Hit and miss. We order the 30-piece family pack once a month or so. Sometimes great with everything prepared as ordered. Not today. Fries had NO Seasoning and were not well done as ordered. Soggy. Lemon pepper wings had very little seasoning. Cajun wings had NO cajun seasoning. I know it's hard to find good help, but hopefully more effort put into consistency would be appreciated. It used to be you could call, press a bunch of numbers on your keypad, do some long division and you will eventually be allowed to order some food. This place has the worst customer service. Maria has such a bad attitude, and they make it seem as though they are doing you a favor when we are keeping there business afloat. My wings where made wrong very soft if you like them cooked a little harder I would ask for extra time, however when I walked in for my refund keep in mind I have the wings with me so I wasn't looking for a handout. She was so rude she didn't care there where other customers I get it we all have bad days, but her attitude is very consistent if you hate your job you should find a new one. The flavors topped BWW, every boneless chicken wing was perfect, and the wing sizes were huge! Hands down best wings I've had in years. In addition to the food, the service was amazing. Not only efficient but so kind even while so hectic. Special s/o to the woman calling out orders that day. She was so nice and accommodating while running back and forth to ensure our food was ready. I work near here and said "hey they finally have a wing stop! Yay! First time ordering there was a lady who was extremely rude Over the phone, got there and she was still rude. Lol. She eased up after a little small talk and can be very nice when talking to her. Seems like she has her own personal issues she's dealing with and unfortunately bringing them to work with her. My order was not cooked right the first time but I said I'd give it another try. Second time placed my order over the phone, nothing was done right. We ultimately threw the food away and called in to tell them. Third time I called in and spoke to Jose. He's funny and serious at the same time. Cute too.
