serve crackers and cheese or something premade somewhere else. Lastly, the parking is terrible as there is none. It's a dangerous area of fourth Street with people speeding up right where the front doors are to enter Mericle mile. Please be careful especially with your children. It's strange to me why people think a place is good or cool just because they serve alcohol. This place is not good, but especially I can tell you that it is not cool. The clientele are very trendy, dorky, yuppies trying to be cool!!! one piece of advice for the restaurant and the customers is you can't try to be cool. Either you are cool or you're not and then most cases you're not! It's just because a place has beer doesn't make it cool, and just because you go there with your kids doesn't make you cool! Again, the real problem with the place is simply lack of originality and terrible food, as well as boring people who are spoiled brats!

I honestly didn't realize how much I'd enjoy playing pinball until coming here--there aren't many spots that have that kind of unique feature anymore, and it really added to the experience. I went for a Yelp Elite event, and it was great. The owner was there and super welcoming, and his staff were genuinely nice and attentive. We were given bracelets that gave us access to two drinks, which was a fun self-pour experience. That said, it would've been helpful to get a quick tip on pouring (like tilting your glass) beforehand--foam can sneak up on you fast , especially with so many people around. Because it was busy, we were also given a card that allowed unlimited access to the games, which was awesome and made the night even better. I definitely enjoyed my time here.
