Grumpy, surly, inhospitable staff. Long wait times and orders not correct. Horrible customer service, food is never ready on time. I had been there before and thought maybe they were new and hadn't got things together yet so I decided to give them another try. I was there today waiting for my food and one customer was yelling at the employee which I thought was wrong until I watched the employee repeatedly tell customers 5 more minutes over and over when in reality it was much longer for everyone. Another woman waiting found out her food had been put on the shelf 15 minutes before even though she was sitting there the whole time waiting for it. Best wings around! The workers are very friendly and as efficient as they can be during very busy times. I placed my order via their ordering system online and it was a pretty seamless experience. The only thing is they forgot our veggie sticks that went with our order. I was pretty disappointed but I gave them a pass as it was Super Bowl Sunday. Wingstop is another one of those fast food chains. However I wouldn't say they are knowns for being fast. I usually end up having to wait double the wait time. It's always super packed. But I guess there food is good enough to have people constantly coming back for more. I come here every so often because the wait isn't always worth it. This is a new wing stop we have had a previous 1 prior to this 1 that was really good wish they never closed. This 1 does not season there food fairly the same (as in enough) like the other wing stops in different cities my husband loves wing stop and when we heard about this 1 in our community we were really excited but both times we have came we have been disappointed with the taste of the food and the temperature. Hopefully since it's new in the next few months they will get it right! We are rooting for them to be as good as the others in nearby cities but they must maintain to the recipe and if modifications by customers need to be made let them make them on their own orders! Very disappointed with this location. We placed an order online for pick up. When we got there they had given our order to someone else and said that it would take another 20 minutes to remake the order. Instead of offering a discount they offered a refund. But we drove all the way down there and now have to wait another 20 mins so they should have also offered a discount. My son has a food allergy to nuts and dairy. After doing some online research, Wingstop as a chain was suggested as a good option for us by others in the food allergy community. I researched their allergen statement online and reviewed which menu items contain dairy. Because their wings do not contain dairy, and nothing else that goes in the fryer has dairy, we decided to try it. I went in and let the person taking my order know up front that we had a dairy allergy. She said that ALL of the flavors/seasonings were butter based. I said that it stated otherwise online and that there should be several that are non dairy. She said, "Ok, maybe some of them don't have dairy." I proceeded to order the wings plain, but asked to purchase the flavor sauce on the side (to decrease risk of cross contamination in mixing bowls, etc). She said "We can't do that." Now plain wings ARE a menu item and the sign behind her clearly stated that extra dips or flavors would be an additional charge. I pointed this out and offered to pay whatever the charge was for the sauce on the side and she still said that "We just can't do that." So I explained that I only wanted them on the side to decrease any risk of cross contamination in the mixing process in a shared bowl with another sauce and could they at least use a clean bowl to decrease that risk. She said, "Yes, i can let them know about the allergy and ask them to do that." Ok, so I place my order with the flavor I know to be non dairy and she goes back to tell the kitchen about the bowl. She comes back and says that they think the flavor I ordered contains dairy as an ingredient, but they would check. I thanked her for double checking. Another employee then came out and said, "I'm sorry, but we can't make you anything that's not going to have dairy in it." I'm dumbfounded. We are very aware of food establishments having a disclaimer about not being able to 100% guarantee risk of cross contamination. This is why we carefully do our research ahead of time and choose places that seem to be able to accommodate by their menu or other's prior experience. This was different. She was saying that they could not make me ANY food that wouldn't have dairy in it. I told her that I understand the whole "can't give me a guarantee" disclaimer but was just asking to use a clean bowl when I was told I couldn't get flavors on the side. I even tried to order wings plain with no sauce at all (by ingredients these do not contain dairy). She said "Due to our prep process... there's ranch and stuff..." So basically, they just either refused to serve someone with a food allergy to avoid liability or they know that their kitchen is such an uncontrolled mess that everything is going to be contaminated with everything else. Just waited for my order to be made and we went our way. We normally double check to make sure all of our items are there before we leave but this time we decided not to. Original order: 30 total wings with 10 of them being boneless. Large corn and 2 fries with 1 soda. At first glance we notice the corn is missing and the fry does not have seasoning. We called the location to see what can be done. I already knew that it's going to be a bigger inconvenience since they do not deliver and our food would get cold by the time we go get it. The employee told me they didn't know what to do at first so I suggested that they complete our order and asked if there is any way for it to be delivered. That was not possible so I asked what else can be done, he put me on hold and when he came back he mentioned that their manager is not there so all they can do is remake the order and we pick it up. As we unpacked the rest of the order, we notice that the 10 boneless wings were missing too. I mention this to them and the person put me on hold again. He came back and said they are 1000% sure the wings are there and the fries are seasoned, I was in complete shock that they are insinuating that I am lying. We have the order in front of our faces, how can we be lying about this. I asked for his name because I wanted to document this and he kept refusing until he gave me the name Quinton, which most likely isn't him. I also asked for the manager's name and Quinton gave me the name Maria. I was concerned about even picking up the order anymore because this is completely pathetic and unprofessional coming from a known franchise. Never thought I'd encounter an experience like this at a wing stop but this is absolutely going to detour me from coming back ever. End result: Quinton said he was going to tell his manager, Maria who is not there (why isn't there someone who has authority to make decisions at a location at all times???) and that they would essentially leave a credit for next time. Overall, I'm super excited about this new location! No longer having to drive all the way to Livermore is a blessing lol! However, I only gave it 4 stars because they definitely have to work on their seasoning. This is the second time I've had it and the chicken wings ultimately just taste like fried wings. Today I walked in and the employee at the register was already giving the customer in front of me the eye roll. All the customer had asked was if her order was ready. The employee had the most slouched slowest walk ever! Once it was my turn to order she cut us off mid sentence to go check who knows what with an employee that was on the phone.
