I guess that I expected great french fries, after all, Idaho is known for their potatoes, but burgers never crossed my mind. I guess that I should have expected good beef, after all, it makes sense that you should have great local sources of beef here. Anyway, Triple B's Boise's Best Burgers offers great burgers and the expected great french fries. I had the Baja Burger, which was topped with grilled jalapeno peppers, grilled onions and Pepper Jack cheese. It came with french fries and both items were excellent. Truly a great lunch and culinary experience. The menu has several interesting selections, so I am sure you and anyone that is here with you will be able to find something that will interest you and/or them. Go check this place out. I am sure that you will be impressed. I offer this place not only my recommendation, but I give it a five star () rating.

They are most definitely a top contender for the "best burgers" title in town. After hearing folks who'd found this place proclaim its greatness, I had to give it a go. Glad I did! Think fairly traditional burger fixings on 1/3 pound burgers done well. I've tried the cheeseburger and the feta and jalapeno burger. Both were tasty and cooked perfectly. They're the type of burgers that are simple, but that's a good thing. I'm a bit picky about my burgers and am sensitive to fries cooked in old oil. I'm happy to say these meals don't leave my gut regretting my life choices. Each burger comes with lettuce, pickle, red onion and tomato. They don't slather condiments on; you'll have to ask for those you like specifically. They also come with a side of thick-cut fries with light seasoning and fry sauce. I mean, this is Idaho. Gotta have the fry sauce. All of this clocks in at between 8-12 buckos. Their hours are a little wonky, so check before heading out. It's a food truck and they have limited outside table space. From what I gather this is primarily a dinner joint with most hours of operation between 3-10 pm. Pity, because having this as a lunch option would be dandy. Pop in here if you're on Overland and give these burgers a go. It's already becoming a regular stop for us!

It's been about a year since we have eaten here and I remember the zucchini fries being so good! My burger looked fabulous! The zucchini fries had a nice golden crust to them. I was ready to dig in. I would have liked to put ketchup and mustard on my burger but unfortunately there were no to go packets of either. I can't really use communal sauces so I had to pass on adding sauce to my burger or be able to dip my husband's fries in ketchup. My burger was tasty. I did order it with extra onions and didn't really get any extra. I also don't remember my zucchini fries being so minimal to an order. The side I got today had about 6 rounds in it. As an additional cost, I honestly thought it would be more than 6 small rounds. It's been a year since we have eaten here. The food was good as usual. I do enjoy all the pinball machines that you can play on. The staff is nice. I appreciate that everything we ate today was locally sourced. I am sure we will be back again soon. The slaw was prepared different from what I'm used to but I couldn't stop eating it. They supplied a mild bbq sauce for the ribs but you really don't need sauce on the ribs at all even though the sauce is flavorful. I have to admit the baked potatoes were unique and tasty as well. Bottom line I'll be returning as I am now a fan. You'll be a fan too should you also visit White Dog.
