These guys are talented. It was a long wait for the part, but worth the wait. They replaced the gearbox on a washing machine. No easy task. Not only that but they had a scheduling conflict for the day of service and offered to come the night before instead. Worked out perfect as I didn't have to leave work the next day. I have a home warranty plan and WM Appliances was the company assigned to me. Ivan came out the first time and in a very short time he diagnosed the pump was out on my washing machine. He ordered one and explained it would have to go thru the warranty company to be okayed and then he and another person would be back out to install the pump. He thought it might take a few weeks. Arg... without the washer for weeks. The pump came within a week. I called WM and Ivan was back out within two days. Very professional and did a good job. BE WARE OF WM APPLIANCES FOR WARRANTY WORK!!! I would give this company a zero star if there's an option to do so. This all started when my tenant's gas range oven broke down in early August. My home warranty had a WM technician diagnose the problem but was unable to send the diagnostic report within 2 business days per the service level requirements (took 3 days instead). In total, the repair took 21 calendar days, which includes diagnostic, ordering parts, and repair. One week after the repair, the range broke again, WM dispatched another technician for the service call, but this time, they failed to provide the diagnostic report to Homie Warranty despite my daily follow up for 7 consecutive days. Consequently, Home Warranty was unable to provide alternatives. Now well into mid September and I am still with a broken range, an upset tenant, and another 2-3 weeks for the parts and repair. MW not only failed to determine the root cause for the repair, it also failed to submit diagnostic reports within their level of service requirements to Home Warranty causing unnecessary delay and burden to the customers. Now 1.5 months since the issue was first reported, the completion date is still up in the air. read more

They ordered 3 parts, but they never came back or even attempted to contact me if the ordered parts arrived. SEARS had me waiting for 2 months. They were amazing! My Miele dishwasher kept stopping mid-cycle and the drain light would come on. After numerous attempts to find someone to fix it, my home warranty sent WM appliances. William said he'd be here at 9:30 a.m. and got here at 9 a.m. He immediately figured out what was wrong - the prior owner of my home had overloaded the washer, causing the drain pump to burn out. He showed me the cost of a replacement, and said he'd be back Monday evening with the part to repair it. When he went to the store to buy it, they had it in stock, so he came right back to repair it. Willian Marciano originally came to fix our garbage disposal, which had caused the sink + dishwasher to back-up (a mess). It turned out to be a plumbing issue. Anyone would have walked off but charged for visit. I should have called a plumber! they would have said. Instead, Willian was a thorough professional and fixed the problem. He went over and beyond his service call. Everything was fixed, clean and worked. He did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. Not only that, he is thoroughly knowledgeable about appliances. I wanted an opinion on a problematic Dacor (cooking range) exhaust vent. Again, he went over and beyond, trouble shot the issue and FIXED IT! Amazing! He not only kept his word but he had to run to the store to pick up parts several times. After Best Buy rescheduled our fifth attempt to get our appliances installed, we decided to cut ties with them and get a small business to install our washer and dryer instead. I called around and everyone was intimidated by having to carry our washer/dryer up three flights of stairs, installing it in stacked position, AND in a tight closet space... But not WM Appliances. They happily took us on, for a reasonable price too! Installation took place on the same day (amazing!) They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. I have a home warranty from Choice Home Warranty. Contacted Choice letting them know my ice maker stop making ice. I was given a service call from WM Appliances via text and email saying a technician will be arriving on May 27, 2023 between 11am - 3pm. We contacted Choice at 2pm and Choice contacted WM Applicances to confirm appointment and was told they were coming. William Marciano, the owner contacted me at 4pm by text letting me know that they will not come and they just canceled the appointment. This is so unprofessional to not inform the customer within the time frame of the scheduled appointment when we waiting the entire time. This company should NOT be in business.
