The ciabatta bread was toasty with a nice crunch to it. The meat was tasty on its own but the cilantro pesto really does elevate each bite. I loved the house pickles and dijon which added a nice acidic punchy flavor. Textures and flavors were on point. Each sandwich is about $18 but it does come with a side of shrimp chips or house salad. I personally think the two sandwiches we ordered were worth the $18 because they really didn't skimp on meat and each bite was so flavorful. Shrimp chips were tasty too and not a lot of sandwich cafes offer shrimp chips as a side dish so I thought this touch was really unique.
