A very nice food truck park is forming in downtown Tigard and Wow Cow is part of it! I loved their cheese burger. The marinated patty gives a whole different flavor. And the best part is that it isn't spicy at all!! I asked for the sauces on the side, which the team promptly made it happen! I loved the location outdoors with nice and clean tables, great for the spring afternoon I visited the place!

Kalbee Burger - good amount of beef - 1/2 lb for $13.50 is reasonable - enjoyed the tempura flakes in the beef patty, added some nice texture - buns were nicely toasted and it was overall a solid burger Sliders were nothing to write home about Fries were nice and crispy, basically McDonald's style. I like how they were garnished and had just the right level of saltiness. Garlic aioli and their wow sauce were amazing. The garlic aioli was my absolute favorite and went so well with the burger and fries. I'd come back to try their cheese steak and would get extra garlic aioli sauce.

Food: Korean Philly (3/5) Super soft bread with tender, thick-cut beef, gooey cheese, and tasty onions. Overall good, especially for what it is. I asked the staff for recommendations, and this was what they suggested. While I enjoyed it, I realized I'm more of a burger person. Kalbee Burger (4/5) (my wife's order) I actually liked this more. You can definitely taste the bulgogi-style sauce in the patty. The little crunchy tempura flakes added a great texture and flavor. Fries (3/5) Seemed like they already had salt and basil on them. The staff let me try a variety of sauces, which was a nice touch. I'm partial to the garlic aioli, but I do love garlic. Service (4/5): Friendly and accommodating. They were helpful with recommendations and generous with letting us try different sauces. Ambiance: Food cart setup near a field with plenty of outdoor shaded seating. Casual and easygoing, good for just hanging out and eating. Note: They've started giving out loyalty stamp cards and even tiny cow figurines, which are actually really cute.

The area is quite nice. I'd imagine even better when it is warmer but the space is fantastic. It's a park, summer time farmers market, and trails running through it. The people at WOW cow is super friendly and explained and menu to me. Nice. The Philly they had was great, juicy and flavorful. The sliders were a bit dry, bring shredded meat. The fries were great. Overall great!

Their name says it all, Wow Cow deals out some fantastic meat sandwiches. I got an opportunity to enjoy Wow Cow as apart of a Yelp Elite event and was so glad that WC was brought into my life. I had the kalibee burger. It was perfectly cooked, the lettuce & pickles were a great addition, and the Korean sauce took it over the top. At a lot of places the fries can be an afterthought...but not at Wow Cow. The fries at WC are crispy with truffle oil and basil on them. Just majestic fries. This small food truck packs a lot of flavor. The staff was very friendly and the park where the truck is located is a great spot for an outdoor lunch. Go check out Wow Cow NOW.

Kalbi Burger A standout! Toasted brioche bun, crisp butter lettuce, spicy mayo, red onion, and pickles all came together perfectly. The flavor really nailed that kalbi taste -- juicy, well-balanced, and full of that smoky-sweet Korean BBQ note. Fries Golden, crispy, and nicely seasoned. The truffle and basil flavors could've been stronger, but still delicious overall with a great crunch. Staff were super friendly and patient with everyone! Definitely check this place out!

Their Korean Philly cheesesteak is incredibly good, packed with so much flavor and perfectly melted cheese. On top of the amazing food, the staff there are so nice and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It is located in a really great, open plaza area, so it's the perfect spot to just chill, relax, and eat.

Great food cart in the Universal Plaza. Really great Korean takes on all kinds of food. The sliders are my go-to, but during Portland food weeks he'll do limited tacos, burgers, and hot dogs. I try them whenever I can. I often get the food to go, but there's plenty of seating in the plaza. My only complaint is I wish he was open later!

Some solid food from this food cart in Tigard. We had the Korean Philly, basil Truffle fries, and bop bowl. The Philly was good as it had a bulgogi beef as the base of the sandwich. The Truffle fries were great and the bop bowl was good.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, as I'd never even had a cheese steak before, but I was blown away! At risk of sounding dramatic, I have thought about this food many times since having it, and been sad that I wasn't closer to go get some. The guys working were friendly and helpful, the food was incredible, the park where they are located was a lovely spot to eat in the evening. Honestly, it truly lives up to the name: " WOW". I tried both the Kowboy and the Korean cheesesteak (because I couldn't choose) and both were absolutely phenomenal

Came here for a nice little day date with my husband. He loves a fun burger and Asian fusion so it was a must try. This truck is located in a cute little place with a couple of other trucks, none of which were open. The owner of the truck is very friendly. He knew just about everyone that walked by. He made us feel very welcome and even suggested a few dishes. We were not in a hurry so the time it took to get our order wasn't an issue, but if you are on a time crunch it could be an issue. The food was good. The burger felt a bit overpriced as it is $13ish and doesn't come with anything. Of course beef costs are high right now, so we let this slide. I got the bop bowl with an egg and kimchi which made it $17. I can't say that I found the additions to be worth it. The friendly owners and location mean we will be back some time. But I'll just be more strategic with my order.

Wow Cow is a food truck located by a cute little park/walking path in downtown Tigard. It is one of 3 food trucks currently there (as of 8/2024) The local park has kids playing by the fountain in the summer. There's a bathroom and area to wash your hands. There's plenty of outdoor seating as well. Checked this out for Portland Burger Week. Nice service. Had the Kalbee burger and it was such a nice fusion burger! Paired it with their truffle fries which were delicious as well. read more

Come for the kalbi burger! The marinated burger patty is so flavorful it puts a lot of burger beef patties to shame. The softness of the patty plus the intermittent crunchiness of the onion and tempura flakes really gives the burger a multi-dimensional texture. Smear some wow sauce on top of it and it smells amazing too. Will be back. read more

Came here to check out Wow Cow since they were participating in Portland Mercury's Burger Week. Their Korean American burger was great! The staff was super friendly. They were able to accommodate my boyfriend's dietary needs, and hooked him up with a vegan version of the burger using a Korean marinated tofu substitution. The truffle basil french fries were a great addition! There were a few round tables with chairs and umbrellas in the Universal Plaza with a pretty fountain and 2 other food carts nearby! read more

American/Korean fusion food!! Nice big bold flavors! Loved how soft the bread was and how it matched well with the Philly Sandwich! The truffle oil wow fries were crisp, non-greasy with a nice touch of Korean nori which added a salty finish. We will be back when we are in the area. Need to try out more items on the menu. Yum!!! Truffle fries are so good. I had the wow fries. They were yummmmmm!! My son Had their version of a Philly and the sauce was the star of the show. Sandwich was so good. I have to admit.. I have always said I didn't care for Korean food. Mainly because I don't like kimchi and the one previous restaurant I went to was "meh." My hubs and I decided to check out the food trucks primarily for the torta place but as we walked up, I was perusing their menu and the pics did have appetizing looking items. The man working there asked if I had any questions (I didn't) but then offered to give us samples of their meats. Just like that, I was ordering some Korean food. The meats were flavorful and tender; offering both a savory and sweet/savory option. I went "safe" with a kids meat and rice bowl and we also ordered the chicken nuggets. The nuggets were bomb. Watch out.. I'm a convert. The Philly cheesesteak is next on my list to try. It is a food truck so the ambiance is a park atmosphere but what a great asset to downtown Tigard. read more

Omgggggggg this food is top notch. If you are anywhere near the PDX area run to Jay's Korean-American comfort food cart. It slaps so hard! The fries are my favorite and the burgers are soooo good (they are doing burger week btw a burger topped with cheese corn?!??). Can't say enough good things about the service and the owner Jay, who is the nicest human! This spot also offers catering! The ambiance is perfect, I love the space in downtown Tigard. YOU MUST TRY WOW COW. It's an 11/10 for me!!! read more

Tried Wow Cow at the Farmer's Market last year but only got the truffle fries (which were delicious!). Today after an appointment I was driving my daughter home and she was starving so as I remembered this cute food cart. We tried the 3 sliders and I got to say that they are outstanding! We are now craving more...We will definitely be going back. The lone man working the cart was so friendly and sold me on the sliders which I appreciate. He also gave us 2 cute tiny cow toys :) I highly recommend! P.S. They have a loyalty rewards program as well. read more

All i can is Wow everytime i come here, sometimes i eat here everyday or every other day and the foods always so good, you know how some places you eat at and u eat the same thing and it never tastes the same, well not here, here its always on point always so flavorful, everything on the menu is so good, id recommend the bop bowl, deji dog and kalbi burger, of course with extra kimchi, always get greeted with a smile and great customer service from Jay.. if u see this place make sure to stop by you wont be disappointed read more

I had heard about this place through the City of Tigard. They did a wonderful job of promoting their "new business" model. The story was enough to draw me in, but the food was worthy of the hype. Food was delicious. We drove a little out of our way before heading back to Seattle for Wow Cow. Service was great. The person taking our order let us know right away there was about a 20 minute wait and asked if we still wanted to order. We decided to go ahead and order. We got the sliders, Philly cheese stake, wow fries, and bop bowl. Food was worth the 20 minute wait. Appreciated the guy acknowledging our small wait. Would definitely recommend!! read more

I visited Wow Cow a couple weeks ago. It's a really eye-catching cart/pod theme design, memorable and appealing to kids and adults. What I ordered was definitely quality comfort homestyle food, very yummy French fries (basil truffle) and bulgogi beef Bop Bowl w/egg+kimchee. The food itself is seasoned well that they are delicious without needing to add sauce, but when I then tried their sauces, they are really tasty and not like your typical kind of sauces. The owner Jay is very nice. I will return to try more menu items but definitely to get a repeat of basil fries and Bop Bowl :) read more

Super friendly, clean, and the seating around the truck is perfect. Was able to eat in the shade and enjoy the weather. The Korean chicken nuggets were absolutely fantastic. I also tried the basil truffle fries. If I'm back in Tigard, I'll be sure to stop by again. read more

You can really taste the freshness and difference in quality here. It's better than food you'd typically find in a traditional type restaurant. The staff is friendly and owner is a stand up guy who really cares about the food and the overall experience for customers. I would highly recommend checking this place out. I have wanted to check out this place since I saw the name. It's situated in a new area in downtown Tigard and it is beautiful on a sunny day. The service is out standing and the food is as well. I had the bi bim bowl with with vegetables and meat, their chicken nuggets which were also delicious and their basil fries. The fries were crunchy and well seasoned, the bowl had each area of vegetables and meat partitioned perfectly on a bed of jasmine rice, and the nuggets were golden crunchy and juicy when you bite into them. I was very satisfied and the two guys running the place had customer service down pat. O would highly recommend this new entry to the Tigard food scene and I will be back! read more

Another hidden gem! Trying something new near WSM. I had the Wow Cheesesteak. Wow is an understatement. Juicy, moist, cheesy, meaty, best thing I've had in a long time! My son had the burger with an egg which he raved about. Nice seating area, but if it's pouring you'll need to eat in your car. read more

Because the burgers were in foil pouches and I failed to vent them, the bun and shredded lettuce got soggy. Overall, the flavor was good, and I'm sure it would have been better had we eaten there or vented the burger bags. I did open the bag so the fries and tots would be okay, and they were still crispy and tasty. The milkshakes were delicious. Sure, you could argue even a bad milkshake is still good, but these were pretty darned tasty. Thick but not undrinkably or ear-popping thick. All in all, Mike's is a definite do-over for us.

I'd already ordered off the regular menu, and chose to not change to something on the HH hour just to avoid the conflict. I have no idea what is inspiring this behavior. Perhaps people who order off HH menus don't tip well? In any case, this new HH attitude has definitely dampened my enthusiasm for Fireside. Which is sad since it still has a great tap list and menu.

I visited Wow Cow during Portland Burger Week and decided to try their special burger. As someone who follows a vegan diet, I was thrilled when the chef offered to make the burger vegan for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The flavors were spot on, and you could tell a lot of thought went into crafting a burger that didn't compromise on taste or texture, even without the traditional ingredients. The Basil Truffle fries are a MUST! The ambiance at Universal Plaza added to the experience--it's such a nice spot to enjoy a meal, especially with the lively atmosphere around. This Korean American fusion food cart was a great find. The girl helping us offered a sample of the truffle fries, and they were amazing. We ended up ordering the Wow cheesesteak based on the owner's recommendation, along with a slider and a small order of the truffle fries to share. Everything was really good, but I personally liked the cheesesteak more than the slider. We also received a mini cow as a souvenir. They actually ran out, but the owner went out of his way to give us his own mini cow, which was incredibly thoughtful.
