Creative menu, grass fed beef, gluten-free, desserts, wonderful service, pleasant outdoor seating, beautiful decor inside. Nestled in a beautiful center with many art galleries.

Xetava was such a wonderful lunch experience!! I got the Greek gyro and was delighted by the tenderness of the steak, freshness of the pita and crisp veggies. It was delicious and the Cajun shoestring fries were gone in a minute. I loved this spot and can't wait to come back and try more. The outside patio was beautiful with the surrounding views!!

Charming little brunch spot with a great menu! The steak gyro was yummy and I love that they had grapes as a side option :) I tried my husband's biscuits and gravy too- not the best I've ever had but still good after a little s&p. Our server was friendly and on it, although one person in our party of 8 got their food about 5 minutes after the rest of the group (and ordered the same thing as someone else). Also, I understand auto-gratuity for large parties, but 22% seemed a bit excessive.

Very happy with our experience. Loved the atmosphere and where it was located. Everyone was very happy with their food and drink choices. Brussels sprouts and street corn dip were great appetizers. Food portions were large and worth it for the price. Server was very attentive. Food and drinks were brought out quickly. We made a reservation but the restaurant wasn't busy. We had a party of 13 and we knew we'd be sitting at separate tables. Tables are big enough for a party of 6, anything over that you'll be at separate tables. We will definitely be returning here when it gets warmer to take advantage of their outdoor seating.

We were checking out the art shops in the village so decided to stay for lunch and this restaurant looks delicious. It's a beautiful restaurant and well designed, with interior and exterior seating. If the weather allows it, the patio is the place to be and today was no exception. Our server was friendly and helpful and making our selections and we all enjoyed our food very much. I had the mahi tacos and they were excellent with nicely portioned logs of fish and delicious crème fraîche on top. Everyone at our table, enjoyed their food and we would not hesitate to return. Make sure you check out the friendly road runners on the patio, they are wild critters and have never seen them so friendly and tame...

Ordered a French dip sandwich that was just perfect and came with the best fries I'd had in a while! Definitely coming back! Our table also ordered the street corn dip and crab cakes for an appetizer. While the street corn dip was amazing the crab cakes were mushy and despite having a good flavor the texture was just really off. Service was good and we love coming here for the beautiful area and art shops. Food 4.5/5 (not counting the crab cakes) Service 4/5 Cleanliness 4.5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Value 4/5

We are visiting from California and this restaurant was recommended by a local. We decided to give it a try yesterday and it did not disappoint. We were sat outside and the view was great! we had a wonderful time enjoying our food. I ordered Salmon Lemon Dill (sauce on the side) and hubby ordered French Dip. 'ordered carrot cake for dessert. Everything was tasty. Our server was Raegan and she was very attentive and was able to make it an even more memorable experience for us. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Terrific location, food and drink! My girlfriend and I thought we got lost on the way there but this cute secret location is an absolute hidden gem that we will be revisiting time and time again

    Yummy Lavender Buzz

The food at Xetava is always first class. Server was attentive and helpful. Of course, the setting is magnificent and sitting outside on a Sunday afternoon was perfect. We had the cauliflower tacos, beet salad and a Lavender Buzz for me. Everything was delicious. Enjoyed the galleries as we had a short wait for our table.

What a great little spot for a leisure lunch and art galleries. It's a little off the beaten path but worth the journey. When you check in they send you a link with your place in the queue and estimated time. We had about twenty minutes to enjoy the galleries which wasn't enough time. I ordered the blue cheese mushroom burger and it was very good. Be aware the blue cheese was strong but mixed with the mushrooms very well. I wanted to try their Caesar Salad served on romaine hearts and the waiter let me substitute this for my fries and it was awesome. The chipotle Caesar dressing is house made with a little kick and was oh so good. My wife ordered the Xetava burger and thought it had a great flavor and mix. She kept the shoestring fries and they were really good too. My daughter ordered the Steak and Avocado Salad, she is picky and really only wanted the steak as she doesn't normally like salads, teenagers! But ended up really liking the salad and pita bread. Win, win, she ate it all. And the ambiance and service was impeccable. The service and wait were just fine but I'd still suggest taking a bit of an executive lunch and really enjoy yourself. Website for menu was also very well done.

Our main dishes took over 30 minutes to arrive, and it felt like they only came out because we actively hunted down staff to ask. On top of that, our Caesar salad was missing. After waiting another 15 minutes for the salad, we finally caught a server and explicitly asked to cancel it. 10 minutes after canceling, the server brought the salad out anyway, saying it was on the house. By that point, we were already finished with our meal and turned it away. Kitchens get busy, and guests understand that. But setting expectations upfront ("Hey folks, the kitchen is backed up about 30 minutes today") or proactively offering a small courtesy early on would have changed everything. Leaving guests in the dark, ignoring a cancellation, and then offering an unwanted item at the very end isn't good service. I'm normally a generous tipper, and frankly, a tip wasn't deserved here at all. I left $2.00 strictly out of habit, but the front-of-house service severely let down what was otherwise a great meal from the kitchen.

I also asked whether dogs were welcome, and the hostess was very friendly and confirmed that they were. The wait to be seated went smoothly, and we were seated outside. The hostess provided us with silverware, and everything initially seemed fine. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the service became very disappointing. We spent some time looking over the menus, and during that time, we noticed two additional tables being seated after us. Those tables were later approached and offered drinks, while no one had acknowledged our table. After waiting about 20 minutes, I finally got up and asked if someone could take our drink order or if we were going to be served. The hostess was present when I asked. I returned to our table, but shortly afterward, another table was seated and their drinks were being taken while we were still waiting. At that point, we decided to leave due to the lack of service. The hostess did come outside and apologize as we were leaving, and I appreciate that gesture, but unfortunately, it came too late to change our experience. I believe the waitstaff may need additional training on recognizing and prioritizing tables that have been waiting, especially when children are involved. When I worked in customer service, if a guest had to get up and ask to be served, I would have immediately apologized, gone to the table, and at minimum taken their drink order and the children's food order. Honestly, I would have been completely understanding if our food had taken another 20-30 minutes after placing the order. What was frustrating was that we couldn't even get acknowledged or place an order. In all my years of dining out, I am usually very generous with tips when the service is attentive and the staff understands the importance of taking care of families, especially when children are involved. Unfortunately, in this situation, we never had the opportunity to experience the food or service because nothing was ever ordered or served. No pictures to share because, unfortunately, nothing was provided to us.

The hostess seated us promptly (with luggage in tow). The restaurant is pretty spacious, so that worked out just fine. We enjoyed our food (a cobb salad for me and a burger for her). Janessa was our server and she was lovely and attentive. We then made a reservation for a larger group for that Saturday evening and Kyle and Mia helped us out... The reservation needed adjustment last minute due to a change in schedule that day and after multiple phone calls, they were able to accommodate that change. Note: it seems there is not a direct phone number to the restauarant so I had to work with someone in the hotel lobby for this. Interestingly enough, we ended up having dinner here on Friday as well with a large group. Huge thanks to Kyle and staff for working with us that evening... We worked out a large group order to-go but sat down for our drinks. Need to know: Due to Utah Liquor laws, adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages must be seated... that was a new fun fact I learned when making the reservation. On Saturday night, the restaurant had a bit of a condensed menu and they were out of salmon, which was a bit disappointing, but after having 3 meals here, we do recommend the wings, nachos, and burgers. The area in the back of the restaurant with games including ping pong is great for the kids and there is also a grassy area out back too. I specifically mentioned that we were hoping to watch Supercross, and I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. However, when we arrived at our reserved time, we were told they would "look into" changing the channel because they weren't sure they could access Peacock. We decided to stay, ordered drinks and appetizers, and checked in multiple times with our waiter. Each time, we were told they were still working on it. After waiting for over an hour, we were finally told they couldn't put it on after all. The most frustrating part is that we would have completely understood if they had told us upfront. We could have made other plans and gone somewhere that could accommodate our request. Instead, we spent a significant part of the evening waiting and hoping, which took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. Afterward, I noticed similar feedback from other guests about difficulties getting channels changed, even when it seemed possible. That was disappointing to see and makes it feel like this may be a recurring issue. The service itself was polite, but better communication and follow-through would have made a big difference in our experience.
