16-wing combo with Lemon pepper and Garlic Parmesan
    Allen K.

Ordered the 16-wing combo on a Sunday afternoon, with half-half lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. The wings were inconsistent, some were moist while others were a bit dry. My favorite flavor is the lemon peppers, good balance in flavors. It was very easy and convenient to order (through app) and pickup.

Never again. Are fries supposed to be burnt? Plus, if you need to go to the bathroom, plain accordingly. My 4 year old needed to per and they would not budge that the gender friendly bathroom was only for employees so my kiddo peed their pants. Thanks a lot!

    Rotten bone with foul smell

Wow this was an awful experience. I ordered a large order of wings, and as I started eating them a funny odor emerged. I paused and then noticed the chicken wing was disintegrating in my hand. As it fell apart the smell got worse and the inside was dark and foul. I felt so disgusted I didn't want to risk eating anymore. I emailed them and they only sent me a $10 gift card, my order was $28 and I had to throw it all out. Disappointing they wouldn't refund me since the food was inedible. Save yourself and don't go here.

Here's a review for the only Wingstop location I've been to that holds the honor of gatekeeping their bathroom when it appears obviously designed for public use. I haven't even got my food yet but this location is garbage. Restaurant is dirty, and my son had to wedge a napkin under the leg of their bistro table to make it level. When he went inside to use the restroom to wash his hands he noticed that to the right of the obvious restroom sign on the door and below the handicap accessible sign was a smaller sign that reads 'employees only' and so he walked back out feeling confused. Incredulous, I walked in to ask whether he could use the restroom and the employee said it was for employees only. After I explained that my son needed to wash his hands after having to manage their dysfunctional table, she agreed to let him use it. Nonetheless I just can't wrap my mind around the absurdity to display public facing signage for a restroom that customers can't use, especially when Wingstop is a notoriously messy dining experience, and when their only offering to clean your hands is their trademark roll of brown paper pretending to be useful. It feels downright antagonistic. Out of principle I'll never come back to the San Ramon location, which is too bad because we love Wingstop! PS: in spite of the how dirty their kitchen looked, my son said their bathroom was spotless! Also, their fries were burnt.

Enjoyed my wings. They were hot and crispy. Store was busy but employees made every effort to get order out on time.

The wings were amazing and our server Jazzmine helped us and had our food out hot and delicious. Glad they put a Wingstop here.

    Is it halal?

    Nope!

    Is their ranch dip homemade?

Whose home? Not a knock on this Wingstop, because what I've tried has been delicious, but I'm thinking that a chain restaurant is not going to have "homemade" anything.

On Labor Day 2025, I was having coffee with George at the Starbucks next door when he suggested grabbing a burger here. We walked in at around 5:45pm and it wasn't too busy. The interior looked pretty much the same as before. 80s pop music was playing in the background. George got the Double Burger combo with garlic feta fries while I opted for the Cali Burger Combo with curly fries. The staffer who helped us was friendly and helpful. I noticed he was wearing a 'Back to the Future' hat and we both agreed that a rumored potential reboot of the franchise would be a terrible idea. Our food came out pretty quickly. The Cali Burger was very good. The burger was very juicy, and I loved that sourdough bread was used. The curly fries were good as well. I'm glad that Fat Maddie's is still around. Good burger joints are getting harder to find. I will definitely return. 4 solid stars.

Curious to see if any changes were made to the restaurant or its menu, we met here for brunch on 10/04/2025. Upon entering at around 10:30am, we were immediately greeted and seated by the staff. The interior was clean, and the only change I noticed was they replaced the booths with tables. The menu was pretty much the same as before, with some new items added to it. George opted for the Baja Fish Tacos and I got the Meat Lover's Omelette. In addition to the food, we also ordered a couple beverages. Our order didn't take long to arrive. My omelette was made with bacon, sausage, ham, and a medley of chopped vegetables and it tasted pretty good. The accompanied Cajun seasoned country potatoes were pretty pedestrian. George gave me one of his tacos and it was delicious. The deep fried catfish used was crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. Service we received was very good. The staff member were attentive and efficient. The restaurant biz is challenging these days so hopefully the new Clementine's will be able to find its footing. Based on this experience, I believe a 4-star rating is justified.

I am now a fan! At the suggestion of Obed (a delightful employee here), I ordered the Butter Chicken pizza and threw in cilantro and green onion, and OMG, this is now my go-to pizza. They have a good selection of beer from India and they also have a few Firestone draft beer selections. The pizza crust was perfect, the chicken tender and the butter sauce was a tad bit spicy but flavorful. I usually like to dip my pizza in Ranch or put parmesan cheese on top. This Butter Chicken Pizza needed nothing. I will definitely be back, and if you're around the area, please try the Butter Chicken Pizza. I nearly ate a whole kid pizza myself! Cheers!

We originally planned to order two pizzas, but we were tempted by their new pasta collection, so we ended up getting the Chicken Bacon Supreme Pizza and Alfredo Pasta. The pizza was amazing because the creamy white sauce, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and generous toppings all worked so well together. I loved the pasta too! They balanced the spices perfectly, which really made the dish stand out. And don't miss their mango lassi! It's incredibly smooth and refreshing, with a fresh mango flavor that you can really taste.
